I have the old reliance no. ([protected]) and i had been use this no.in bsnl till last month. Recently i changed this no. To the rjio 4g mobile operator by portability facility. Now i could not receive the urgent sms messages like otp, bank transaction and other impotrant messages. Now these messages i receive to the mobile after two hours. So i could not use the net banking service and other online services....

Jio Money wallet has got my more than 5000 INR in the account. I have been trying since yesterday to recharge my Videocon D2H ID # 25527970 through Jio Money App. Upon each attempt it says "Error while processing the requets". I gave it few minutes, few hours as well as over a day but it is giving me same error. We have verified that there is no network connectivity issue as well and all details are correct as well.

Worst part...

I have recharged with Rs/-303 on my Jio No. [protected] through Reliance Jio Money wallet on 18/03/17 but transaction failed but money not returned in jio money wallet till now.
I have tried to contact on jio money toll free number [protected] many times but no one received the call.
I have also complaint on [protected]@jiomoney.com three times but no one replied and money is also not returned....

Jio sim no [protected] i have recently subscribed for prime membership in pincode area 423401 near railway station 2 km away from city centre. I am not able to run jiofi as speed shoes, .01 to .05 mpbs please advise can i trust jio and subscribe for next data plan.

In city also there is speed around 1.5mpbs. Kinldly arrange for assured speed as there were 400/500 customers who are feeling foolef....

Reliance Jio is unable to buffer 144p online youtube videos.

The 4g speed is so terrifying that one can get easily bored while surfing internet via a Jio sim card.

Hope as a Reliance Jio consumer it is my right to claim against such 4g service.

I expect for a quick resolve of this problem by company people for which i shall be gratefull.

Its been nearly 6months im using jio its quality of offering 4g data has decreased than it was before. Day by day the internet speed is slower and downloading issue is also there. Hope jio will provide true 4g network as per its promise. The volte function is not also upto expectation. In some rural areas the signal strength is poor. Data send receive icon is also absent. Which result poor internet online video buffering....

Jio Mylapore, Chennai customers are made to stand for a long time.Customers could be provided seniority token & seating arrangement made to avoid long queue in front of Jio assistant. Also separate desk for collection of payment is reqd to avoid account opening staff over taxed & also save customer's waiting time.

I have subscribed for Jio prime...first 3 days I got the hi speed data but now not more than 200 kbps...and jio says that we provide very hi speed data...it also goes sometimes below 50 kbps...even though I have not completed my 1 gb high speed data...please resolve this problem...all my friends are also facing same problem...I live in BHAGALPUR, BIHAR...Jio no. I am facing slow internet data speed problem in Jio and company is not providing any solution.
I have made RS.303 recharge also but still no clarity from Jio and internet data speed is horrible and panic.
I want to Lodge case in court against reliance Jio.

I recharged my Jio money few days back but after some time unfortunately my Jio money did not work and presently it is blocked ... i tried to contact service centre many times but they did not respond.. i don't know what to do .. in this regard it is requested to kindly unblock my jio money account, so that i can use my services... my jio number is [protected]...

I made money transfer with jo money to my friend last week till now it's not credit my friend there is no respond from jio money.

On 2nd of march a person from JIO came to my office in ericsson.I have given him 100 rs for recharge in order to get prime membership but my number is not rechared till date.I have called him many times and he kept on saying that ill do the recharge.From that day my no no is not recharged neither he came to my office again.

I am having CALL DROP OUTS issue .I have registered the complaint on[protected] but the issue haven't solved up to now nobody is taking care about this complaint. Can you please follow up my complaint and solve it....
