    I tried to subscribe rs303 plan for my another jio number on 31st March 2017.after availing rs50 discount voucher through jio money I was asked to pay rs253 and when I tried to recharge with the same I got failed transaction msg with amount got deducted from my savings account.after 3days of this transaction I registered a compliant with them on everyday since then .I didn't get any reply from them on this regard till date.i even tried to talk to them on jio care by it is not connecting to them event after 7mints of waiting and when I tried to chat with them also none of them is replying .please take the necessary action asap.here is the transit:[protected] for the failed transaction.

        Yesterday​ i did a reacharge of Rs. 303 through my jio app, for my jio number to avail summer surprise. But, i didn't get any message or email, even after the amount got deducted from my bank account.
        If I'll not get any notification regarding the recharge being successful, I will discontinue being jio customer.
        So please resolve this problem as soon as possible.

                      During a Jio recharge of ₹303 on my Jio number through Jio money app the recharge fails but the respective amount has been deducted from my account balance immediately after the process and an error message showing the recharge failure displays on Jio money app.Please return my money as soon as possible, its humbly requested to take action on the above mentioned content immediately.

                      I recharged my jio number on 13 march 201 8. Although the amount of rs 399 was deducted from my bank account, but the recharged has not been done neither the amount was refunded.

                      Kindly return the amount asap.

                      I recharge 555Rs plan on the date 12september 20. But recharge is unsuccessful.

                        No is [protected], subscribed for prime membership on 5.4.17, an amount of 499 was deducted through net banking ISBI [protected] IGABBTYYN 7, erceived a message that security deposit of 400 was received and your plan is now changed to prepaid plan.. When I asked the Jio store they said no money is in your account, customer care can not give the answer.

                                  I have done a rechargeof 303rupees by using jio money through paytm. Optionbut its still pending from 24 hours . i want to cancel the order but cancel option is currently not showing. I am in a fix as my money is stucked. I want to order from different site but cant bcoz my money is stucked up with you. Your customer care just keep replying automated mails and hence cant find any solution .

                                        My number is 80735458౩3, which is a postpaid connection.

                                        According to jio .. to avail summer surprise offer I have to be prime member and need to avail 303 or above recharge and need to give 400 security deposit.

                                        I have done all the above however, transaction for security deposit is still not confirmed from jio end, in Paytm it says order successful and paid to billdeskutil. Either I need to get confirmation email or msg from jio or its need to be updated in app. None is done. How will I get the confirmation.

                                        I had the same issue and raised complaint and they managed to find it and have added it as credit to my Jio account.However we will not get back the 400 until we terminate the connection.
