I have paid for renewal Rs.99+Rs.303 but couldn't get any masses, neither SMS nor e-mail. In support of it OTP needs to fill is also not given on the same Jio no.[protected], let me know the reason and whole status or further preceding for the same....

Sir i have a jio post paid connection, i applied for pre paid connection 25th march2017 at reliance digital ulubari guwahati assam. I paid rs99 for life time member in my post paid connection, but again they requsted me to pay rs99 for life time member for pre paid connection so i have paid that also.
I am sorry to inform you till date my connection is not migrated.
Thearefore i requsest you do needful at an earliest.

Jio money is very pathetic app ever in my life . Actually on 26 march 2017 i was add money but deducted from my account but not add in wallet after that i was message and call and also doing comlaint mail
So much time waste but till date not respond by any media or not refund my amount . So please this is very bad experience . I personally suggest plz dont dowanlode this app and be careful in the feature from relince...

On date 28/03/2017, I had recharge our jio no [protected] with rs 303 with our another jio money id [protected] and apply for refund of two coupon of Rs 50 and after deduction of 50*2 =100 we finally recharge with Rs 203 but recharge amount is not credited in [protected]. So please refund of amount 203 in my jio money wallet of id [protected] or in my bank account .

I have recharged my jio prime membership with rs 99 but amount was deducted from my account.But still my jio number was not recharged .

It's about 1 and half week on 18th march i recharged my jio no.[protected] for Jio prime using jiomony wallet. And i got message transaction is unsuccessful and ater that i call jio care they tolled me that your complaint is submited. After 2-3 days my request is been closed. Then i call jiomony care they tolled me that sir your rs 99 will be refund to you within next two working day and then again it's about 3 days that no one responded to...

With respect to my recharge order no. [protected]for Rs.303 for Mobile no [protected]- i have done through Paytm
But its not been done due to operator confirmation.
Please confirm it immediately else i will have to cancel the transaction.

I usually do recharge with the help of paytm but only this time it got failed. I do not want to cancel the transaction...

I had applied for a Jio connection on 18th January, 2017. After almost a month, the engineers came to my house and it was discovered that due to a peculiar physical obstruction, I could not get Jio connection. I thus applied for a refund and recieved a 'cancelled' confirmation on 28th February. Since then, I have tried many times to get my check back. The local Jio person is now ignoring my phone calls. Their names are Anil Dubey and Umesh....

I ashok lalasangi paid an amount of rupees 99 on 28 March 2017 and the money has been debited from my account I paid my bill through bill desk then called customer service and they said me to contact bank and give complete details of transactions finally my money has been deducted and not subscribed for jio prime.very much sad about the system.please do resolve this issue. Got this jio number with expectations but after a day or two o[censored]sage it showed it's true colours and several service requests to resolve the issue they showed there inability to resolve the issue stating a new cell site is required to resolve it which will take long and after that services getting worse with every passing day neither the data nor the calls are connecting properly it's 4g even worse than gprs...

From last 3 days i found that my net was working very slow. So i tried to call on jio complaint helpline but no 1 was receiving it. So i file a complaint online. The net is working very slow at my home. Plzz take correct action against it....
