I had summer offer recharged yesterday with 303/- and Prime membership had already taken with 99/- but my summer offer not successfully done and The shopkeeper is saying I did, my jio number is[protected]. So please take a strong action. I hope you take a strong action right now. Sir if there is no recharging today then I will have double loss. So I hope that I get good response.

    I wanted to do a recharge of summer surprise of Rs 303 but instead mistakenly i did a recharge of booster pack of Rs 301. And after that i called jio customer care to ask them to refund my money or change it to jio surprise pack. But they told me that it was my fault and they can't do anything about it. This is so irresponsible of them. Help me please.

        My Friends recharged of rs 99 for prime membership before 31st March and he is recharge today of rs 402 through my jio money app and after recharge process rs 352 (rs.50 cashback) deducted in my account and my freind received a messge from jio ^recharge was unsuccessful ^. I am tried to cotact jio customer care but no one resolved my problem and call is not connect to jio. now my account debited by 352 rs. Please refund my money in my account

        I recharged my Jio number with Rs 402 on 31st March through My Jio app which showed unsuccessful to me . The transaction id is IGABBDTZP7, SBI bank. As it showed unsuccessful I recharged again with Rs 402 transaction ID IGABBEDBX7 which showed successful. But money was deducted both times from my account. I contacted my bank and was told that both my transactions were made successful. Hence I raised a complaint with jio. Jio have checked both my transactions and made it successful twice . I had to reopen my complaint 3 times yet didn't get any refund.
        They always give me blunt excuses of contacting technical team. My transaction was made twice and 1 of them should be cancelled. I am utterly disappointed in jio's fraudulent dealings. I just want my refund. But jio is not giving me my refund.

          Yesterday I recharged with 303 plan on my jio number [protected] at JIO CENTER, Mastercanteen square, bhubaneswar, Odisha on dated 7.4.17. I didnot get any messages or not showing in my jio app in 24 hours.yesterday evening I contacted there but nobody listening.Today also I contacted they are saying in system not showing telling me to do the recharge again.Why i will pay again as i have already given money.1pm today i went to ur jio cash section but they are not listening. I am ur customer from many days also recharged my other numbers with summer offers plan. I didnot face any problem before, kindly resolve my issue so that I can enjoy summer offer.I am also attaching screen shot of order number.

            We had recharge Rs 499 at date[protected] in evening from my jio app for summer offer from sbi debit card . 499 rupees are deducted from my account but summer offer is not provided and no any message come from jio services.

                  I have recharged successfully 303 with transaction id BR000045SEOJ on my jio number [protected] on 7 April at 10:01 pm. But did not get any confirmation sms. Even I can not find the recharge information in my jio app (Recharge History option) . It shows about my previous recharge of 99.

                      Sir my friends name is subrata mondal.his jio number is [protected] and also a prime member.he is recharge 303 plan via jio money applied 50 cashback voucher.so he is paid 253 rupees.recharge is successfull.recharge date is 7th april 2017 at 16:03:25pm.he is not get any conformation messege from jio.his payment transaction id is[protected].please help him sir.

                        I booked ticket on 11&12 march 2017 from JIO Money twice and none of time I got my 100 + 100 cashback. I booked as per their T&C so if you think that some mistake made by me then no chance because it was showing cashback amount at the time of booking.
                        I have mail 2-3 times to customer support mail: [protected]@jiomoney.com & Phone: [protected] but there is no response.

                              My no is [protected], I purchased this on 3 of April 2017. By paying 99 and 303 from that day to till now I am not satisfied with the service. I called so many time to customer care no but they didn't response. As jio promise for 1 GB daily data but only 200 or 300 mb I used it says ur limit exceeds. Poor network signal at my area. No net no voice call is possible from my area. Call drop. So many issues with jio. Either they ressolve my issues or return my money

                                  I have done my Jio recharge of a bundle pack of 402 for Jio prime membership and Jio summer offer on 8/4/17 at9:56 a.m from my paytm wallet but I have not received any balance & offer in my Jio no [protected], billdeskutil order :#IPT[protected] Wallet transaction ID : [protected], please return my money in my paytm wallet as soon as possible . I shall have thankfully u for this.

                                    Respected sir/madam,

                                    This complaint w. r. t jio summer surprise offer recharge of rs 303-/- for my order number:[protected]) where i have done the transaction yesterday on 06-april-2017 at 9:46 pm through paytm App. the transaction status says that "payment of rs. 303 received by paytm & your transaction is successful for jio number [protected] with order id [protected] and it is due with jio operator for confirmation.
                                    The status (waiting for operator confirmation) is still the same as of today (08-april- 2017) from past more than 40 hrs.
                                    I expect the transaction to be successful and i must get the benefit of the offer from effective date 06 april 2017.

                                      I recharged my friend's Jio no. with the Jio summer offer of Rs. 100 by myjioapp. My friend didn't get any message of confirmation from the operator and the amount is also deducted from my account .It has been 8 hours to recharge
