I am Preeti... My Jio number is [protected] .. I was trying to get the membership for Jio prime on 30th of March 2017.. but in the first attempt it didn't confirm me that it had been done successfully.. then I tried another time... And it deducted 99 rs two times..

I want my 99 rs to be refunded please...

    This is with respect to failed TXN while adding money to JioMoney wallet on 30th March at 11.58 AM where Rs 303-/- got debited from my ICICI account via Debit Card Transaction through the billdesk payment gateway for my JioMoney wallet account SIGN IN ID: [protected].

    So, I just want to know when can I expect a reversal / refund for the same.

    Further JioMoney failed TXN details stated below:

        Hi, my name is santosh. I have tried activating my jio prime using the link i got on my alternative number (+91 [protected]) and after entering details and when tried to make the payment using net banking (Paytm), it displayed me as transaction failed but rs.99 where deducted from my paytm account. Below is the screenshot of the paytm transaction. My jio number is (+91 [protected]).

        Just after posting this complaint i have received a call with in an minute from an unknown number asking my card details ( Card number, Expiry Date & CVV ). He said only by using this details he can refund me the amount. When i did so, I received a message stating that a transaction of 99 rs has been INITIATED to this account along with an OTP. This unknown person is now asking for that OTP. Truecaller was displaying this number ([protected]) as 420 so i did not let him know the OTP and rejected the call.

          I am Vaishali Jaim Recharged my Jio no [protected] on 31/03/2017 for Jio Rs. 303 plan and amoun my Jio app via Net banking.
          but the transaction got failed and money was debited in my account and I was not subscribed to Jio Rs. 303 plan.
          I have called your customer care several times, your customer care are pathetic.
          The problem is from Jio server not bank server.

              Hello sir i recharge of 99 from reliance my jio apps using paytm service for jio prime membership ..from my account 99 balance deducted and also i receive that 99 balance paid to billdeskutil.with wallet tx no [protected]...on 30march at 7:17pm..
              I Complaint about it to paytm to also ..
              From paytm they response well
              They call me in morning 31march and mail also about it and said that from paytm side recharge is successful..
              You should concern with jio about it this issue.
              I hav already also Complaint to jio customer care about it ..with my complaints no
              SR000007P4DM..
              But i stil not get any resolve to my problem..and today is last day of recharge..i don't know what i do.
              This is unfair
              I want plz see on my issue as soon as.

              I try call at least 50-60 times now they not picking my phone..
              And my service request SR000007P4DM
              Closed by them without any contact and call with me..
              I don't know what i do ..

                          Bought my jio connection about 3 weeks ago and have to say i am highly disappointed. I have yet to experience the high speed 4G connection that they boast of in their commercials. Sorry to say but my 2G was faster that this crappy jio connection. I get absolutely no reception in calls. The calls rarely connect and if through some miracle they do connect, they have a short life of barely 1-2 minutes before ut leaves us yelling "can you hear me?" again and again into the phone. Now you cant say i haven't tried to do anything about it. I have called the complaint helpline thrice. And each time have been told to wait for 48 hours. Ok i waited, now what. The connection hasn't improved. If anything they've stopped connecting my calls to the operators now apparently on account of "high call volume"(turns out I'm not alone in this plight, huh?). The bottom line is i bought this connection in hopes of better speed and reception but all i received are really poor connection that is infact worse than idea 2G, tbh, disappointment and then some more disappointment. Dont think i will be enrolling for prime membership after going through this. Thanks for nothing, Reliance!

                                  I wanted to add money to my jio money wallet so used my visa debit card for transaction.
                                  The money got deducted from my account through the card but it was not credited to the wallet.
                                  Numerous attempts to contact the customer support (Even the nodal officers and other people in high positions) regarding this issue failed.
                                  From the play store review, i find that the same thing has happened to a lot of people.
                                  An amount of around 400 has been stolen through us and this multiplied by thousands of people does amount to a scam.

                                      I was registered a compliant in jio customer care on last 4 days back. Due to signal not receiving properly and the Receiving signals are fluctuating so the voice calls disturbed. Compliant reference no is SR000007M1VY. Still there is no response from this complaint and they are not ready to resolve this issue.
