I have received a Relience GIO sim on 24.09.2016 from Canning GIO care, Canning Town, South 24 PArganas. My sim no. [protected] and order no. NO00000BB5HO. The sales man said me the sim will be activated within 2 hrs to 2 days. But it is a matter of regret the sim has not been activated till date. I also sent two mails to GIO care. But all my efforts were in vain. You are requested to activate the sim if possible or we should be compelled to think that all the slogans given by this company is all bogus.
Reliance Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I received a Reliance JIO sim at Canning GIO care, Canning Town, 24 Parganas, (S) on 24.09.2016. My sim no. [protected] and order number is NO00000BB5HO. But it is a matter of regret that the sim is not activated till date. You are requested to activate the sim as early as possible. Or if we think the slogans "free calls and data service till 31 December"given by this Company is all bogus.
I bought LYF mobile with Reliance JIO sim stating the SIM will get activated in 2 days, but almost 20 days has gone still its not get activated. Both the brothers are fraud, we should not believe them hereafter. Reliance is in dubagur company list.

    Hi,
    I am Rohit Kumar Verma from motihari, east champaran, Bihar. My complaint is about Reliance jio Sim connection that is free for few months but whenever we go to any shop for jio Sim connection sometimes they says Sim is not available and after availability they asks for money some asks for 300 some for 500 even one of my friend brought jio Sim for rs. 1200.
    Is it really chargeable. Isn't it?
    Please have a look into this matter and contact with your dealers or shopkeepers of MotiharI city for this cheapness and make available Sim for free

        From[protected] the Jio download speed has dropped to as low as 2 bites per second, it has not crossed 100 kbps at any time in the last 4 days. I have also not used above 4 gb (which is the limit per day). I generally use Jio for downloading anything and I'm a heavy user and I cross the daily limit more often than not but from 26th I have not used even 1 gb every day but still the speed is extremely low. The speed test shows that the speed is between 5 to 13 Mbps but the download speed is not even 100 kbps.

        Hoping that this glitch would be rectified

          Sir my jio number [protected] is experiencing connectivity problems since 26/09/2016. It is unable to connect to internet after i tried to uninstall some of your apps from my lyf ls-4503 handset. I even tried to contact you via your portal 198, 199 as well as 1800 — , but i didn't got a response. No one picked up my call to assist me. I reformatted my phone also but that trick also didn't worked well. Currently, i am getting data connectivity only at sometimes that too at a speed slower than 2g. Please solve this issue. If possible do reply asap.

          Note - there is no issue with the calling feature. It is working well.

          This is my third time i m going to reliance digital in elante mall after getting token for sim...and they are just giving excuses of server down ...nd they have no sense of talking to the customers...They just behave so rudely lyk we are begging for that sim...No customer satisfactiom at all

              i generate barcode in my cell, the. others l Person how to used my jio barcode.
              I'm visited in jio retailer shop theh have inform me ur barcode used other handset how.
              jio service is realy bad because public security why are share with other peoples. why?
              I request to all of who used this sim card of jio they have share ur personal mobile detail.
              dont buy jio sim card.

                My reliance jio number is [protected]. And my alternative number is [protected]. I bought this sim card with a lyf mobile on 03/09/2016 from reliance digital express. (Nachan road, benachity, durgapur-713213) and i received my order number on 05/09/2016. The order number is no000006e7we. After some days my simcard not activated. Then i registered a complain in jio customer care. After some days i contact again to jio customer care they said that they tried to contact me but i didn't received there call.in seriously i haven't received any call from jio to my number ([protected] vodafone). They always says wait for 48 hrs.

                My complain numbers are sr000001g1jl, sr000001o7xr.
                Kindly take a necessary action against reliance jio. Or put down their services. Thank you..

Everybody says Jio working well But i dont find It is good and moreover No response from customer care. So please take the necessary Steps Needed.i Want the sim to get incoming calls .                       Sir, i'm from meerut. I'm unable to get jio sim in digital store from prvs 1 month.
                      They are saying that sim are not available but same tym in shops, they are selling the simcard in rs[protected]. When tha sim come in digital express they are only some sim given to customer after they send many sim author mobile store in black. When i gose these i found they are calling 10-25 new customer per day... They are not giving the simcard serialy, if this happen i can't get my simcard... Plz sir, look after the case & take proper action.. Give the customer proper information what is going on in digital store. Thanking you.
                      So gys plz avoid jio save our valuable time

I did this with pan card in beginning bt didn't got d sim started den they asked me to get it done with adhar card bt no results yet..everyday they are saying to come but no results..u ppl r jz giving mental harasmnt as if we dont hav any work & u all r only earning...reliance should b banned with such a worst service ever.. .when i asked for ID no at digital store they started howling like hoolygans. ..what d hell reliance is doing god knows
                        No network in central university . I face so many problems . I cannot call at home and other friende in any emergency deed . so please look on my problem as soon as and take a suitable step against this problem .

                          I was using these no from last 8-10 days, two days back someone stolen my mobile.. I did fir.. And after that i am trying contimuously block jio no but not getting success.
                          1. Went reliance digital store (Viviana mall, gb road, thane bombay) from where i had got the sim.. They told they dont have authority to block.
                          2. Called 198 customer care from reliance (Not jio) they told same thing dont have authority to block.
                          3. Calling [protected] continuously but no one picking, even after one hour ringing...

                                  This company is simply cheating on people. Telling 4g internet and giving not even 2g speed. Company must stop lying people and start acting a real company. This is the trend of reliance. They do business by cheating people. Because this is india, they are not getting any trouble. If they had done same thing outside india. They could have out of their business. This company must be banned.
                                  I had taken my JIO SIM of number: '[protected]' 20 days back and still the SIM did not activate. I need explanation for this poor service. Many of my friends have also taken the SIM after I took, and for my biggest surprise their SIM has been activated but mine is still not.
                                  They say Unlimited 4G but i am getting 2G speed

                                    When shall our sim will be registered and activated? Other people got their sim who applied later. But their sim has been already activated. Please do the needful so that our sims become activated soon.

                                      This is in reference to above subject matter to inform you that I have submitted my own cell fone's generated barcode an all other necessary documents consisting of my aadhar card as per the requirement. After submitting the documents along with the form of jio I ve received a SMS on ma alternate number stating the following "Dear Customer, Thank you for choosing Jio. We have received your application for new connection. Your order number is NO000004MCVR. Thank you, Team Jio" after receiving this sms your company executive has replied about the rejection of my form due to the photograph was not clear on my aadhar card though it was all clear even now I am having the same Xerox, hence this statement made by jio company executive was wrong. after this it's been a month or a while but even after saying again and again neither these jio people are activating my simcard nor taking my documents and personally giving me certain reasons. may I get the genuine reply on this issue and a reason stating why my sim card is not getting activated even after one month though I am an mini store owner of GIO. I request you to please tell me the way out to get my GIO sim activated asap or else I am ready to surrender your GIO store if this is not done so.                                         I purchased a brand new le eco (Le1s) 4g enabled set 1 week ago... Today when i visited the jio office for getting the jio sim... They asked me to show the barcode generated by my leeco device... I submitted my barcode. They checked my barcode. They told me that this barcode already exist. Means this barcode has been used by another user... Please solve my problem... What should i do to get my jio sim with offer...
