Sir my sim [protected] is activated on 8 September and I got only 2GB net pack and 100 minutes voice calls sir please activate unlimited Internet data and voice call on this number [protected] and my alternative number is [protected] I also call to customer care number but they were not attend my call yesterday I call on care number about 1 hour and 15 minutes continously but they not pick the phones

    Sir i am from gaya bihar.my self AMIT KUMAR.I got my jio sim on 22august that no. is [protected] but till now my jio sim is not activated or not any netwrk is unable there.Form sumisson has done after 1 day when I got jio sim.when I ask about this of any employs of jio they directly ignore or blame on mumbai office ls sir activate this immediately.....

    I have purchased lyf phone and got a jio sim by it from the reliance mini digital store sarojini nagar New Delhi. I had submitted all the required documents I.e, aadhar card xerox, 1 photograph on 26 august.I was told that my sim would be activated in 4-5 days. But till now it has not been activated.       I m a jio sim user.. And the experience is really bad.. Its promises to provide us with 4g network .. But ..sorry.. Its not even giving a 2G speed..
      And even the calling system has a problem..
      We cant call in once.. It shows call failure or engage...
      We have to keep on calling.. Then the bell rings ..
      In all this sim is of no use to us..
      I m really dissatisfied ..
      sir my jio number is [protected]. my residence is Bathinda (Punjab). i am using jio number last one month . its speed at day time good but after evening speed is very bad . its working like 2G. i am many times try your complaint number 198 but your coustmer care is not answeing my call. and i call fom jio to other number but caal not connected. please sir follow up this problem.

        My pin code 522439. Dear sir, signal strength at my home is a single signal or zero signal. I go outside of home to find out signals but I get one or two signals. Finally I have surveyed whole village.
        There are many people using jio network but facing the same problem.

          Jio sim is selling for rs200 out of reliance stores. How the sims r gone out frm stores .place is in vijayawada, andhrapradesh nd they are not accepting the port the number to jio. They r saying still we dont. But in website they said mnp process started to jio.. they sending back customers... is still they r saying no mnp services started.. help me

            I bought jio sim card at 1st September from my institution at Shegaon, Maharashtra. All the required documents along with my passport sized photos were submitted as per the requirement. The document that I submitted was my Aadhar card. The person who was selling the sim card told me that I will receive 2 activation messages on my registered mobile number within 48 hours. After 4 or 5 days I called the jio customer care and discussed about the messages that I didn't receive on my registered phone number. I was then told that all my submitted documents were proper and I will receive the message in next 48 hours. And then an apology was asked from the other end of the call. Now it is 9th September I.e. 8 days after purchasing the sim card and my sim card is still not activated. Kindly tell me what action shall I take against you?

            How much more time do I have to wait?
            When I tried to call the customer care today, the network wasn't there with the jio sim card. So I called on the toll free number([protected]) from my registered mobile number which was the only option left with me. I called and the ring went for around 7 minutes and no one answered the call. At last, being irritated, I disconnected the call and I'm now here updating my complaint.

              This is to inform my fellow Indian brothers and sisters, Please don't invest in reliance jio offer. Airtel 50/gb is reliable, economic and atleast considerate of customer issues.
              I have purchased a lyf flame smartphone wih a jio sim no.[protected] on 23rd september and the sim hasn't been activated for the last 15 days and i've given up calling customer care and making numerous visits to the retailer and the jio centre. The customer care email cries of an overwhelming response that has caught them off gaurd, and the phone number is always on answering machine waiting to connect to the jio operator forever. Jio executives at the centre explain that my id has been accepted but I have to wait much longer before the sim is activated, because they are overloaded with backlogs. Ever wondered how a much smaller company like airtel handles all the workload without pissingoff customers may be FI/FO is the way to go.
              I have been patient all along but I would advise you all to take a pass on this highly enticing offer, to save yourself from weeks of troubles. Instead recharge your airtel with 1500 and stay with an experienced company for your data needs.

                    We Are Sending this Message From Hyderabad.In Reliance Digital expreess .They Dont Give us full Information about Reliance JIO SIMs .when we went to their with BarCode And AAdhar Card they told us we have Only Limited sims.those are already over . So we can not provide Any sims right now and we will give you Tokens when that tokens are came and we can provide Only 30 sims per day at 10:30 to 11:30 and you can visit us mentioned Time in tokens then that time only we will give you the sim.This is happend.So please provide us More JIO SIMs and The People were Struggled So much.

                      Hello my name is amit mahor resident of jhansi uttar pradesh india.
                      i have a certain issue regarding the reliance jio sim which they have been offered at the time of sim activation that they will provide unlimited access over 4g for three months at free of cost. now they have just changed the welcome offer into 4gb/day without giving any intimation against the connection.
                      this is legally violating the offer which they have given to me. and by the meantime now i'm raising this complaint on the basis of this fraud act by the company.

                      please provide me a better solution and a relevant clarification, thanks and regards.

                        I'm using Samsung galaxy j5, i already bought a jio sim for my mobile and got the offer till December 31 St..iand I too got the msg that my jio num is ready for televerification.i dialled 1977 and entered the valid details..till now there is no msg confirming the activation..but incoming calls are provided and when try to make an outgoing call it asks me to recharge my no to make an outgoing call..what shall I do? Please help me to get out of this problem..then was about the offer for my mobile

                          Ive purchased lyf flame phone 1sep but still my Sim is not activated.
                          I tried to call jio customer care but they didn't respond to me.what I do now.jio makes very big promises to make India digital but their own services are not capable to solve their customer problems... With that kind of service you are not going to make long enough on top.The services you are saying to provide you should stick with that.Your own customer care services are so poor .I tried three times call gets disconnected after 20 minutes...

                            On 08.sep.2016 my sim is activated and I enjoyed all services of Jio like Jio tv, jiocinema, or etc.with high speed of about 1.26Mbps (approx).But on 09.sep.2016 i.e. today my Jio net speed is extremely very slow about maximum 18.00k/s.I tried to call so many times to 199, 198 to the advisor who doesn't receive the call.I requested to check the problem behind the speed of Jio net

                            For the some numbers. When I call it's telling plz check the number. But number is correct it's a big problem
                            Reliance Jio 4g internet speed is very slow as shows in net velocity software download speed is 1.9mbps and also customer care and complain no did not pickup any phone call.

                              My son and myself went to your retail outlet at Ambalamukku Junction in Trivandrum City today, to get a sim. In the morning when my son went to the shop they asked him to come by 12 o clock. They had asked him to bring me with my Aadhar card so that they can immediately give me the connection using biometric. We went there at 12.30 and was kept standing there till 2.15 PM. One Mr Nandakumar was in charge there. He was attending to every one there except us. At last we got fed up and asked him why we were not being attended to. He had no answer to that we were thoroughly insulted as me and my son was kept standing there just like that. I asked him his name and walked off without getting the sim. When I got on my vehicle my son said few days back he had gone to the same shop to get JIOFI2, then also this same Nandakumar was there. My son was asking him about the device but this person was acting very arrogantly and speaking in a rough manner and lastly my son had to go to Thirumala Jn in Trivandrum to buy the device.

                                I purchased a LYF mobile on 12th through Flipkart and received it on 18th August. Got a SIM from Reliance digital store on 19th August. Still SIM is not activated. Even did not get the welcome message or sms. No body is telling any thing. Reliance digital staff says that already sent the form but unable to show the proof. None of help/ care mobile no.s working. Even[protected] no. is not reachable for 2-3 hours/not able to tell because the system is down. This is having a negative impact about the great company which is Reliance. Please correct all these.

                                  Hi Jio, it is good that you are provideing us free service to use tele services for free of cost, but I would like to compliant that the customer care serives are worse that I have experienced.
                                  I purchased SIM card on 27th August 2016, but its now more than 15 days and sim has not been activated. We purchased the sim from Jogeshwari-East Reliance Digitial Branch, we go for an equire of status of our sim but they do not respond us, neither we know that our form has been submitted for activation. Moreover, in other branches, the sim gets activated in 5-7 day and here is more than 15 days the sim has not been activated.

                                  I am very dissapointed with your customer support. If your team cannot handle such pressure than there was no point in showing the FREE offers where the sim doesn't get activate on time.

                                  Please contact me ASAP and provide me an update whether I should expect the sim card to be activated or not.

                                    After a long wait I finally got SIM for me and my wife. Tough E-KYC was available - Reliance Digital Express in vile parle (W) near station did not do it and said that they will first do it only for those who are spending and not likes us who are taking free sim. I bought JIOFY and he did E-KYC immediately but not for other SIM. Zaheer at the store is very rude and makes one feel as if he obliging by giving SIM. Reliance is offering free service, so store has no right to make user feel like this. I had obtained this SIM on around 3rd september and still struggling to get it done. Zaheer does no upload forms and E-KYC only for JIOFY or who buys LYF phone. Reliance Digital Store in Vile Parle -East is always out of stock for JIOFY & SIMS and does not help in E-KYC if from CAF is from other store.

                                      I got a Reliance JIO Sim from Reliance Digital Dhanbad on 24.08.2016, it is not activated till date, also many times i have been communicated with Reliance Digital's staff regarding this matter, but no response has been taken . However many others got activated their Sim even they have got sim after me . Please look into the matter.
