Hello sir my name is abhishek, i am jio prime user my jio number is [protected], i have regiesterd a compint to jio customer care on 4th of april 2017 my complain register sr number is sr000007tkob i spoke to customer care executive on 5th of april she told me resaon that due to heavy usage of data in your area you not getting speed, and to solve this it will take 3 months, what i am gonna do three months pay for slow speed???

      After recharging with 99 for prime, i recharged with rs.400 (Security deposit) for plan 303 for but this time i did not get any confirmation and neither is it showing up in my payment option in the myjio app. I didn't receive any sms confirmation either. There was no confirmation via mail. I have activated my mail id - [protected]@gmail.com and have opted for e-bill.

        I have done wrong recharge done through mobikwik order:RJ[protected] to [protected](wrong num). i have contacted jio care to reverse it to my correct number [protected]. they are saying that they dont have options to reverse my recharge.but every other telcom provider will reverse expet jio. last time i had same problem with bsnl they have reversed the amount. why isnt jio reversing the money?

        My registered number is [protected] with jio, I have tried recharging to my Jio number but it was mistakenly recharged twice on wrong number [protected] and amount got debited from my end, please check and call me for the issue to be resolved, i need the refund to be given and cancel the recharged amount on which it was done by mistakenly [protected],

        Such a pathetic customer care service, there is such negativity, tarnishing the brand Reliance Jio, no process for cancellation, no refund.. so sorry, ..Got recharged on [protected], the non active number, no response if you try this number, actual number is [protected], they don't have any solution to this. Very rude customer service indeed, believe, must be paid well. Eventually they said someone will call, still waiting, it's a sheer waste of time, surely want refund of my money Rs 399 and would like to terminate my number immediately, Don't whether they have customer friendly cancellation process either, .. ..There is no validation process in UI and hardly any security feature in web site or mobile App, .. hardly any trigger to retort, .. very sad, so sorry for reputation of the esteemed brand Reliance Jio.             My amount was deducted on 31st March 2017 at around 12 pm or so today is 4th april 2017 still the amount didn't showed up in my jio money wallet nor it is credited as recharge on my jio number [protected].

            I almost waited for 96+ hours for my hard earned money to get back in to my account or get credited on my number I hope Team jio will do the needful as soon as possible on priority basis to avoid me filing a complain with fraudulent and cyber crime branch.

            I recharged my number [protected] from jio money WALLET on 31st March at 12.08 pm but the recharge is not done yet, today is 3Rd April i writing this mail TO YOU, I tried calling jio money helping[protected] waited on hold for 25 min but NO representative spoke to me.
            I complained to jio call center calling 198 they also not able to solve my issue KEPT asking me to wait for 24-48 hrs more n more.
            Today i am mailing this on 4 April 2017.

                Please refer to my complaint dated 02.02.2017 through jio customer care which is still not solved yet. I register a complaint regarding unable to make any call/recieve call (Incoming and outgoing) from/on my jio no. [protected]. I was told that it will take a long time and will be resolved by 28.02.2017 but it didnt solved, i contacted many times but they couldnt give me a suitable reply or solution and the same problem still persisting even after 2 months of my first complaint. Most of the time i got the reply that customer care executive try to contact me but could not reach me on my jio no. This is such a vague reply as i already complaint about all incoming/outgoing call issue.
                Ironically they closed the complaint without any solution saying that since it is long pending, we have closed it. All other jio sims works properly in my hand set lg k7.

                  Hello,

                  Myself jatin chavan, i m a reliance jio user. I m using one of the app named jiomoney which is provided by the reliance jio company.

                  On 10th march, 2017 i performed a transaction of rs 123 on bookmyshow.com and i selected jiomoney as preferred payment option. During the transaction, money was debited from my bank account but the ticket on bookmyshow.com wasn't booked. I call bookmyshow team, they told me the payment is failed and i should contact jiomoney customer care for refund. I called jiomoney (And still calling) for the refund, and what i always get to hear is that "the refund will be initiated in 24 hours".

                  The complaint was raised on 16th march, 2017 and till today (4th april, 2017) i m getting the same reply that my refund will be initiated soon. I m really tired of calling these people, upon insisting to transfer the call the senior executive, they deny and give some reason that senior ain't available. Even after calling like around 10-15 times and emailing them the issue hasn't been solved yet.

                  Its a kind and sincere request from my side for you to look into this issue and solve it as soon as possible. I m really tired of calling them again and again and listening the same reasons/bs from them.

But it was not added to the wallet and got deducted from my bank account.Which is yet not refunded, I also mail twice to jio complaning about the same.                                       Dear sir,
                                      I m a Jio user. Two days before I had done a recharge of 303 rupees by using Jio money app through my debit card, unfortunately my payment was FAILED but my money deducted from account.After that I tried once more time and the payment was successful.But I again charged 303 rupees that means total 606 rupees for a single recharge plan. I asked to the customer Care executive and they assured me that amount will be automatically refunded within the two working days. But already the two days has been left and I have not received any amount that I lost.

                                      I think I invainly posted my complaint here...No response by any
                                      Rs 303 has been deducted from my bank account and I have received message from bank about the deduction but jio money has not been credited .

                                        Sir I tried to recharge my Jio no [protected] for jio prime subscription on 1st March 2017 through the My jio app.My transaction failed twice but charge Rs99/-was deducted from my bank account and debit card.I complained at the customer care.I was refunded once.But which was deducted from my debit card is not refunded.I complained several times but not in use.please solve my problems.
                                        Reliance Jio Infocomm customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
