I have a j2 mobile and i have generated code and got a sim card from the local samsung store unfortunatelly i got fancy number(randomly tacken).
after 24hrs. as it is a fancy number the store people said it will be not activated as it is a fancy number and in order to activate it we need to pay ammount of rs:7000. i have directly tacken the sim card to the main jio office in my locality (chirala head office pincode:523155).. Unfortunately...

Bar code or coupon code was generated on 20-8-16 from my Samsung J7 mobile has been misused at Reliance Digital Store, old court road Hisar-125001 Haryana. So my sim was not activated.

Its already passed one week since i purchased the Reliance Jio sim.

I purchase a mifi modem with Rs 2899 from your reliance digital store on 25.08.16. after two days of purchasing date I received message about the order no : NO0000004OKON. My mifi still not activated and launch a complain but not responding from your customer care.
