I have been verified with a wrong number.. i have been registered to [protected] and got the sim also with a great struggle but verified with [protected] with my registered mobile no.([protected]) through a msz. Its a big problem for me bcz the person who will get my verified no. Sim can misuse my identity no response from the customer care no. Its keeps on ringing plz mail me if the problem can be solved as fast as possible...

I have got my jio sim around 5 days ago but till now I am not getting signal and so that not able to activate my jio sim

P/urchased a Jiofi on 17/08/16 and still not activated. Given all the details and proofs at the time of purchasing. The sales man told that it would get activated between 7-15 days. Which they declared only after buying the product. After 15 days they called me on 07/09/26 for finger print scan.

After returning from business tour when visited the store on 11/09/16 they said they need my Adhar card for verification and it was mandatory. Since I didn't apply for Adhar, I could not provide. Even Government of India says Adhar is not mandatory but for activating a product, sold by them it is a must. Why the hell they didn't inform me when I made a purchase?. They claim if Adhar card is available then it will take another 3 more days to get activated.

Based on their word I had disconnected the existing connection with BSNL, now all my work suffered from 1st Sep'16. I had to go to other operators for a new data card, to continue my work. When they cann't do anything as they promise what is the use of high speed connectivity. Their tariff is definitely cheap, didn't expect their services would be the same.

Like stupid I was marketing and recommending their technology to all my friends and colleagues, most of them laugh at me now.

If not activated in another 3 days, decided to throw it in dust bin and be happy with data card being used, rather than just waiting for a high speed network that never gets connected.

When A samsung new phone was purchased on 22nd of August, a new sim card bearing no [protected] was offered to me from Irinjalakuda, in Thrissur district in Kerala state and the same is not yet activated.Even though two mails in this regard were forwarded to this mail id and the jio center was contacted several times nothing has happened till now (10/09/2016).More than eight emails were sent to reliance Jio without any response.Please note that 22 days have elapsed and still the sim is not actvated

This is in continuation to the earlier mails.As the sim card is not activated till date I am going to the press as well as the All India Consumer Redressal Forum for highlighting the hollowness and sheer false claims put forward by you through your advertisements.See even after 21 days the sim card is not activated and this is the limit.

Team jio i brought my jio sim on 2/9/2016 my number is [protected].Then after like 4 or 5 day later i recieved a message from jio saying(thankyou for choosing jio etc etc) then i called[protected] from my vodafone sim then they told they will send another message in 48 hours then i can activate my jio sim .But now its 3 days but i didnt recieved any message and my brother took a sim on 3/9/2016 and his sim is activited .please team jio activate my jio sim as soon as possible...otherwise i will burn it

i have purchase lyf set on date[protected] from flipkart but flipkart cannot provide me sim & lucknow reliance store also not provide me sim he told me sim stock finished or registration process in delay lost of reason in customer care also how can i receive sim or flipkart only sell their phones also for his income earning & offer customer to purchase set.i am disappoint to flipkart..

Sir, my no [protected] using lyf set wind 6 model no LS -5009 is activated last 16 sep.but same day my outgoing was stopped.sim is active incoming and data can be used only outgoing is not there after so many complains same answer is their voice call is active in your no but no resolution is given yet.pls take action so that I can use for call also.

I purchased a jiofi as I don't have a 4G device in my home. After buying jiofi the staffs told me to wait for 3-4 days to get a confirmation. Then after 6-7 days I got a message about my jiofi device and a order no. Then I rushed to Reliance Digi Mini store and they said you have to wait for somedays to get a confirmation message for televerification for the sim card activation. Then I am waiting since 7-8 days still no message, how irresponsible guys. I tried contacting jio staff's through there toll free no. and email but no response or reply. Please go through the matter and stop bullying peoples. I think India can never go up by this process of Digital India. My jio no. [protected]

Dear sir/madam,

i stay in devlali, nasik pin 422401 their is digital express store at deolali plaza, i have generated my pin appox 15 days before and i am continuously going to store as per discussion with person working there.

He always says sim is not available come again later whereas he has issued sim to 2 persons who seems to be his relative in front of me.

I say if the sim is for family, friends & employees of digital express then dont put advertisement in tv. This is humiliating if you cannot provide sim then why is advertisement for.

I pray to god jio will shut down same as reliance fresh and reliance cdma if attitude is this way.

i was very happy when i bought LYF mobile with JIO card because i want to enjoy fully 4G, in started it was like best, but after sometime my speed disgracing like finishing petttrol from bike tank. now it seems like 2G and sometime i using 2G instade of 4G cause its give ma mind peace, more thing is i cant connect to customer care also. always coming busy line. dmmmmmmmmmmmm bad start with 4G.

My id was rejected but when I went over there to ask about activation process then they straightly said I am not going to activate ur sim even I have Samsung 4g lte phn. My jio no is [protected]. I have applied for Jio Sim in your Reliance digital store, Aggarwal funcity mall(Laxmi nagar), Delhi and I don't receive a sim. I approached your office representative and he said though people who applied for the sim has already received their connection, they were not able to inform me what happened to my connection and when I approached them they said my coupon has been already redeemed. I have confirmed to them I haven't given the code to anyone. But I regret to inform you that, their response was very disappointing and said I can take back my application and they cannot do anything on this.
I request you to intervene in this issue to find out who has redeemed my coupen. I am sure, your latest system can easily find out that information.
I also request you to solve this issue at your earliest convenience.

As i havent received any update after that, i have approached your office representative on 8th. He said though people who applied on 3rd september has already received their connection, they were not able to inform me what happened to my connection. Again today when i approached them they said my coupen has been already redeemed. I have confirmed to them i havent given the code to anyone. But i regret to inform you that, their response was very disappointing and said i can take back my application and they cannot do anything on this.

Dear sir i have a jio sim no[protected] sim.the sim is active on dated, 06/09/2016.but today about 10o clock the sim is not working or not coming network.i am very puzzled. I went lodhipur care center. And meet gagan jio worker. And told about problem.he denied that he cannot help.so please my complained is noted and send my problem to tecnician and solved it.
