Myself jatin chavan, i m a reliance jio user. I m using one of the app named jiomoney which is provided by the reliance jio company.
On 10th march, 2017 i performed a transaction of rs 123 on bookmyshow.com and i selected jiomoney as preferred payment option. During the transaction, money was debited from my bank account but the ticket on bookmyshow.com wasn't booked. I call bookmyshow team, they told me the payment is failed and i should contact jiomoney customer care for refund. I called jiomoney (And still calling) for the refund, and what i always get to hear is that "the refund will be initiated in 24 hours".
The complaint was raised on 16th march, 2017 and till today (4th april, 2017) i m getting the same reply that my refund will be initiated soon. I m really tired of calling these people, upon insisting to transfer the call the senior executive, they deny and give some reason that senior ain't available. Even after calling like around 10-15 times and emailing them the issue hasn't been solved yet.
Its a kind and sincere request from my side for you to look into this issue and solve it as soon as possible. I m really tired of calling them again and again and listening the same reasons/bs from them.

08/04/2017, 12:01:40.). i have contacted jio care to reverse it to my correct number [protected]. they are saying that they dont have options to reverse my recharge.but every other telcom provider will reverse expet jio. last time i had same problem with vodafone they have reversed the amount. why isnt jio reversing the money?
