Sir i bought sim on 30th Aug and it is still not activated and your customer care also not respond on calling or in twitter what service you provide to us ??
Me and my friend bought sim on same day his sim is activate in 2 hr and you send me msg that state that delay in process of activation and it is still not activate
Can you tell me exactly how much day will take to activate my sim ??

    I purchase a mifi modem with Rs 2899 from your reliance digital store on 25.08.16. after two days of purchasing date I received message about the order no : NO0000004OKON. My mifi still not activated and launch a complain but not responding from your customer care.
    Today I came to know from your store that this device price is coming down to Rs 1999. why I am not getting Rs 1000 as my mifi not activated so far and this will not working any other service provider sim. Still I don't know when it will be activated.

    Please look into the matter.

    It is true that I have purchase the jiofi before price slash, also it is true this device not active after 4 days of price slash. without active the sim this device is like plastic toy for me as this will not work with any other service provider sim. If I purchase any other electronic or mobile then I can't claim for return. sorry to say that this device still not active.

    I have contacted to Jio customer care several time but not responding.

    your are requested, please return the jiofi device and arrange for credit note for this device.

      Sir jio ofice vale sim nhi de rhe..khte hai sirf samsung mobile k sath hi milega vo b kuch mobile...mere pass gionee s7 hai..or code bhi genrate ho gya h..lekin vo sim ni dete.thanx..

        My name is Shankar yesterday i visited Rlience Digital Store Amenora Mall Hadapsar, Pune for Jio Simcard which i have already regestered to my samsung on7 4G mobile,
        when i entered the store nobody has responded to me they told that SIMs finished from last 3/4 days, we dont know when will come,
        as authorised store i woudn't expected this, i think they are not interested. As a loyal customer please guide my cuopen code also going to expire within 3-4 days.

            My wife has purchased a samsung galaxy note 5 and offer of free Reliance Jio sim [protected] was given to her on 30 july 2016 and they took all details and filling of form and promo code was given to them, and reliance gallery at Sarvoday mall, kalyan assured the sim will get activated within 48 hours.

            After reaching them (48 hours) i was told that somebody has redeemed your promo code. I was clueless what to do.

            Than they started pushing me to customer complaint department and back to reliance gallery and till date last solution was not provided.

            This should be taken to Mr Ambanis to show them how the operation are happening and before hand lodging of Jio the customer and not satisfied.

              Dear sir, As I came to know about jio promotional offer on my headset, I registered my myself through proper channel for jio offer and got the code mentioned, I went to jio store available at City mall, Kalol.Managed by Mr.Joshi and know the procedure, they told me to visit Jio digital xpress mini and assured to got the sim, nearby to their store, when I was visited there they told me sim was not available, when I was back with my query and to meet Mr.Joshi there staff misbehaved with me and not sort out my query to get the sim.while the jio express mini in charge was directly black marketing sims with some bribe amount in market.Kindly help me by sorting out this issue, Please do needful Regards Shashank Bhardwaj

                          Hi this is ravi shankar i had purchased lyf flame mobile from home shop -18 on 14.08.2016 after that i had taken reliance jio 4g sim from reliance digital exepress shop, police colony, anishabad, patna on 20.08.2016. My jio mobile no is [protected]. After that i had received an sms on 27.08.2016 at my telenor mobile no.[protected]stating that the application was received and order no was no00004p9z6. After that again i had received a message through sms at my telenor mobile no. [protected] stating that "due to overwhelming response to our jio preview offer, there may be some delays in connection. We will inform you via sms once your jio number [protected] is ready for televerification" but till date my sim is not activated. Request to do the needful for early activation of my jio sim no. [protected]. Thanking you.
                          I have taken Jio sim on 25/08/16 for my Samsung Mobile. But still it is not activated by you. I have taken the Sim at your MACHILIPATNAM store. All formalities completed. But, why it is not activated Sir, SIM No. [protected].

                            Due to these kind of pathetic services i have made a complaint in the

                            I am fed up with these kind of pathetic services provided by you. I am
                            Unable to use the mobile phone.
                            So i am requesting you to either take the mobile & sim card back and

                              As per the news Jio sim is suppose to be free but all Reliance stores are charging money for the sim. Some are charging Rs.100, Rs. 200 or even Rs.300. Just want to bring to everyone's notice about this fraudulent activities going on. Is it that RELIANCE is fooling common man by saying free sim but later asking for money.

                              I am really not understanding now whether one should trust on the company Reliance or not.
                              I have bought a samsung phone from relince digital and then i have take jio sim at 24/08/2016 and it is not activated i am faceing tu much problem my n.o jio my is [protected] its a request to resolve my problem

I want to bring to your notice that even after the announcement that Jio sim are free we the common man are being charged for it and that to ur for own official store is charging a sum of 500/- for Jio sim so this a fraudulent activity which is done by ur own store of reliance. So as a consumer I want to you to look into this subject and kindly take some action in fact the the store has Evn put a sign board saying to pay 500/- for Jio sim. The store is located in Bangalore, vv puram next to Sri Bhagwan Mahaveer Jain college, near by polar bear .

                                Hi this is Prashant Pai vaidya i had purchased jio sim and lyf flame handset from Top 10 in vile parle east on 20.08.16. My jio mobile no is [protected] . I received an sms on 29.08.16 stating that the application was received and order no was 00000516PK however sim still not activated. Been to Top 10 store 5 times and spoke with Maneesh who handles the activations for Jio he garunteed it will activate by 31.08.16. It is the 1st of September today and now I have still not had the sim activated. I am going to go to consumer court if the sim does not activate in the next 2 hours . I have advised Top 10 about the same as well.
                                I hope you can work on the same and get the sim activated or else I will be taking this further.

                                  I take new connection vide SIM no-[protected] dtd-18th August'16. I got a message dtd-26th August'16 regarding order number-000004HNXR after that still i have not got any response. I had called many times local reliance manager ([protected]) but he told to wait. I had called reliance customer care no-[protected] & they had provided a complain no-SRT00000163WK dtd-27th August'16 but still my sim not activated.

                                  Pls response & arrange to activate the same asap.

                                    Digital express, jamalpur Ludhiana, Punjab Not giving preview sim. I have gone there 3 times, but they are not giving sim, making excuse that sim is not coming from company.
                                    I want to say that, if this kind of service is being given before start of commercial operation then what will will be scale of problems after start of commercial operation of Reliance Jio.
                                    If you people don't have sim don't make headlines in news that free preview offer is available.
