Dear sir mere jio sim abhi tak ativate nahi hua hai 12 days ho chuke hai meri id application accept ho chuka hai msz bhi aaya hai but abhi tak ativate nahi hua hai. i request to plz isse jaldi ativate krwa dijeye . Dear jio team,

I inform you last 12 days i am giving my document for jio sim but still my jio sim is not come after i can said him please give my document return i can not buy sim here, so distributor is angry and said me document not given to you, you can do anything.
So please take action for this distributor because it's a not good images for reliance jio,

I registered my name on 25th aug to digital express hisar, haryana... They said v dont have sim right noe come another day, i went there 7, 8 time different different days and they gave me another date

Now people came at store at 5am, store opens at 10, they give only 30 tokens per day upto 11 am, and start giving sim 11am onwards to 30 people

And very rulde behavior of staff employed there...

I collected a reliance jio sim from reliance digital store, apr, gaya (bihar) on 30/08/2016. i submitted my aadhar card for identity proof as well as for address proof. my aadhar card number is[protected]. my jio number is [protected]. but i didn't get any confirmation message on my alternate number [protected]. so kindly activate my jio sim as soon as possible.

My jio number [protected] it is activated within 24 hours it was happy, but i am not able to get plan details for jiofi 2, iam using it, i need to know what is data plans for postpaid connection.

In showroom also they a informed after 3 months the plan will be updated.

I bought relianec jio on 20th august from a their outlet at venus nagar, chennai 99. Till date it has not been connected.

Their customer care number is not available all the time ([protected]). Twice i managed to reach them and registered a complaint. The last complaint number us sr0000015l2z.

I called up the reliance outlet which is also very difficult to reach. Managed to speak to...

I got a jio sim from my samsung j7 preview offer before 15 days but my jio sim is not activate i told for this to jio distributor but no response i request you to activate my jio sim for enjoying digital life i got a message from jio care for submitting my application form before 7 days but there is no another message for activating the sim

I would like to inform that i purchased a jio wifi hotspot

Within 24 hrs but not activated till now. Today in day time, i

I always felt negleted for reliance services, this time also same
Thing is happening....

A person using Jio sim has been using the sim for all wrong purposes such as prank calls n constantly troubling one of my friends with calls and invalid messages.
It's a great move what reliance has initiated towards digital India.
But it should have been to restricted users such as farmers n people who really require it.
Giving a complaint to the police is not yet a solution because of the late response n Jio being a...

Already i have a connection from reliance digital and ready to use after 5 days bt here 6 days over. If this kind of service given by you now then what we expect future?...
