I bought a jio mifi device jmr520 (black) about 10 days back, got jio sim too, which got activated in 3 three days due to outstation id proof. for 4 -5 days it worked very well, apart from slow speed during 7pm to 12pm, but recently from 2nd oct 2016 after 3 pm i am facing issue with it, that though it shows connected, but no internet connectivity. initially i thought some issue with network or may be dongle, so i repeatedly reset the dongle...

I purchased a new jio sim on 1 october. Jio sim no [protected] and i got this message on 1st oct.

Thank you for choosing jio. We have received your application for new connection. Your order number is no00000fe9ao.

Team jio

Its more than a two day now and connection is still not activated.
And no further communication from them.

I visited the store 4 times but nothing done

    I have three jio sim card for three different mobile phones, taken from the same place at same time 10 days before. The two sim are successfully actived but one sim withe number [protected] yet to be actived. I received a message saying because of high demand it may take some time. If demand is high how come othe two sim are activted and not his number. Fustrated.

      Hello jio team,

      This is nagaraju, i bought jio sim card on 26th september 2016 form “reliance digital xpress mini”

      Almost 7 days crossed, till now my sim card was not activated, i approached the above mentioned “reliance digital xpress mini stores” many times. But i didn’t receive proper response from them. They are not even considering to check my caf form status. I never seen such service from other service providers. Normally sim card will be activated within 4 hours. I understand due to high demand it may take some time. But 7 days is not normal. I’m a fan of jio but due to this service am really frustrated, my main concern is why the reliance retailer not able to check the caf status or not able help me in this card activation.

      I have provided my jio sim card details for your reference. I want it to be activated asap. Else help me to get back my address proofs details.

        Jio sim are not given in karnatka for outsider having their adhar card. This is not fare. I am working as software engineer in karnataka state how come is it possible to give karnatka state adhar card. I have every id proof of my native place. It means adhar card is of no use if i am indian. It means seller are distuingusing between two states. I think every one support this issue.
        मैंने 10 दिन पहले एक मोबाइल गैलरी वाले से Jio का सिम 100 रूपये में खरीदा था, जिसके लिए मैंने वेलकम ऑफर कोड भी दिया था, पर उन्होंने मुझे जियो का बिना नंबर वाला सिम दे दिया जो आज तक एक्टिवेट नहीं हुआ और न ही मुझे कोई मैसेज आया, आज रिलायंस स्टोर के बहार लंबी लाइन लगी थी, और वो कह रहे थे की अब नंबर पोर्ट किये जायेंगे ।
        When i went to take the jio sim they said that my code is redeemed i am using it for the first time what should i do?

              Hey, i generated a code from my jio app, after the code is generated it is showing that it was already redeemed. Whereas i haven't redeemed it.
              I wasted my 4 hours on standing in the que, what the hell is this? Even the Reliance store manager said that we can't do anything! I'm calling jio customer care since last 3 days more than 50 calls but not even a single response from jio.

                      I have collected the sim at Relience Mart, Aundh Pune around 15 days ago and they told me that you will receive a message from Relience within 1-2 days and after that it will got activated. I still didnt received any message till date. I also visited couple of time but they says we are working and they also says "baki logo ko 1 mahina ho gaya hai aapko to 15 din hi huye hai"
                      This type of response is not expected from Relience Jio guys.

                        On 28.09.16 said barcode no [protected] was generated by me on my mobile to register for jio sim. Successfully generated.
                        On 30.09.2016 visited to collect the jio sim at reliance jio office mc road mandya. There my request was rejected saying that already the sim was collected. I have produced the aadhar and passport in original. But i was refused to get the sim.
                        Explained every person that i have never purchased the sim. Requested to provide the details of the person or the address of the sim issued for the same bar code and e kyc. But refused to provide any details. Made a written complaint to the office. But they never even bother to receive the complaint.
                        Please take immediate legal action against the concerned and intimate me at the earliest.
                        Worst experience at the office.
                        I was told by the staff that only one bar code can be generated with one 4g phone. Hence i cannot get any sim for that 4g phoen for the particular ime number. Is this true? Take appropriate action.
                        I heard that jio sim is available in the market for payment of rs.500-1000.http://www.consumercomplaints.in/

                          I have my jio number [protected] after one hour of buying its activated by official jio service centre but next day its deactivated automatically when i m using it. After activation its works properly one day but next day suddenly its says no service likely shows in sim deactivated or not activated. One day of sim activation i used both calls and internet but now its seems to be blocked.
                          I am also facing same problem.
                          My jio sim also deactivated after using 20 days.
                          Even customer care people have no idea about this.
                          They are saying that your number is not showing in our system...!
                          After 20 days my number is automatically removed from their system.
                          How bad information management and even customer care people don't know what exactly happened to my jio sim..
                          How can we rely on such a irresponsible service.

                          On approach to jio customer care and jio care they informed me that, as per directives from trai it is done.

                          Funny rules, looks Amazing in modiji's digital vision.

                          Have raised tickets with jio appellate and trai, hope to see quick resolution else legal remedy.

                            Here i would like to complaint about jio sim.company recently launched services and offering 3 month free usage. But not providing sim they are trying to do a publicity stunt only..if you are unable to fulfill the demands of market then why are you creating so much noise..digital express store guys not providing sim to any one they have thousands kind of excuses. But other side in the small shops distributors are selling these sim in black market. Compny guys are saying its free but not avaliable and other side small shop leepers and distributors selling it in 500 to 1000 rs. This is only a bad manament and also a branding stunt..to place them self in market...

                                  Sir This is To Inform You that I Had Purchased a router on 15/09/2016 of JioFi Device with LED Display from Reliance Digital Xpress Housing Board Jodhpur and Upper Polythene of Pack was not there and I Had Just Taken router at Home and Started Next Day for the First Time in Order to Check Whether SIM is is Activated or Not the Router was Not Starting as I Moved to the Store then he Told me to Wait and After all This Insppection he Gave me Another JioFi Router For the Time Being as I Wanted that Old Model Router and New Model had Problem and Old One was Fine .. And Old Model has Good reviews on Internet I Told him clearly He Promised me to Give that Router (Old Model) in 3-4 Days for the Time Being he Gave me the Used One with That Box o[censored]sed One and When I Went Again he Asked me to Go to Jio Care with That Dead Router which i Gaved him and I Gone to Customer Service Than Also they However Fiited the Circuit of old Router he Started and WPS and Power Button are So Hard it Cannot be Easily Pressed When I Asked Customer Service to Change That he was Saying it is Just like that Only. and Now that Store Person who Promised me to Give Router is Not Picking my Phone Noor Replying to message and Moreover he is Not Available at Store Also .. and He is Lying me By Saying If Another Customer will Come he Will Give him that Defective Router which I Had and Give me the New One.. Till Now No Phone Call From him.. He Simply Bluffed me ...

                                    I managed to get the Sim after paying 300 rupee as bribe. It almost 15 days now the Sim is not activated yet. Also The customer service of jio is worst.                                       I purchased two jiofi devices from a nearby retailer on 27/09/16. They did gave me jio sims but didn't activate them through ekyc, so i got the sims activated from reliance jio centre. Still no confirmation message has landed in the alternative number([protected]) that i had provided.Kindly activate my sims, i tried calling customer care but they never answer the call.
                                      Same here. This jio sucks.. My complaint id is Sr000001tpsc they are doing nothing.
