Dear sir,
I m a Jio user. Two days before I had done a recharge of 303 rupees by using Jio money app through my debit card, unfortunately my payment was FAILED but my money deducted from account.After that I tried once more time and the payment was successful.But I again charged 303 rupees that means total 606 rupees for a single recharge plan. I asked to the customer Care executive and they assured me that amount will be automatically refunded within the two working days. But already the two days has been left and I have not received any amount that I lost.

      On 31st March I recharge a jio number by Rs.303 at 4:15 PM of order no.[protected] but it is showing processing for more than 24 hours. Please resolve the issue at the earliest .If not please refund back my balance to my account.

        I, Madhurima sarkar my jio no.[protected]. I recharged my number yestarday on 5.58pm for rs.303 plan online mode via vijaya bank debit card. After recharging till now I don't get any confirmation mail/massage, where as 303 rs deducted from my a/c. Please repair this problem or else refund my money. I tried to contact with customer care but they didn't make any response. I also sent mail to jio care they too didnot reply me. I provide transaction msg which i get from my bank.

          On 31st march i was using jiomoney but after some time it ask me password to sign in which i have forgotten already. I have gone for forgot option and ask for dob wguch is again stating that no dob registered for this user. Now my account is block. I want to make it usable again. I call yhe customer care many time but no response. So please help me to unblock my jiomoney account. My jio no. Is [protected].

              Worst service. No customer concerns. Spoke to cs for around 2 hrs 30 min. Issue not yet resolved. I do not know how cs is working without manager or supervisor. I am yet to receive calls from Mr. Suresh manager which was supposed to happen @10 am. Now time is around 1:45 PM. No calls yet. Worst service by gopinath, pravin Kumar who are floor supervisors. I'm not willing to proceed wid Jio. Let me know d procedure for disconnection of Jio. They are unable to sort out a simple problem of mine.

                      I pay 99 rs recharge in jiomoney through prime membership but 99 rs deducted in jiomoney wallet but not recharge success or not refund .the recharge date is 18/03/2017 and the refund process is customer care is say 48 hours but that day is 12 day still but no any kind of refund is here.

                      but didnt get any recharge successful sms..and norefund till 12/03/2017

                          Amount deducted for JIO Prime Membership but it’s not activated yet

                          Hi Team Jio,

                          I am recharged My Jio no [protected] on March 31, 2017 for activating Jio prime through Online (www.jio.com ) via my credit card and the amount (Rs. 99) was deducted from my account by 11:25 am. I have received a payment confirmation notification which shows “Your transaction is underway. You will be notified on its status shortly.”

                          As per credit card statement my recharge was successful but the JIO Prime Membership is not activated yet. There is no confirmation message received from Team Jio and waiting for confirmation of JIO Prime Membership.

                              I did visited 3-4 times at JIO store and had complained 2-3 times with customer care also.
                              But still the issue is not resolved.
                              Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

                                From last two days i.e.31-March-2017 not able to make a call on a specific number of Airtel which i was able to do before. whenever i call on that number it says THIS ROUTE is busy and if I try some other operator and call on that number the call gets conneted. Dont know the reason why? The same is not getting connected from jio number. had Called Jio Customer Care number also but didn' t get a solution for this...They said will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible, but no ETA was provided against my complaint.request jio aperators to look at the complaint and resolve it on urgent basis.

                                  Sir, I regret to inform you that the Jio 4G data service is not satisfactory even after subscribing JIO prime membership and Jio Monthly data recharge. The real data speed from 1st April is much lesser than the expected and promised data speed by Jio service providers. Therefore, I as, a Jio member would like to request the Jio service provider to stick to their promise and give us better service. Thank you.

                                      I am running a Service Center in Malappuram District, Kerala Yesterday
                                      [protected] evening I made a jio sim recharge of Rs. 303/- to Kerala jio mobile [protected] and Rs. 99/- and Rs.303/- to Karnataka jio sim mobile [protected] through online. A total amount of Rs.705/- has been deducted from my account. But confirmation message has not been received in the respective mobiles. Therefore, I request you to inform whether these jio sim are recharged with the respective amount and if not, the amount of Rs705/- may be refunded to my account immediately. Otherwise I will approach for a legal procedings.
