    This is the worst 4g Network i have ever seen. i never get a single signal bar at my home. always No service. I am really disappointed with Jio services. It is free but not use full at all. I will break my jio sim and put it inside the dustbin. bcoz it is THE BEST place for jio. My phone battery get drained very fast once i start using data on my jio sim. I am using i phone 6s 64 gb i never ever put my sim inside my premium i phone 6s. bcoz jio cant be compared with iphone. it best fits inside LYF mobile. bcoz this is really a big bull ####. and i suggest not to buy free service of jio. bcoz it is of no use.

      Dear Jio Team,

      I have been using Jio since 7-8 months and it used to work fantastic in almost every area. But when i shifted to CommerZone, near Yerwada Jail, Pune, no signal comes. I get No Service all the time inside and outside the office for this specific area. Can you please see why this issue comes for this specific area only? I have to keep any other phone that has IDEA/VODAFONE network with me just for this area. It will be really helpful if this issue is resolved.

      i think its not only issue with Jio but with idea, docomo except vodafone... might possible other signals jammed except vodafone. its like monopoly. Interestingly to see whether ur issue resolved or not

        I first had this issue around 8 or 9 january 2017. Actually i had this issue but i noticed it on the above mentioned date, i was unable to make or recieve calls/sms from my newly bought jio number. When i called them at first they told me that the issue will be resolved within 48 hrs and the problem remained after 48 hrs so i called them again and it was unresolved again i got the deadline of 48 hrs. Once again i called them and they say that it is the issue with my phone, but i explicitly told them that i had tried this sim in other handsets also and it did not worked. So everytime i call them they come up with some new jargon and say that "this is the issue, previous representive misguided you, i won't blah blah blah" and then again they very creatively ask for 48 hrs and this is going for a week now so i am fed up with them and it seems i cannot do anything from my end or should i say i won't be able to get results if this will be the case.

        So please help me, time is of the essence here as you also know 1st april will be the day most of the sims will be in dustbins.

          I took two jio sim from jio sim distribution agent at patparganj industrial area, Delhi. He asked my Adhara number and involved in process, then scanning sim card code, he was scan 3-4 sim, when i asked, why you scanning more sim on my Adhara number, he told this is due to connection failure. After that, he told me scan thumb. for issuing two sim he scanned my thumb 6 (six) times.
          Government should take this on a High Note, and I declare that if any criminal activity is being done with the use of my personal documents, and if not proven that I - myself has done the criminal activity, I declare that Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd. will be responsible for the same criminal activity.
          Reliance jio Infocomm Ltd. has also taking care and should take preventive action about this type of fraud by his distribution agents.

            While calling it shuts off automatically without any information and thus no calling is possible.And also No one is able to contact us and is asked to contact customer care.It often ends call automatically. Range is low and hence it goes slow at times.sometimes the sim turn off automatically. And should power off and on to make it correct.often shows, "jio TV is unfortunately not working".speed for browsing is also slow.

              I have registered complaint on 18th january regarding internet is not working on my jio card

              From three days I am suffering from jio, no one is solving the problem.

              Executive says sorry for the inconvenience cause to you, that's all. Later on same problem continues, waiting for tower . . . Bla bla bla . . .

              Jitna jaldi ho sake utna jaldi mere jio card me internet chalu karo . . .

                The Mobile Number I am having issue with--[protected]

                I have migrated to Jio today from Vodafone post which I am not having any incoming.When co contacted Jio Customer care they said that it will take 21 days meaning that no incoming on my number.

                I would request you to please take highest action to get thsi resolved.

                    Raised complain several time using facebook message and on email and personally went to jio store many times regard to it's so called 4G(wost like a 2G) internet speed but i just waited and no solution ever came!
                    when i raised issue using email they asking me proof. i attached the screenshots but they again asking for proof, now how to give it? i just don't know! speed is mostly in kb and few times as worst as 20kb.
                    When I went to JIO store they just said i live in that area and it works well there. now what to ask those fellow! i'm really upset by the service. need a solution soon

                      Sir, Since past few days the company is charging fake data usages at 6:00A.M which i have neither used And this is resulting in consumption of Data Usage limit of 1GB per day. if he company dont want to give free data to its users then why they are promising for that. I want this issue to be resolved as soon as possible as i am not getting suitable responses from the Jio Executives.

                        i have been recently posted to Mumbai. Unfortunately my Jio Reliance sim from Jammu & Kashmir got damaged and now i am not connected to my family and friends. this has caused lot of inconvenience as i have been looking for the duplicate Jio Reliance sim in Mumbai from last four days.
                        Sir your network is very strong that is why i dont want to go to any other operator. it is as such requested to issue the Jio Reliance sim in my favour.

                            Hello sir/mam,
                            i have taken jio wifi device connection my no is [protected].my location is SHIVPURI(MP), but from one and half months its not working properly poor speed problem and now it has totally stopped from 7th january for this issue i contacted to reliance jio office SHIVPURI but no one responding there and no one solving my problem i approached them 5-6 times because no one receiving calls and also they have no reason why my service has stopped suddenly, no one came for checking connection once .they was saying sim has stopped due to renewal of year and they will solve this in one two days but till date my problem has not solved and now they are not responding and not receiving my calls too .so in this condition what should i do ??? cut the connection??? please sir/mam help me

                            Jio staff not respond to customers properly i tried to contacted them many times regarding my issue but no one responding me properly no one receiving my calls and no came for checking my reliance jio wifi device connction.they dont wanna receive calls or solve issues regarding problems so in this condition what should i do. should i opt other services ???

                                I had applied for the Jio connection on Nov 21, and the SIM was activated on Nov. 26. Since then, I have not been able to make or receive calls.

                                I have raised number of requests since then. Every time I raise a request, I get a message that the issue has been resolved. However, till date, I am unable to make or receive calls even today.

                                I have visited the nearest Jio office several times for a solution, however the problem persists.

                                I had escalated the issue to Jio Care and the local Appellate Authority. But I have not received any solution to my problem so far.

                                    I have applied for a free sim from your agent m. No.[protected] on sinhgad road, pune& he has taken all my details regarding aadhar card, phone contacts. The sim could not be registered due to the server failure from 12.00p. M to 4.30p. M on 10.01.17. I will not be responsible for any mishaps arising due to the misconduct & will hold responsible to your jio organisation if any problem will persists in future w. R. T. My given details.
                                    Kindly cancel my registration if registered. We suggest to avoid such miscrepancies which unnecessarily creates confusions & spoils your reputation.

                                      Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd. took my self-attested ID proof and documents for providing Reliance Jio Internet Service. They took documents on 9th November 2015. Since then, I called their service executives 3 times regarding not activation of my services, but they did not give any responsible reply nor took any steps to provide service. I have attached a snapshot of the sim card box which was provided to me by Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd.
                                      Government should take this on a High Note, and I declare that if any criminal activity is being done with the use of my personal documents, and if not proven that I - myself has done the criminal activity, I declare that Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd. will be responsible for the same criminal activity.
                                      Reliance Infocomm Ltd. has cheated me by taking my ID Proofs and not providing the services.

                                        I have taken Jio sim from Alibag city, dist. Raigad in Maharashtra state .My jio number is [protected]. Since jio card is totally free as per company, still that shopkeeper has charged me 200rs as a SIM card fee. How he could ask me the fee?.Even before taking he never told me that sim chargable. Please do the needful.
