When iam calling to a number the call is dropping after 3-5 minutes, & sometimes my call is not at all going to others . & when some one calls to me it is getting as my network is out of coverage area . These all issues persists even though my tower signal is full, & when iam browsing internet the page is ot even opening . But when the internet cones it stays for only 2 minutes & then goes off, & the same prblm repeats again, calls are not at all going & internet is not at all coming, this problem is frm 2 days, even though i have called many times for customer care i havent got exact response from you people, so i have kept a porting request & more over i have got prime membership plan & recharged with 303 for summer special offer, if you people do not resolve my issue by tomorrow, damn sure you give all my paid money back, & i will be shifting to other network, thanks for your worst service though

    I recharged my jio money for 303 using my internet banking on 7th april 2017 and d money was deducted from my bank account but d jio money was not added to my jio wallet but i got confirmation message on my jio number about the transaction being successful but the jio wallet is still showing zero balance. this is a very disturbing customer service so please refund me or i am going to file a complaint over the company on dis

      I did a recharge of 598 INR on 7th April, 2017, for Jio number [protected].

      This transaction doesn't show in Myjio app plans section and I have not received any confirmation sms also. See images attached for the Recharge SMS and Myjio app.

      My recharge should appear in my plans. Please update my recharge information for this number [protected].

        This is to notify Reliance jio that Iam having or experiencing the POOREST JIO network in my AREA that is 27 kb/s .
        This complaint is for network issue in area BAGIKHANA 390001, VADODARA GUJARAT.
        The network in other areas is preety good but especially in BAGIKHANA area its doing very very bad.
        Pls consider my complaint and give me a better experience of genuine 4G .

          I had reachrged my jio no. through MyJio app using paytm option.i m prime member so I recharged for 99/- + 303/- but yet now didn't recived that amount on my jio no. 402 /- has been paid to BILLDESKutil but my jio no. didn't got any rechargei contacted paytm customer care but they said payment done to BILLDESKutil so pleasesolve this problem

            but it not active and not show in my jio summary deatials,
            i done 99+149 recharge already on 31 march in my number,
            i doing 303 recharge for welcome 03 month free offer that will expire on 15 april, i check my net banking balance it already deducated,
            so sir do needful and tell me what i do in this situation,

                  I had filed a complaint on 25/3/17 recharge done of Rs 99

                  And the authorised person the problem will be solved in 7 working days and yet it has not been solved this is the very poor service I had been gone to and while Calli the customer care service center no pick up the call and if the day is good of a people so he may be able to speak to a authorised person sercice care or else we need to keep on calling and calling to speak the authorised person of Jio care

                          Pathetic service from JIo customer care including appellate Authority. Everyone promised to reply back for Jio Apple offer within some time, but no one reverted back ever. Till today I have not been giving any information that how Jio offer will be activated in my No. First of all Jio offer itself is not satisfactory considering cheap and low quality service provided to all other consumers. I have to call 7 times to connect once to my relatives. data speed is 0.5MBPS, which is equivalent to 2G. Already paid 15000 more at reliance digital compared to competitors sellers as Jio promised for 1499 plan for 12 months & they promised that service will be improved by Jan 17. Jio is giving much better plans to other customers for getting/keep & providing same service in free/303 rs & I am supposed to get it in 1499rs which I already paid in advance. Even this offer is not activated after more than 10 calls & no confirmation provided either. finally I have to opt for Jio prime on 31st of march considering last day. So I want refund of 18000 rs for jio, which I have been promised. If you dont want to serve me, kindly give 18000 & I will stop using Jio service. Enough of frustration from JIO.

                            I have done a transaction for amount Rs 402 - Transaction Id - [protected] Transaction Date - 06 April 2017 at 21:33 paid to BILLDESKutil for Jio Prime Membership and monthly recharge. The payment is deducted from my Paytm Wallet however there is no confirmation of payment to JIO from your side. According to Jio representative Jio did not receive the payment. Then I talked to Paytm executive and they told me payment at successful at Paytm end.

                            Need your help in resolving and reverting back the payment to my Paytm wallet.

                                I've recharged to my Jio No.[protected] for Rs.303/- through myJio app netbanking on 04/04/2017 at 01:00PM and it(i.e.Rs.303/-) also debited in my bank account and also message received. But it has not been credited in my Jio wallet.

                                    I made a recharge of 303/- on number [protected] and jio debited the money from my account but the recharge is not done yet. Recharge was regarding jio summer special offer of 303/- and I used a voucher of rupees 50 so the final amount of 253 was paid through jio money and thus jio cut 253 from my jio wallet but recharge is not done yet. Please refund my money as early as possible.

                                      I am a customer of your mobile telephony service. I probably was one of the first customer to subscribe for a prime membership as I like ur service. Unfortunately, recent experinces have compelled me to reconsider and switch back to my old service provider. So far I have lost Rs 453 doing recharges. I made first rechare of 51 but didnt get any balance. When I talk to ur customer executive they told me they never received any requests for recharge but my bank account was charged. Then I tried to buy a prime membership for another number but again it charged me with no membership subscription. Again yesterday when I tried to rwcharge my brother's sim from ur website, it charged me but my brother received no confirmation. This time however I recorded the entire process and also took screen shorts of the transaction completed notification. I humbly reqyest you to look into this matter asap. Otherwise I will be forced to take legal action and file a complain in the consumer court

                                      I recharged my jio number [protected] on 18/10/2017 at 7:55 pm via my jio app. When I am going through the process of recharge. They provided me a link o[censored]pi as [protected]@icici to pay the amount. Then I paid the money 399 to the link. But my number didn't recharged. Now, when I called the customer executives they told me that no money received.whereas the link is provided by jio app to pay the money. Then why my number is not recharged.                                       And it is paid via phonepe app.

                                        There is little or NO NETWORK coverage in my office. Most of the time it is out of coverage due to which I MISS IMPORTANT CALLS. The 4G INTERNET SPEED at my office area is around and Max to max 5-10kbps, which LESSER than 2G SPEED.
                                        I kindly request you to make better network coverage around my office area.
