I have purchased a jiofi device on 16th aug 2017. Since day 1 we havent received proper speed as promised. Despite of repeated complains and visit to the service center the problem persists the same. No proper solution is been given to us. By keeping trust on such a big company we bought its product and no customer satisdaction is provided. This kind of thing is not expected from such a big company. So please look into the matter and revert back as soon as possible.
