On 7th April i recharged my jio no. With rs.303 but the transaction was fail and i was said to wait for refund but nothing is done till now. My transaction ID is[protected]. Transaction was done with Airtel Payment account and they are showing success transaction.please help me to have my refund...

On 7th april I recharged my jio with Rs. 303 but no confirmation message has came yet, But money got deducted from my Bank account

During a Jio recharge of ₹303 on my Jio number through Jio money app the recharge fails but the respective amount has been deducted from my account balance immediately after the process and an error message showing the recharge failure displays on Jio money app.Please return my money as soon as possible, its humbly requested to take action on the above mentioned content immediately.

No is [protected], subscribed for prime membership on 5.4.17, an amount of 499 was deducted through net banking ISBI [protected] IGABBTYYN 7, erceived a message that security deposit of 400 was received and your plan is now changed to prepaid plan.. When I asked the Jio store they said no money is in your account, customer care can not give the answer....

I had reachrged my jio no. Through myjio app using paytm option. I m prime member so i recharged for 303/- but yet now didn't recived that amount on my jio no. 303 /- has been paid to billdeskutil but my jio no. Didn't got any rechargei contacted paytm customer care but they said payment...

Yesterday i did a reacharge of Rs. 303 through net banking, for my jio number to avail summer surprise. But, i didn't get any message or email, even after the amount got deducted from my bank account.
If I'll not get any notification regarding the recharge being successful, I will discontinue being jio customer.
So please resolve this problem as soon as possible.

Jio signal strength is very low at Bhola bahu conlny, Kamalnath Nagar area.
Resulting poor network and we are unable to use jio network properly.

I have done a rechargeof 303rupees by using jio money through paytm. Optionbut its still pending from 24 hours . i want to cancel the order but cancel option is currently not showing. I am in a fix as my money is stucked. I want to order from different site but cant bcoz my money is stucked up with you. Your customer care just keep replying automated mails and hence cant find any solution .

And 402 was jio summer offer and my all jio money is gone and I didn't got ₹50 cashback

My number is 80735458౩3, which is a postpaid connection.

According to jio .. to avail summer surprise offer I have to be prime member and need to avail 303 or above recharge and need to give 400 security deposit.

I have done all the above however, transaction for security deposit is still not confirmed from jio end, in Paytm it says order successful and paid to billdeskutil. Either I need to get confirmation...

When iam calling to a number the call is dropping after 3-5 minutes, & sometimes my call is not at all going to others . & when some one calls to me it is getting as my network is out of coverage area . These all issues persists even though my tower signal is full, & when iam browsing internet the page is ot even opening . But when the internet cones it stays for only 2 minutes & then goes off, & the same prblm repeats again, calls are not...

This transaction doesn't show in Myjio app plans section and I have not received any confirmation sms also. See images attached for the Recharge SMS and Myjio app.

This is to notify Reliance jio that Iam having or experiencing the POOREST JIO network in my AREA that is 27 kb/s .
This complaint is for network issue in area BAGIKHANA 390001, VADODARA GUJARAT.
The network in other areas is preety good but especially in BAGIKHANA area its doing very very bad.
Pls consider my complaint and give me a better experience of genuine 4G .
