    I recharge my mob.no-0877xxxxxx5 for JIO Prime membership of Rs 99/-on 31/03/2017 through JIO Money app through which I get Rs 50 cashback voucher, which I have redeemed/applied for Rs 303/- recharge on 07/04/2017 at 23:12 hrs for" Summer Surprise Offer".Because of voucher applied now I have to pay Rs 253/- which is debited from my account and I also get a successful transaction message from JIO Money app Transaction ID[protected].But I didn't get any confirmation message for taking Rs303/- data plan in 24 hrs .So, I contact customer care where after long time they connected and register my complaint
    of Request ID -SR000007Z0V8 but till now I am not getting any response from them which is quite disappointment.I want my successful recharge message or complete cashback with compensation.
    If this not happens I have to complain in consumer forum because I have all screenshots, call recording with customer care executive and all other details.

      I recharge by jiomoney app of rs 303 by help of coupon I pay 253 but in history recharge does not see and from account balance deduced do something.I recharge on 9 april 7:46 by SBI debit card recharge number [protected].And when I see in my jio account here no recharge has to be done so I requested you to solve this problems and clear my doubts fastly as well as possible.

              Respected sir/mam,
              SUNITA BHARDWAJ owing jio no. [protected], has done the recharge of rs.303 with 30% offer(Rs 283.56) is deducted from PAYTM, which has taken time of 2 days . Beacause of which, i have to do the recharge urgently on the very next day of rs 402 from my jio app for prime.
              The total amount has been deducted from my account for both the recharges, you may see the attached pictures.
              its my humble request, from your team to please help me out in this case and cancel the transaction of rs.303 return the money back and please make access of recharge of rs402 as prime for my number.
              i am running with the shortage of money, please help me out, i request you, please.

                I have recharged my jio number with Rs 303 from paytm on 7th Apr 2017, the payable amount of Rs 303 got deducted from my account but the transaction did not complete and showed pending message on order details.It has been three days since the transaction is in process and no further proceedings has been done.I want to cancel my order since the desired benefits of the recharge could not be availed now. my Order No is [protected] on paytm

                I was doing a recharge of 99 . The recharge was not successful but the amout of rs 99+99 is debitted from bank account. When i get bavk my money of rs 198 .As they are not responding anything
                As i have recharged my number with 99 for jio prime but i haven't got a confirmation message so i tried to call the customer servie 1000 times but they didnot take my call... so i believe that this is the inconvenience shown towards customer by the reliance jio team...

                  I obtained ups code iw836543 for my mobile number on with validity till 21/04/2017 for my phone number [protected].
                  I submitted the porting request at fathebad road jio outlet tomr avneesh(ph: [protected], [protected]) and paid rs 402 on 06 april 2017 with the following details:

                  caf no: uwh020qyq4
                  iccid[protected]
                  imsi [protected]
                  msisdn [protected]
                  on 07 april i got a message from jg-jionet that the portability request could not be fulfilled due to mismatch in upc code.
                  When i visited the fathebad road jio outlet on 07 april with this message they clearly said that they cannot do any help for me but can issue me another porting request if i am ready to pay rs 402 again.
                  Then i contacted the jio executive mr vibhakar on [protected].He told me that he cannot do any help in this regard as the port code was incorrectly entered by the fathebad road jio centre.
                  Please work out the protability for my number as i have already paid the amount rs 402 for the proting.

                    Today morning i got a message on my jio number ([protected]) regarding jio summer surprise offer and i followed the link given in the message which took me to jio site . I continued and made payment using my debit card but as soon as i made payment the page reloaded and took me to the very first page i opennd through message. i waited for 20 minutes for some confirmation and also checked my jio app which showed no transaction history.i also called jio customer service several times but no responce was there.
                    I thought the recharge was failed as my jio app was not showing me enrolled to summer offer so i recharged again and i got confirmation. but when i rechecked my recharge transaction i was shown that two recharges happened.
                    I again called your customer care but nobody responded.
                    There i want either of my recharges to be returned to my account.
                    first refrence number is BR00004GRF2V
                    second reference number is BR00004GWX9Q
                    therefor i wish my money to be returned to my account as soon as possible.

                      I transfered money from my sbi account to jio money app ₹2020, but failed in jio money app and amount has been deducted from my account, but jio app is not showing history of transaction failure, around 48 hours has been over but amount has not been yet refunded, kindly resolve the issue asap..my jio number is [protected], amount is deducted as on 07/04/2017, which has not yet been refunded...

                            Jio net at khargone is working as 2g speed or less if any below it inspite of 4g speed .too much buffering .in room no services means you have to come on road or at roof to use jio services.                             I was recharging jio prime membership with 303 plan from myjio app. Transaction was failed but money was debited from my account and i cant get even any message it is so irresponsible and unprofessional I WANT REFUND or PRIME MEMBERSHIP with summer offer. please look into this.

                            I Recharged my Jio number : [protected] with rs.509/- dhan dhana dhan pack, today at 12:42PM . The transaction was failed but money was deducted from my account. I wasn't able to get the information about the transaction as the app redirected me to "Recharge other number" page from "Transaction Failed" page after a second. I recharged with Bank of Baroda, atm with pin number. This is 3rd time its happening. I also recharged with JioMoney app but Transaction failed and I also got a message the money will be returned in 7 days, but I still didn't got any money in my account. Give me my money back.

                                  Hi Dear Team,

                                  There is no network after life time subscribed by recharging 99 rupees and 303 rupees recharged for summer offer in my JIO number i.e [protected] since 4 days.Even trying to contact customer care number i.e.[protected] no network on this customer contact number. I don't know what will i do. If the service is not properly provide to the customer then just abolished or removed the service.I am totally irritated .So at last i decide to complaint in websites.
                                  If my problem is not solved within 24 hours then i am not using this jio number and even whatever the contacts i have those are using jio numbers inform to them that the service of jio is not good even the network problem is happened frequently . So there is no need to use this jio number.Just use another network...

                                  The complain id-b115543 is not resolved till now.I don't understand why this type o[censored]seless service is providing by the company.After complaining, the customer care made a call to me and he told me that it will shot out today evening i.e 09/04/2017.But till now it is not resolved.If it is not resolved within 24 hour then return the recharge fund of 303 rupees for summer offer and 99 rupees for lifetime subscriber.

                                  After regular complaining the problem is not resolved .Even the customer care want my debit card number, expiry date and cvv number and also the OTP code also which is coming to my registered mobile number for refund the amount.
                                  This is not the way to refund the amount .if you want refund the amount then ask my account number through which i recharged the 303 rupees amount.

                                  What ever the customer care asked me about my debit card details these are the fraud case to withdraw the amount by asking details about your credit card and debit card details.And the customer care informed me that i recharge the jio number only through jio application not through any other application.Be alert for the customer care call for query handling.I am totally irritated to get the this type of bull-sheet service.just refund the amount as soon as possible.

                                  Recently i got a call from jio customer care for resolving my network problem.But instead of that they ask me details regarding my debit card with otp of my registered mobile number.So be alert these type fraud calls from jio customer care.

                                  The fraud contact number through which i got the call from jio customer care is [protected] for details about my debit card and the OTP through which we refund the amount.And my real problem is not solved till now i.e network problem from my jio number [protected]
