I had purchased jio wifi device and paid 99 for prime membership. On 28th march customer service executive called me and asked to recharge with one of the available plans to continue my services. Since i have heavy internet usage, i recharged with rs. 999 with no daily limit o[censored]sage.
Now, jio is refusing to give benefit of my recharge because they exyended their free service and even i have paid rs. 999, i will be able to get benefit by july 2017. This is ridiculous, why should i get benefit after 3 months when i have already paid and recharged. Jio is clearly cheating people of money.
Please help me get my money refunded or activate my services as per plan 999.
