I am Ashish kumar mishra and my jio number [protected]is slow download speed (7-40 kbps ) and my unlimited data has been limited within one month. So plz provide unlimited data again for 2 month fastly. Some time calling to jio sim to other sim like bsnl idea airtel there was network busy.and in jio costumer care anybody no recive my call so my problem solve fastly my other number [protected]

    Hi i m sandeep from bhagalpur, 4 days ago i bought a jiofi device and got a blank sim with it(Without Number) and till date the sim is not activated as i went to the digital store they are saying i will take 10 days, before it they told it will be activated within a day and today i again visited store and the guy presnt there told me "Jo karna hai kar lo ab aur ni hoga activate Mumbai jaa k karwao"
    please do something it is too embarassing although paying 2000 Rs i am facing to such problems

I lives in Burdwan West Bengal.From last few days I m unable to use data.. calling is working but data is not working... help me and resolving my problem. downloading speed is very slow about 5 to 7 kbps only and that also not steady no downloading is possible.
      So many time I was call to jio customer care but no one receive my call...

        I was told that I would be provided with the jio sim if I purchase the handset and the sim would be activated within 2-3 days. And hence I purchased the handset on 6th Sep 2016 evening, then the shopkeeper asked me to come the next day and sim activation would be done. Again when I went the next day he is asking to come again in the afternoon, then again in the evening and next day and so on. I have spent a whole week going to shop and asking for the sim. When approached the Jio Service Centre on Saturday 10th Sep 2016, they assured me that sim would be available with the retail outlet on Monday. If they don’t provide it, then they would give and activation would be done within 10 minutes if Adhaar Card is given. But today, the shopkeeper told the sim is not yet available. I went to the service centre who had assured me that he would definitely get the activation done today. But today he is telling no stock. There is no response for the email, no one at the customer care receive the call. If it is that the handset gets one sim they should have provided both the set and the sim at the outlet. How fair is it making a customer roam about, leaving their work? It amounts to a huge loss to the customers and also unnecessary travel and waste of time and money just to enquire regarding this.
        The Mobile too is not good. Even if not used, the battery comes down and gets heated up when charged or a call for just 10 minutes. When enquired at the shop, he said to check again for one day, if the problem persists then within a week of purchase he would replace it. When I approached saying that the problem continues, he asked me to go the service centre. There they told, that value is low, so nothing can be done. The quality differs with price, but here the mobile heats up and it is not that high priced mobile doesn't get heated up and low priced mobile heats up. The service centre persons also don't respond properly.
        Kindly look into the matter.

          after one month the jio sim card is not working i am not be able to use internet, outgoing call as well as Incoming call
          I decided to complain to customer care But No one receive call and when i reach jio office they told we havnt any complain ID

            I got myslf a jiofi hotspot on last Thursday (8/11/16) and my connection got activated 9/11/16.. I was using data as i was assured by the digital express sales person dat i ll b getting full data benifit as preview. Bt aftr using using 4GB data, i m getting a message that DATA EXHAUSTED . PLZ RECHARGE. CALLED CUSTOMER CARE.. THEY CANNOT PROVIDE ME WITH PROPER SOLTN. I M AMAZED WITH THE COMPANY POLICY, THE PEOPLE WHO R BUYING THE DEVICE THEY ARE NOT GETTING DATA SERVICE BUT PEOPLE WHO ARE GETTING SIM FOR FREE THEY R UTILIZING IT MOST. . I CANT ACCESS NET FROM JIOFI2 FORM 10TH SEP 16. 3 DAYS & STILL NO HELP..

Or na hi muje ankit or na hi reliance jio center barmer ki tarf se koi bhi sahi jawab nhi de raha hai...                   Reliance jio sim is not availanle in market from 1 month and the shopkeepers those have stock they sell the sim in an unnecessary amount . I just fed up to reach every day at reliance stores
                  I want to ask one thing only i[censored] have a vast target to provide jio sim to each and every citizen of india than why not reliance make a such amount of sim stock . Many of my frirnds those who purchased they are still waiting for activation from past few 20-25 days. I think its a worst service from mukesh ambani
                  It is better to convert their business and move on to wada pao thela at mumbai chaupati that is much better for him...

                    I have visited the JIO digital office Dharmavaram for new connection. They have refused to take my request and I was not allowed to in side the office by security guard. I have found that there is no any communication notice regarding non availability of SIMS and I have requested the security guard for arrival of new connection, he has not given me any information and his answer was reckless.

                      Team jio i brought my jio sim on 22/8/2016 .then after like 7 or 8 day later i recieved a message from jio saying(thankyou for choosing jio etc etc) then i called[protected] from my alternate mobile sim then they told u rised a complain for activation your sim is earliest they will send another message in 48 hours then i can activate my jio sim .But now its 5 days but i didnt recieved any message and my collages took a sim on 10/9/2016 and his sim is activated in three days .please team jio activate my jio sim as soon as possible...

                        Dear Sir,
                        I bought a Reliance JioFi2 device on 7th of September from Reliance Digi Xpress Mini Store, Bank More, Dhanbad. Jharkhand. Along with this device the executive gave me a blank sim saying that within 3 to 4 days a msg will come on my alternate number and then after verification my sim will get activated. But it's been more then 4 days now that I haven't yet got any msg nor my jio sim has got activated. When trying to contact the store executive they just keep on saying that the sim will be activated soon.
                        I therefore request you to please take some helpful steps regarding this and solve my problem as soon as possible.

                          I bought a lyf water 5 mobile with a jio sim. All the process including tele-verification has been completed. And I also downloaded all apps from my jio app. Now the problem is in the my jio app, I couldn't sign in as I did not get a verification link in my mail. There are no mails from jio in my inbox as well as the spam. And there is no sign of any network in my phone even after proper verification. I couldn't understand why!!!

                                P/urchased a Jiofi on 17/08/16 and still not activated. Given all the details and proofs at the time of purchasing. The sales man told that it would get activated between 7-15 days. Which they declared only after buying the product. After 15 days they called me on 07/09/26 for finger print scan.

                                After returning from business tour when visited the store on 11/09/16 they said they need my Adhar card for verification and it was mandatory. Since I didn't apply for Adhar, I could not provide. Even Government of India says Adhar is not mandatory but for activating a product, sold by them it is a must. Why the hell they didn't inform me when I made a purchase?. They claim if Adhar card is available then it will take another 3 more days to get activated.

                                Based on their word I had disconnected the existing connection with BSNL, now all my work suffered from 1st Sep'16. I had to go to other operators for a new data card, to continue my work. When they cann't do anything as they promise what is the use of high speed connectivity. Their tariff is definitely cheap, didn't expect their services would be the same.

                                Like stupid I was marketing and recommending their technology to all my friends and colleagues, most of them laugh at me now.

                                If not activated in another 3 days, decided to throw it in dust bin and be happy with data card being used, rather than just waiting for a high speed network that never gets connected.

                                    Team jio i brought my jio sim on 2/9/2016 my number is [protected].Then after like 4 or 5 day later i recieved a message from jio saying(thankyou for choosing jio etc etc) then i called[protected] from my vodafone sim then they told they will send another message in 48 hours then i can activate my jio sim .But now its 3 days but i didnt recieved any message and my brother took a sim on 3/9/2016 and his sim is activited .please team jio activate my jio sim as soon as possible...otherwise i will burn it

I purchase a jio sim for 200 rs o[censored]r ddpuram shop.. but after 4 days my friend also take a jio sim ur premnagar branch but they give him totaly free.. and not take any charges ... what is this... this is fraud with me ... this is not fair... and then i came back ur dd puram shop they told this charge is given for activattion and than i told him i take another sim ur premnagar branch its absolutly free .. so why u charge from me 200 rs.. they don't told about this... and miss behave me.. i hate ur service...
