From last two days i.e.31-March-2017 not able to make a call on a specific number of Airtel which i was able to do before. whenever i call on that number it says THIS ROUTE is busy and if I try some other operator and call on that number the call gets conneted. Dont know the reason why? The same is not getting connected from jio number. had Called Jio Customer Care number also but didn' t get a solution for this...They said will try to resolve...

Sir, I regret to inform you that the Jio 4G data service is not satisfactory even after subscribing JIO prime membership and Jio Monthly data recharge. The real data speed from 1st April is much lesser than the expected and promised data speed by Jio service providers. Therefore, I as, a Jio member would like to request the Jio service provider to stick to their promise and give us better service. Thank you....

I recharged with Rs. 303 yesterday but i has not yet reflected in my Jio Account The money was deducted from my bank though. And i did not receive any confirmation from Jio, only a message from my bank about money deduction....

I dind recharge of ₹149 for my number [protected] last night.
I got deducted my bank balance of ₹149 and did not get any message related to the recharge status or any information in myjio app.
Please refund my 149 rupees as soon as possible.

I am students for kiet college muradnagar location for NH-58 merrut road . Dear sir very weak signal for jio comperison to another network because every students are used jio so, networking (band frequency) not loaded because users are large amount of members.
So, I have requested for you plz solve this issue other then change this connection jio to another network .

This is with respect to failed TXN while adding money to JioMoney wallet on 30th March at 11.58 AM where Rs 303-/- got debited from my ICICI account via Debit Card Transaction through the billdesk payment gateway for my JioMoney wallet account SIGN IN ID: [protected].

So, I just want to know when can I expect a reversal / refund for the same.

Hi, my name is santosh. I have tried activating my jio prime using the link i got on my alternative number (+91 [protected]) and after entering details and when tried to make the payment using net banking (Paytm), it displayed me as transaction failed but rs.99 where deducted from my paytm account. but the transaction got failed and money was debited in my account and I was not subscribed to Jio Rs. 303 plan.
I have called your customer care several times, your customer care are pathetic.

Hello sir i recharge of 99 from reliance my jio apps using paytm service for jio prime membership ..from my account 99 balance deducted and also i receive that 99 balance paid to billdeskutil.with wallet tx no [protected]...on 30march at 7:17pm..
I Complaint about it to paytm to also ..
From paytm they response well
They call me in morning 31march and mail also about it and said that from paytm side recharge is successful..br...
