Dear Sir/Mam,
I have bought a new jio sim. I am using that number. Here is the number [protected]. Here is no network at our area at all. Inside my room, I am unable to acccess net. I am complaing about the network problem by service request dashboard on myjio app, email and twitter. But they are giving no reply. Solve it soon. Also it does not provide the said speed.

    Hey, i generated a code from my jio app, after the code is generated it is showing that it was already redeemed. Whereas i haven't redeemed it.
    I wasted my 4 hours on standing in the que, what the hell is this? Even the Reliance store manager said that we can't do anything! I'm calling jio customer care since last 3 days more than 50 calls but not even a single response from jio.
    Do resolve this issue.

      I want to say that I am getting full networks but getting only 8kbps when I called customer care number they said me that your nearest tower has small server which is not able to receive that much signals.

            I have collected the sim at Relience Mart, Aundh Pune around 15 days ago and they told me that you will receive a message from Relience within 1-2 days and after that it will got activated. I still didnt received any message till date. I also visited couple of time but they says we are working and they also says "baki logo ko 1 mahina ho gaya hai aapko to 15 din hi huye hai"
            This type of response is not expected from Relience Jio guys.

              Dear sir,
              On 28.09.16 said barcode no [protected] was generated by me on my mobile to register for jio sim. Successfully generated.
              On 30.09.2016 visited to collect the jio sim at reliance jio office mc road mandya. There my request was rejected saying that already the sim was collected. I have produced the aadhar and passport in original. But i was refused to get the sim.
              Explained every person that i have never purchased the sim. Requested to provide the details of the person or the address of the sim issued for the same bar code and e kyc. But refused to provide any details. Made a written complaint to the office. But they never even bother to receive the complaint.
              Please take immediate legal action against the concerned and intimate me at the earliest.
              Worst experience at the office.
              I was told by the staff that only one bar code can be generated with one 4g phone. Hence i cannot get any sim for that 4g phoen for the particular ime number. Is this true? Take appropriate action.
              I heard that jio sim is available in the market for payment of rs.500-1000.http://www.consumercomplaints.in/

                I have my jio number [protected] after one hour of buying its activated by official jio service centre but next day its deactivated automatically when i m using it. After activation its works properly one day but next day suddenly its says no service likely shows in sim deactivated or not activated. One day of sim activation i used both calls and internet but now its seems to be blocked.
                I am also facing same problem.
                My jio sim also deactivated after using 20 days.
                Even customer care people have no idea about this.
                They are saying that your number is not showing in our system...!
                After 20 days my number is automatically removed from their system.
                How bad information management and even customer care people don't know what exactly happened to my jio sim..
                How can we rely on such a irresponsible service.

                I have been using[protected] since 3-4 months, which was originally ported from Airtel.

                On approach to jio customer care and jio care they informed me that, as per directives from trai it is done.

                Funny rules, looks Amazing in modiji's digital vision.

                Have raised tickets with jio appellate and trai, hope to see quick resolution else legal remedy.

                  Here i would like to complaint about jio sim.company recently launched services and offering 3 month free usage. But not providing sim they are trying to do a publicity stunt only..if you are unable to fulfill the demands of market then why are you creating so much noise..digital express store guys not providing sim to any one they have thousands kind of excuses. But other side in the small shops distributors are selling these sim in black market. Compny guys are saying its free but not avaliable and other side small shop leepers and distributors selling it in 500 to 1000 rs. This is only a bad manament and also a branding stunt..to place them self in market...

                      First I didn't got any message from jio for one month.Then on last saturday i got a message that my application for a new connection was received and I was given an order number. But still its not been activated so far .

                        Sir This is To Inform You that I Had Purchased a router on 15/09/2016 of JioFi Device with LED Display from Reliance Digital Xpress Housing Board Jodhpur and Upper Polythene of Pack was not there and I Had Just Taken router at Home and Started Next Day for the First Time in Order to Check Whether SIM is is Activated or Not the Router was Not Starting as I Moved to the Store then he Told me to Wait and After all This Insppection he Gave me Another JioFi Router For the Time Being as I Wanted that Old Model Router and New Model had Problem and Old One was Fine .. And Old Model has Good reviews on Internet I Told him clearly He Promised me to Give that Router (Old Model) in 3-4 Days for the Time Being he Gave me the Used One with That Box o[censored]sed One and When I Went Again he Asked me to Go to Jio Care with That Dead Router which i Gaved him and I Gone to Customer Service Than Also they However Fiited the Circuit of old Router he Started and WPS and Power Button are So Hard it Cannot be Easily Pressed When I Asked Customer Service to Change That he was Saying it is Just like that Only. and Now that Store Person who Promised me to Give Router is Not Picking my Phone Noor Replying to message and Moreover he is Not Available at Store Also .. and He is Lying me By Saying If Another Customer will Come he Will Give him that Defective Router which I Had and Give me the New One..                           I managed to get the Sim after paying 300 rupee as bribe. It almost 15 days now the Sim is not activated yet. Also The customer service of jio is worst.                             I purchased two jiofi devices from a nearby retailer on 27/09/16. They did gave me jio sims but didn't activate them through ekyc, so i got the sims activated from reliance jio centre. Still no confirmation message has landed in the alternative number([protected]) that i had provided.Kindly activate my sims, i tried calling customer care but they never answer the call.
                            Same here. This jio sucks.. My complaint id is Sr000001tpsc they are doing nothing.

                              I have received a Relience GIO sim on 24.09.2016 from Canning GIO care, Canning Town, South 24 PArganas. My sim no. [protected] and order no. NO00000BB5HO. The sales man said me the sim will be activated within 2 hrs to 2 days. But it is a matter of regret the sim has not been activated till date. I also sent two mails to GIO care. But all my efforts were in vain. You are requested to activate the sim if possible or we should be compelled to think that all the slogans given by this company is all bogus.

                              I received a Reliance JIO sim at Canning GIO care, Canning Town, 24 Parganas, (S) on 24.09.2016. My sim no. [protected] and order number is NO00000BB5HO. But it is a matter of regret that the sim is not activated till date. You are requested to activate the sim as early as possible. Or if we think the slogans "free calls and data service till 31 December"given by this Company is all bogus.
                              I bought LYF mobile with Reliance JIO sim stating the SIM will get activated in 2 days, but almost 20 days has gone still its not get activated. Both the brothers are fraud, we should not believe them hereafter. Reliance is in dubagur company list.

                                I am Rohit Kumar Verma from motihari, east champaran, Bihar. My complaint is about Reliance jio Sim connection that is free for few months but whenever we go to any shop for jio Sim connection sometimes they says Sim is not available and after availability they asks for money some asks for 300 some for 500 even one of my friend brought jio Sim for rs. 1200.
                                Is it really chargeable. Isn't it?
                                Please have a look into this matter and contact with your dealers or shopkeepers of MotiharI city for this cheapness and make available Sim for free

                                    From[protected] the Jio download speed has dropped to as low as 2 bites per second, it has not crossed 100 kbps at any time in the last 4 days. I have also not used above 4 gb (which is the limit per day). I generally use Jio for downloading anything and I'm a heavy user and I cross the daily limit more often than not but from 26th I have not used even 1 gb every day but still the speed is extremely low. The speed test shows that the speed is between 5 to 13 Mbps but the download speed is not even 100 kbps.

                                    Hoping that this glitch would be rectified

                                      Sir my jio number [protected] is experiencing connectivity problems since 26/09/2016. It is unable to connect to internet after i tried to uninstall some of your apps from my lyf ls-4503 handset. I even tried to contact you via your portal 198, 199 as well as 1800 — , but i didn't got a response. No one picked up my call to assist me. I reformatted my phone also but that trick also didn't worked well. Currently, i am getting data connectivity only at sometimes that too at a speed slower than 2g. Please solve this issue. If possible do reply asap.

                                      Note - there is no issue with the calling feature. It is working well.

                                      This is my third time i m going to reliance digital in elante mall after getting token for sim...and they are just giving excuses of server down ...nd they have no sense of talking to the customers...They just behave so rudely lyk we are begging for that sim...No customer satisfactiom at all
