I have recharged jio money with 300 balance and done 99 recharge do my balance should be Rs.201 but my balance is shown as Rs.0 and the customer care toll free [protected] or [protected]@jiomoney.com seems to be of no use as nobody answers or reply to our concerns. I want my complete balance money as my confidence on jiomoney is lost... I have waited for more than 2 weeks hoping to get the error corrected.

On 14.03.2017 i have paid towards jio prime membership & subsequent plan effective 1st april 2017. Now since 1st april all the service to my jio number is closed. Not getting any response from customer care. Below is the details of the payment done.

I have done recharge of 303 on my number [protected] using jio money wallet. Jio money is showing transaction successful and money got debited but still i didnt recieved any conformation message. And last recharges is also not showing that transaction. Please help.

I tried ₹99 Jio recharge on 31st March 2017, money got deducted from bank but recharge page got hung after that and I didn't receive Jio prime membership or money refund. I am trying Jio live chat since then but no one is responding.

I m a Jio user. Two days before I had done a recharge of 303 rupees by using Jio money app through my debit card, unfortunately my payment was FAILED but my money deducted from account.After that I tried once more time and the payment was successful.But I again charged 303 rupees that means total 606 rupees for a single recharge plan. I asked to the customer Care executive and they assured me that amount will be automatically...

On 31st March I recharge a jio number by Rs.303 at 4:15 PM of order no.[protected] but it is showing processing for more than 24 hours. Please resolve the issue at the earliest .If not please refund back my balance to my account....

On 31st march i was using jiomoney but after some time it ask me password to sign in which i have forgotten already. I have gone for forgot option and ask for dob wguch is again stating that no dob registered for this user. Now my account is block. I want to make it usable again. I was recharge jio prime 99 from my jio app on 31st march and also money deducted in my A/c but till date no any massage from jio to confirmation, and not showing to recharge status kindly solve the problem...

Worst service. No customer concerns. Spoke to cs for around 2 hrs 30 min. Issue not yet resolved. I do not know how cs is working without manager or supervisor. I am yet to receive calls from Mr. Suresh manager which was supposed to happen @10 am. Now time is around 1:45 PM. No calls yet. Worst service by gopinath, pravin Kumar who are floor supervisors. I'm not willing to proceed wid Jio. Let me know d procedure for disconnection of Jio....

I pay 99 rs recharge in jiomoney through prime membership but 99 rs deducted in jiomoney wallet but not recharge success or not refund .the recharge date is 18/03/2017 and the refund process is customer care is say 48 hours but that day is 12 day still but no any kind of refund is here.

Jio company has terminated my mobile no. [protected], i have recharged on this no. with 99 and 303 pack total amount 402. Now i want my money back to my account from which i have recharged this ... Without any warning how could they terminated my no. and they first gave 2-3 sims and why after that terminate the mobile numbers ...BS activity by Jio...

I am using this no since last 6 months.
But I am not able to make a call with this no.
I did visited 3-4 times at JIO store and had complained 2-3 times with customer care also.
But still the issue is not resolved.
Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

From last two days i.e.31-March-2017 not able to make a call on a specific number of Airtel which i was able to do before. whenever i call on that number it says THIS ROUTE is busy and if I try some other operator and call on that number the call gets conneted. Dont know the reason why? The same is not getting connected from jio number. had Called Jio Customer Care number also but didn' t get a solution for this...They said will try to resolve...
