I recently recharged for rs. 99 for the jio prime membership. The amount is deducted but i have not received any confirmation. I already complained through the customer care, they told the issue will be solved before 30th march 2017. Still not received any confirmation. My JIO number is [protected]. Bought my jio connection about 3 weeks ago and have to say i am highly disappointed. I have yet to experience the high speed 4G connection that they boast of in their commercials. I was registered a compliant in jio customer care on last 4 days back. Due to signal not receiving properly and the Receiving signals are fluctuating so the voice calls disturbed. Complain regarding Postpaid to Prepaid

I have activated by Rs. 99.00 for Jio Prime one year membership & recharged with Rs. 303.00 for net connection scheme for Prepaid as a security deposit. But now the number : [protected] is displaying as Postpaid. I am cheated by your company regarding these scheme.

The Reliance Jio Infocomm company are fooling and lying to their customer.As i am the one of its customer the company gives me a message for one time fee of rs 99 for prime membership to continue its unlimited plan and now saying to recharge per month with its plan to continue.I want a full justice for making its customer fool and lying to them....

I have contact customer care executive for Buy Jio prime customer. he say if you buy 99 in postpaid and then change prepaid no need to pay another 99. so that i have buy 99 in postpaid. after that i have submit request to postpaid to prepaid migration in jio center. they asking another 99 you must pay then only we will do. regarding this issue i contact customer care executive through 198 and 199 more than 20 times some time they say no need...
