At reliance petrol pump with location code-uwf002 and location name - painth, my father went to fill petrol in his bike, then, petrol pump employees refused to give petrol, when my father protested, they started misbehaving. My father asked their names, but initially they refused to share, and when asked about the complaint register, they provided him feedback form. These goons don't bother about age factor as they have been given a free hand to deal with public in their own manner. Please take a strict action against them. The accused persons are salesman subhash, supervisor roop kishor, and on-site officer p. P aggarwal. I am attaching the required complaint of my father, please ensure these goons get a good action from the authorities.

I dr swapnil singh have frequently visited one of the reliance pump in rasoli, barabanki, uttar pradesh, and every time they are out of stock in morning hour like today 24/12018...
Pleased see this matter as pump is on national highway.. And if the petrol is out of stock in early hour than it cause inconvenience to consumer...

Reliance petrol pump near my house provide facility of oil change. I used to change my vehicle's oil here, however, today i waited for so long but no one here listens to you. I asked the concern person here for thrice but no response. Here they have very aggressive staff, who do not look for customer satisfaction. They invited before a year ago to change oil here from station, because they used to get insensitive. But now, they don't even respond to customers. I am really upset with the facility. Apart from this, when i give 2000 rs note and fill petrol for 350 they cheat badly by not giving the amount after deduction properly. Last night i gave 2000 rs note and the guy standing over gave me 100 rs less after deducting 280rs petrol. Which is literally cheating customers.

This relates to a reliance fuel station situated in silvassa (Dadra and nagar haveli, under gujarat circle), near masat police outpost, opposite gulf oil.

This pump is doing exceptionally good business because two of it's competitors have closed down. But, as arrogance have grown in the manager, the mandatory free air service always remains out of order.

The manager takes this issue very lightly and remains arrogant as the pump is doing good business any way.

The basic facilities are mandatory and poor services are not acceptable.

Day before yesterday i went to fill diesel in my car of rs2100. I got a bill of rupees 2100.in bill price mention 77.08 and i get qty 27.24 ltr. Then i calculated i know that i got loss of 0.35 paisa loss. 24hours in your pump thousand of customers came to fill petrol diesel then you get so much profit by doing cheating.
For example u get 35 paisa profit in one time by doing cheating in one customer like me. Then in 24 hours in pump thousand of customers visit then u earn 1000 of rupees by doing a cheating with customers.

I visited the said petrol pump today twice in the morning and evening. First time i asked the salesman to fill petrol for 400/- but he entered 101 value and delivered fuel without showing zero. When i said him to complete the amount he started the meter from last reading without showing zero again and then he stopped at 300 and said that he has topped up for 300/- but the same day after ridden around 200 kms bike was in reserve mode then i felt that i have been cheated. Coming back to home i again visited the same petrol pump and asked for fuel for 100/-. The salesman again did the same cheating in the for of amount 30/- and 70/-.
My father told me that he also has been cheated in the same way earlier.

Dear sir/ mam,
I visited reliance petrol pump and asked them just check air pressure in all the tyres. For diesel and air pressure i always go to reliance petrol pump.
I was surprised workers don't bother about customers coming for just air pressure.
For me this is ridiculous when i go for full tank diesel then workers immediately react to fill air in tyres and if you go another day just air pressure then they say sorry machine unit is not working.
I been to united kingdom and they have coin system. Insert coin in machine and use air pipe by yourself.
Hope reliance will think something like that to resolve this matter on every petrol station in india

Dated 11/09/2018 or 12/09/2018 i have filled petrol of 100rs in my suzuki access reg no mh11l7652 timing 10.30 to 11.00 pm.
Executive fill petrol and i gaved him 200rs and not given back my 100rs so please co-operate my compaint and take some sevear action. Its not the problem of my money but your executive is not honest.

I am nitin pimparikar a regular customer at petrol pump situated at n-7 cidco aurangabad 431003. Today i asked to fill petrol for rs 200/- and he started metering from 00.500 i. E. From earlier filler and filled for rs.220/- for which i never asked. After enquiring he started quarreling. This incident may be in your cctv.
Please take care such incident should not happen again.

I have 100 debuntures (1-certificate) of reliance petroleum limited triple option convertible debentures issued during june 1993. And i have with me 200 nos. Of tradeable warrant of reliance petrolium limited (2 certificates) issued during may 1997.
Now i would like to encash those certificates. Please guide me what i have to do to encash those certificates.

Reliance Indistries ltd had made agrement with above party for oprating a retail petrol pump which has illegaly and forcefully encoarched upon our patta land . A FIR for a crimnal case has been registred . This is inspite to of the knowldge brought to the Branch In charge at Bhubaneswar.

My hero honda delux bike fule tank capcity is 10.5 Ltr, but your pump fule is full load my tank is 10.63 ltr, how ?
my fule tank is already half an one ltr fule already in tank.

I fill petrol of Rs 100 from RPML at village ramgaon tekade tah achalpur, and ask for debit card payment. He entered the amount of rs 100 and I entered pin, suddenly I got message that 100 is debited from my account but petrol pump manager and other workers are not accept that deduction amount I have to pay cash of Rs 100 again...
Please take some strong action to stop such happening things...
And now the point is that what about of 100 Rupees?

Dear sir,

1. On 26 may 2018, for the first time in my life i went to a reliance petrol pump at dhillon petro zone, bhatinda. I was travelling from sri ganganagar to chandigarh. I remember i had filled 19.2 litres.

2. To my utter surprise, after travelling approximately 25 kma, my car (Santro) which is a year 2004 model stopped and would not start. Luckily after around 10 minutes of fiddling with the car it started. After another 20-25 kms, it again stopped and would not start but again after around 20 minutes it started again. On both these occasions, i took the car to a mechanic who i found en-route, who after checking told me that there seems nothing wrong with the car.

3. To my utter surprise the car which normally gives a mileage of 14-15 kmpl went only 125 kms in the 19.2 litres of petrol with the result that at rajpura i had to once again fill her up. Fortunately, the car did not give me any trouble thereafter. I was incidentally travelling with my family.

4. I have the following submissions to make:-

(A) the car which gives a good mileage, this time gave me a pathetic mileage of less then 7kmpl, which is normally just not possible.

(B) the car that has never stopped or ever let me down in 14 years broke down twice.

(C) when i filled up petrol from indian oil at rajpura, thereafter the car did not give me any trouble.

5. Keeping the above factors in mind i am convinced that there is some fraud which happened with me at dhillon petro zone, bhatinda. They put less petrol and also provided me with spurious petrol, which led to breakdown of my car twice. This not only led to loss of money but also sheer harassment
For no fault of mine, more so when i was travelling with my wife and kids.

3. You are requested to investigate into this matter discreetly so that dhillong petro zone is caught red handed and is black listed. I have filled up 19.2 litres of petrol on 26 may 2018 at 1234hrs.

6. You are also requested to provide me with a feedback on the matter too

This is with reference to my ATM transaction OTHPOS493762 SHAIKH ABDUL NAGPUR at relience petrol pump katol square nagpur i asked him to fill for 350 but he didn't did zero before starting and started filling from 50 reading ...
i asked him did your reading was reset he said yes... i said ok then it should lock at 350 exact but locked at 350.12...
then he offered me extra petrol of 50 too

There were no the 2nd and 3rd nosel. I was standing there at least 20 minutes and when i started to go back on my way, one of the staff had came and when i asked him where he was, he said that this is not my nosel. When i said him that i will complain about this, he simply said go and complain. What is this???

I am regular customer of reliance petrol pump located on mullana jaghadhari road, mullana, ambala, 133207. Every saturday i purchase petrol from the same, but when it comes to free air filling service, the staff at the pump always deny and refuse to fill air stating that the air filling pump is not in working condition. This process is being repeated everytime i visit the pump and i almost get the same reply everytime i ask for the free air service.

On 10 april 2018 at around 09:40 am i went to reliance petroleum fuel station situated on nagpur to butibori highway, after waiting some minutes in the queue it was my turn of filling diesel to my diesel car no. “mh31-ea-5937” the fuel pump attendant asked me the payment mode, i told him my preference the debit card payment and to fill diesel of inr 1001/-, but he ordered me to pay in advance as i chose the debit card payment, then he (The fuel pump attendant) took my debit card, swiped the card in his digital payment electronic device & asked me to enter the security pin, i did the same, an amount of inr 1001/- deducted/debited from my account, immediately i received the text sms from my bank server, but the fuel pump attendant did something suspicious with his electronic device just before the “transaction successful” message appears, which resulted in the electronic device displaying “payment declined”. I was pretty much sure that he did something trickery with his electronic device either knowingly or negligently, but i lost my inr 1001/- which is still held with them as i did not received any refund to my bank account.

Even then i paid them the second inr 1001/- i. E. Total 2002/- and received fuel of only 1001/-, this complaint is for the amount inr 1001/- which i lost with that fuel station of reliance petroleum, and the agony and expenses i suffered during my revisit to that fuel station, but they are denying to reimburse me. Additional details as under:
