Dear sir/madam,
It is hereby to inform you that i have applied for a prepaid jio sim in the name of rajiv kumar rakhecha for which i have submitted the i'd and address proof of license bearing number:3352/98/ez/k and coupon code. luckily i got the sim on 28/09/16 bearing mobile number:[protected], iccid:[protected], imsi:[protected], an alternate number+91-[protected] was given for correspondence, but till now the sim card is not yet activated.
So, i request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

    I requested for porting to jio network from reliance communication. My porting number is [protected]. My alternative number is [protected]. Almost 8 days have gone by. Porting is still pending. Called up reliance communication, but they stated apart from upc request they have not received any communication from jio network. I made a complaint to jio network (Service request no. Sr000001yodm). Still no result. Kindly help me.

    I have applied for porting from Airtel to jio . After 7 days from submission of my documents.Airtel had stopped services but my jio sim has not activated. My jio porting order number is NO00000GR2UY.

        I have download myjio app & generate the bar code but in the meanwhile i have failed to collect the sim from any distributors in my area due to unavailability, yesterday when i have contact with gio i am showking to listen that my code is already used by another user & no way to get the sim in that circumstances according to the jio representatives.

        Pls see that who & how can that use my bar code on unauthorised way? My bar code no: is [protected] & advice me now how can i collect the jio sim for my mobile.

        I think its possible only when any game play from inside from Reliance, Kindly ensure to resolve the issue immediately because big fraud has done in distribution of Jio Sim...That's not the way !

          Hello sir/madam,
          On[protected] i applied for a jio prepaid sim in the name of amit kumar for which i provided the identity and address proof of voter id card bearing no:lqz2096039. luckily i got the sim from the local retailer by giving the coupon code:[protected], an alternate number was given by me i. e. +91-[protected]. the iccid at the back of the sim is:[protected], imsi:[protected], but till now it hasn't yet activated also no messages has been received by me on my alternate number. on[protected] i complaint from a jio sim to the jio care which provided me service request id sr000001t06o, and there was written that by 01/10/2016
          A response will come but it didn't come till now.
          So, i request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful as early as possible.

            I purchased the reliance jio's wifi hot-spot device (What is known as jiofi) along with jio sim card on 1-oct'16 (For inr 2000).
            On the day of purchase, the store manager said that sim will be activated and i will be able to access internet within one day. He said i will get an sms within a day about the activation of internet-service.
            I still have not received any such sms.
            Neither i could access any network when i inserted the sim onto the hot-spot device.
            To get a resolution, i have tried many times to reach reliance jio toll-free number. No customer support personnel is accessible through the toll-free number.
            The store manager also does not respond as to why the internet access has still not been provided.
            I am registering complaint here for the above issues.

              Respected sir/madam,

              I got jio sim on 1st october after submitting my relevant details. I am using samsung galaxy tab a8 and reliance internet is working. Moreover, i am able to receive missed call alerta via message. But, i am unable to make and receive calls on my number. I installed jio4g voice and after successfully entering my otp, application goes offline every time.

              I am unable to call 1977 from the app too. Please resolve the issue sooner.
              My device - samsung galaxy tab a8 (Android 6.0)

                I dr vikas kumar download your jio aap and barcode on my handset and while reproducing at your outlet at ludhiana it was found that code is redeemed or being used by someone. This is totally a trap in the system and your marketing policy in which one responsible citizen being traped and not be able to avail jio reliance network on the same handset ad it is already downloaded the aap and barcode. This is a serious concern and kind of harrasement of a valuable customer. So kindlly look into the matter and do the needful.

                  But the problem is that,
                  In front door of office, security boy is providing notes about Jio details,
                  Beside Him 2 persons were less knowledge about his job,
                  they know just how to give sim and take proofs,
                  When I asked about my problem!
                  he said u r mobile is not supported,
                  But my friends are using same Mobile like me,
                  Very poor service here😣

                    Sir I am very to sorry to say JIO sim is easily available at shops at the rate of 250 to 500 in the market.when I claimed that this is free of cost as per company then I was informed that such sim was sold to retailers by local distributor and employee of the store.Although it is crime as the MRP of the product is 0.Even the there is no control of officials as they are also involved in this malpractice.So it is a matter of investigation as customer is paying a lot of amount to get a single sim of Jio.                         Sir my complaint is against reliance myjio sim issuing system, first i have to register myself in que to get sim after that store provided me date 3 0ct 2016 to get my sim for which i have to pay an amount. But on 3 oct 2016 when i reached store and have all process after that i find out that my bar code of my newly bought 4g set is already used and it showed that my bar code is redeemed and sim is issued on my bar code to someone else to whom i dont know... So, its my humble request that company stop the service of that customer to whom my sim is issued and provide me that sim thats all.

                          I have ported my airtel number into jio4g dated 24/09/2016.my number is [protected]. This is my business number all important calls about my business in this number . 5days ago my airtel signal off after that I used my jio sim card in my mobile le 2s but till today not signal my number is closed . No any representative taken action . I have called several time jio costumer care but they told wait 48 hours after that take 24 hours this is the negligence by this company. I am very disappointed at this time by jio. Nither changed my number in other cellular operator nor activate other sim. Sir what do I do?????

                            Got finally order number after multiple visit to store on 28 sept, 2016.
                            Still not resolved... finally decided to get my document back so that my documents should be misused, and collected document on 03, oct 2016.
                            If any one is reading this mu suggestion is if you are leaving in bangalore from other state. don't get any jio sim other wise you will be visiting reliance store again and again...

                              I bought a jio mifi device jmr520 (black) about 10 days back, got jio sim too, which got activated in 3 three days due to outstation id proof. for 4 -5 days it worked very well, apart from slow speed during 7pm to 12pm, but recently from 2nd oct 2016 after 3 pm i am facing issue with it, that though it shows connected, but no internet connectivity. initially i thought some issue with network or may be dongle, so i repeatedly reset the dongle...

                              Its more than a two day now and connection is still not activated.
                              And no further communication from them.

                              I visited the store 4 times but nothing done

                                I have three jio sim card for three different mobile phones, taken from the same place at same time 10 days before. The two sim are successfully actived but one sim withe number [protected] yet to be actived. I received a message saying because of high demand it may take some time. If demand is high how come othe two sim are activted and not his number. Fustrated.

                                  This is nagaraju, i bought jio sim card on 26th september 2016 form “reliance digital xpress mini”

                                  Almost 7 days crossed, till now my sim card was not activated, i approached the above mentioned “reliance digital xpress mini stores” many times. But i didn’t receive proper response from them. They are not even considering to check my caf form status. I never seen such service from other service providers. Normally sim card will be activated within 4 hours. I understand due to high demand it may take some time. But 7 days is not normal. I’m a fan of jio but due to this service am really frustrated, my main concern is why the reliance retailer not able to check the caf status or not able help me in this card activation.

                                  I have provided my jio sim card details for your reference. I want it to be activated asap. Else help me to get back my address proofs details.

                                    Jio sim are not given in karnatka for outsider having their adhar card. This is not fare. I am working as software engineer in karnataka state how come is it possible to give karnatka state adhar card. I have every id proof of my native place. It means adhar card is of no use if i am indian. It means seller are distuingusing between two states. I think every one support this issue.
                                    मैंने 10 दिन पहले एक मोबाइल गैलरी वाले से Jio का सिम 100 रूपये में खरीदा था, जिसके लिए मैंने वेलकम ऑफर कोड भी दिया था, पर उन्होंने मुझे जियो का बिना नंबर वाला सिम दे दिया जो आज तक एक्टिवेट नहीं हुआ और न ही मुझे कोई मैसेज आया, आज रिलायंस स्टोर के बहार लंबी लाइन लगी थी, और वो कह रहे थे की अब नंबर पोर्ट किये जायेंगे ।
                                    When i went to take the jio sim they said that my code is redeemed i am using it for the first time what should i do?
