I am using Jio hotspot since November 2016, but on 4th April 2017 device not starting off so i have removed the battery & sim card and just inserted once again.
After that it was showing the error, "No SIM, Check Sim card". So i went to Jio store at Viman nagar, Pune on 05th April 2017 for checking the device/doggle, they told me to show it to Reliance Mart, Aundh. On the same day in the evening i went to Reliance Corporate IT park, Aundh, Pune. They have checked the device and told me that, Sim card slot having problem it's internal pins are damaged that's why it is showing error. I told them device is in warranty so you please repair or replace it but concern person told me that it is physical damage so we can't repair or replace it in free of cost. They told me to pay Rs. 1600/- to do the repairing of it.However device has not gone through any physical damage. It is internal damage to sim card slot so how it can comes under physical damage. It should be repaired or replaced at free of cost as it is within warranty. I have also called Jio customer care but they have responded properly.
Request you to; help me out in this and take the necessary action on urgent basis.
