Dear Sir/Madam,
It is hereby to inform you that I have applied for a prepaid Jio sim in the name of Rajiv Kumar Rakhecha for which I have submitted the I'd and address proof of License and with a coupon code . Luckily I got the sim on 28/09/16 bearing, ICCID:[protected], IMSI:[protected], an alternate number was given for correspondence, but till now the sim card is not yet activated.

So, I request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful

    Hello. Aqeel hassan here.
    The jio postpaid no for which i earlier sent a complaint is [protected]. I feel frustrated whenever i think about the issue that my no has been deactivated without any reason. According to trai and govt. Of india's regulation, one can get 9 active connections on his/her aadhar card. If something got mismatched, its not my fault, why didn't the people at digital store fill out the caf properly. Please resolve my issue or just tell me to file a harassment and deliquency report against the particular jio digital store executives. I'm in no way travelling to another district to beg them to resolve the issue (Nearest digital store is in another district), and the local dealers are of no help whatsoever.

    All calls are going for televerification.

    Thanks for the harrassment to customer as you are doing more what Airtel, vodafone n idea doing to you.

        Hello,

        I have tried to get Jio sim and generate offer code through Jio App in my phone. When i visited nearest store(Rohini Sec - 9), they took all my details .i.e my adhar card, finger prints but thereafter they told me that your coupon is already redeemed. How it's happened, i don't know. it's serious concern as shopkeepers taking your information like adhar card but you are not getting. Whereas people are selling jio sims in black taking 200-300 even you don't have code they will arrange one for you. how they are doing it again i don't know. it's really serious security threat. I want reliance management to look into this matter. I saw so many threads in internet mentioning same problme

          Yesterday i get a new phone, today i only generate a barcode for jio sim,
          but when i reach at jio centre they told me the barcode is already redeemed so what should i do they tell me to call a customer car service and ask them for new barcode, but when a call jio call centre the call has not been attained in an 2hours...
          so i want jio simcard i want to who is using simcard on my iemi generated jio barcode

            As everybody knows jio is shaping the web traffic. Play store and YouTube works fine while, simpler apps like clash of clans and clash royale, ecommerce and many other apps don't work. It is highly appropriate for an isp to shape traffic. Immoral too. It is immoral. Kindly look into this matter. Many sites like team bhp, instructibles, indiaarising don't work at all.

              I got the Jio sim 1 day back, my order number is NO00000MXP8O. However the sim hasn't been activated yet

              My phone is the mi Redmi note 4g.
              There is no network and the activation number 1977 and[protected] don't connect
              Backup number -[protected]
              Please fix this problem as soon as possible or if I have done by a different method please give details how to fix.

                Hi, i have generated the bar code for my mobile to get jio sim and it was generated successfully but when i went to jio store it showed mee that code is already reedemed. How is this possible? I have seen people selling jio sim from their store and hence there is possibility that they have used our code by certain way.

                I want to know the way to generate the fresh code or get the sim.

                    I had generate code from my 4g mobile and go to the reliance digitl store . They said that your code is already redeemed.

                    For this i had write an emai also but no response. After 3 days i call jio customer care they said the same reason that your phone imie number is used now u r not able to generate a code in short u will not get jio sim.

                    How can its possible if the sim is regitered to the phone imie number than how it can be used on other phone and how they issued the sim. It can be miss used by anyone.

                      I am a resident of ghaziabad. I went to reliance digital store at opulent mall ghaziabad and another nearby store in gandhinagar ghaziabad atleast four times at the intervals of 4-5 days but got no sim. Everytime they gave excuse of "no stock" and asked to come after 3-4 days. It seems they are involved in illegal distribution as at many local shops jio sims are available for ₹300.
                      If i can get the sim for free why should i pay 300 for it.
                      So please solve this problem because i am not the only one who is suffering.

                        I bought Jio SIM 10 days back I got message "Dear Customer, Due to overwhelming response to our Jio Preview Offer, there may be some delays in activating your connection. We will inform you via SMS once your JIO number [protected] is ready for televerification. Thank you, Team Jio".But until now nothing happened.I am waiting and now getting frustrated.please solve my problem as fast as you can...

Reliance cc over phone assured me that i would be provided with new bar code on my imei number after 48 hours upon reinstalling the myjio app. I did as instructed but nothing fruitful happened.

                            I generated coupon code on 06/10/2016. my coupon number is [protected]. I went to jio store on 11/10/2016. from 07/10/2016 to 10/10/2016 the jio employees said there is a network issue so no sim card is issued. On 11/10/2016 I went there with my aathar card for eKyc based authentication for getting jio sim. The jio employee entered my coupon code and asked me to put thump impression on a Biometric device. After authentication he said that coupon is redeemed. He also asked me to buy a new 4G mobile to avail the offer. Then I argued with him that I generated the coupon code with the same device that I am carrying now. Then he asked me again to put Thump impression on the biometric device and after authentication he issued a new sim. In this process I was asked to put thump impression on Biometric device twice. I was given only one sim but authenticated twice.

                              I requested for porting to jio network from reliance communication. My porting number is [protected]. My alternative number is [protected]. Almost 8 days have gone by. Porting is still pending. Called up reliance communication, but they stated apart from upc request they have not received any communication from jio network.                                   Myself Atul from Ballia. I generated a bar code for getting Jio Sim through my Samsung mobile but when I visit to Jio office they told it was redeemed. Jio Customer Care Executive tell me to talk to Samsung Customer Care. How it's possible that my Samsung mobile was hacked? Please do needful otherwise I'll file a case in High Court Allahabad.

                                    They are saying it as free till 31st dec 2016 but in reality you won't even able to get sim after so many visits as this available at companies outlet only and there is lots of many more issues.
                                    I wanted to get this sim so i visited store but they said to come between 1-6 only.
                                    Same thing happened second time as well. But they should understand it is not possible for everybody to be there at that time (If they really want to reach and serve all)
                                    3rd time when i visited within this time on saturday they said stock is over please come next week.
                                    4th time when i visited on saturday they said server is not working and returned me back.
                                    5th time when i visited yesterday they said the same thing and sent me back.
                                    6th time ie. Today when i visited they again said stock is over however he had sim with him. I waited for sometime outside there and after sometime i saw him giving sim to another customer so he got ready to give me as well but surprisingly after my successful ekyc verification through aadhar he said me your code (Required to generate via app to get sim) is redeemed and the same thing he said to another 2 customers as well, however i have never shared and shown my code anybody then how can it be redeemed and who has redeemed.
                                    Best part is they suggested to call customer care to check but after waiting for almost more than 30 mins also i was still in waiting to connect with customer care, then except going back home i had no option left.
                                    After so many attempts and wasting lots of time and efforts still i couldn't get sim and felt cheated. There is many like me.
                                    If they don't want serve all and provide free service then why they are creating hype. Who has given them right to cheat and play with common people.

                                      I went to reliance digital shop at oberon mall, kochi for collecting jio sim. They used my aadhar number for authentication and scanned my finger print and finally they said my jio barcode is already redeemed and did not give me a sim.

                                      This is a fraud because today there were 10 people in queue with me, among them only one got the sim and for all others the reliance official refused to give sim after authenticating the aadhar details using finger print.

                                      They were supposed to first validate the barcode and then collect the aadhar information. I am afraid they'll misuse my aadhar authentication.
