I had recharged Rs.402 through online on 31st march for my Jio number.The prime membership subscription has only activated for my number and the balance ₹303 has not credited to my Jio number . I had contacted Jio customer care but they are telling silly reasons and they are refusing to take my complaint regarding my recharge for my Jio number, and they are telling recharge will be done within 15 days which is too long.
Reliance Jio Infocomm customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I have visited jio digital store at 25/03/2016 to change my no postpaid to prepaid but still same has not done and no once take responsibility neither digital store person or customer care person.

    And also paid for 100 RS to recharge but still no update and digital store person and customer person both do not have information it will done or not.

      I, the jio customer, wanted to bring your attention the poor speed of jio 4G network in our area.I have jio SIM in my 4G mobile as well as jio hotspot.But speed of both here seems like near about 2G which is about 50-70 kbps.During downloads it really sucks.When I go little nearer our town market, shops speed is bit more.But make provisions for good speed in our locality.I know it's free but we are ready to pay money and you should guarantee good 4G speed

        Payment was successful.

            I had purchased jio wifi device and paid 99 for prime membership. On 28th march customer service executive called me and asked to recharge with one of the available plans to continue my services. Since i have heavy internet usage, i recharged with rs. 999 with no daily limit o[censored]sage.

            Now, jio is refusing to give benefit of my recharge because they exyended their free service and even i have paid rs. 999, i will be able to get benefit by july 2017. This is ridiculous, why should i get benefit after 3 months when i have already paid and recharged. Jio is clearly cheating people of money.

            Please help me get my money refunded or activate my services as per plan 999.

            It is to be informed u that, from 16/04/2017 to 15/07/2017 you will get 100 GB of High speed data without any extra cost instead of 1 GB/day. And also these data is free to u till completion of 100 GB or 15/07/2017 which ever is earlier. From 16/07/2017 onward you will get the benefits of Rs.999/- plan.

                            Dear sir,
                            I m a Jio user. Two days before I had done a recharge of 303 rupees by using Jio money app through my debit card, unfortunately my payment was FAILED but my money deducted from account.After that I tried once more time and the payment was successful.But I again charged 303 rupees that means total 606 rupees for a single recharge plan. I asked to the customer Care executive and they assured me that amount will be automatically refunded within the two working days. But already the two days has been left and I have not received any amount that I lost.

                                    On 31st march i was using jiomoney but after some time it ask me password to sign in which i have forgotten already. I have gone for forgot option and ask for dob wguch is again stating that no dob registered for this user. Now my account is block. I want to make it usable again. I call yhe customer care many time but no response. So please help me to unblock my jiomoney account. My jio no. Is [protected].

                                      I was recharge jio prime 99 from my jio app on 31st march and also money deducted in my A/c but till date no any massage from jio to confirmation, and not showing to recharge status kindly solve the problem

                                        Worst service. No customer concerns. Spoke to cs for around 2 hrs 30 min. Issue not yet resolved. I do not know how cs is working without manager or supervisor. I am yet to receive calls from Mr. Suresh manager which was supposed to happen @10 am. Now time is around 1:45 PM. No calls yet. Worst service by gopinath, pravin Kumar who are floor supervisors. I'm not willing to proceed wid Jio. Let me know d procedure for disconnection of Jio. They are unable to sort out a simple problem of mine.
