Today 24.09.2017 i went to fill diesel to my car at thadikombu pump station. The pump operator asked to switch off the vehicle i asked where other pump operators including reliance no need to off the vehicle. Simply he said come tomorrow and ask our manager
If is it compulsory we should prefer other pumps

Today i go to reliance petrol pump and told that employee to fil 100₹ patrol, he started the meter from 2.39 i was asking him to make it zero but he start filing from 2.39 already, i was asking him to stop but he didnt. I told this to the manager, but he said our meter only start from zero. That means i lied for 2₹.
I just want to say that put the cameras to prove our self.
And hire good staff for the service.

Hi i am vinay from bhawanigarh... And unfortunately reliance petrol pump also situated in bhawanigarh on patiala road. There are very low service during fuel.. Each person will be wait there minimum 10-12 mins every time.. There are no drinking water... No air for tyres... Even it is compulsary under law... I have complaint against all of these at ur petrol pump... But no results... There are also damage display which shows prices of petrol & diesel... They also miss-behave with us... When we complaint it... But no results eveytime...

This to bring to your notice that in your petrol bunk at nellore i have give the debit card of karur vysya bank after swiping your boy told that the card is not working and asked for another card i have given him sbi debit card and he has credited to his account but when i gone through the statement of karur vysya bank amount rs1668.40 has been debited so i request you revers the debited amount to my karur vysya bank account

We will ask to check air in my tvs they told u can fill it i[censored] have u can fill it other wise u can go and whereever u go i dont bother this is not a first time repeatly they told like this they never give proper change they told put petrol in round figure there is no response for customers kindly take neccesssary action immediatly i[censored] never take action ourself like lot of customers will effect

I filled petrol in your petrol pump at kamdar colony, ne. Oswal centre, jamnagar-gujrat. They charged as tip/surcharge/rate difference 3 times rs10 to rs.12/25 on debit card.
In other petrol pump we get credit rd.1 to rs.5 on debit card.
Why you changed extra.
I wrote you before 15 days, no reply.

I went reliance petrol pump located in mira road area of thane district (Maharshtra), unfortunately i forgot my wallet at home only and i was running out of fuel so i went to nearest petrol pump that was reliance. I had some 20-30 rs change in my pocket then i asked petrol pump guy to give me petrol of that much money just to reach home and he straight forward said no to me and when i went to owner to just complaint he also denied giving fuel to me and insulted as well.

If there is any rule that petrol pump can fill fuel only when customer has minimum 100 rs as informed by that owner.

Kindly look into this and take action against them...

The pump meter jumps and starts from rs. 39. When i complain to the operator he start abusing me and misbehaving with me. My mob no is [protected]. Please do needful.

When i am going to that reliance protel bank, that branch manager handle the customer wronly on cash colleting, he is cannot collect new 10 rupees coin.. I am so depressed on that incident.. So give me a exaplin that incident and. And that manager say me that u don't come again on my petrol bank, punish that managar... This is my contact number : [protected]...

I was refilling my vehicle at chindwara road reliance petrol pump, nagpur today and swiped my debit card for rs 2000.

As mr vinod raikar started filling the diesel, he stopped at rs 200.45 and started pretending that the entire amount of diesel is filled.

His colleagues over there gathered and started giving vague excuses that vinod had set rs 200 by mistake. But if that is the case how did the reading go above rs 200 to rs 200.45?

Later the manager mr mohammad parvez over there also started arguing and making faces as if i was obstructing his business by not allowing the vehicles in the queue to move forward.

Attached with this mail are the pics of the bill received, i'd card of mr raikar and the entire staff there.

Please reply to this mail immediately, or else i will have to elevate it even further more to all the social media websites and consumer protection offices.

It was yesterday at 19:03:40 at kuzhithurai in the district of kanyakumari i approached the lekshmi fuel staff and asked whether they accept my debit card and they agreed to do so. As the card was given to them they made the transaction and rs. 500 was deducted from my account. Since there was no paper in the device they could not print the bill. Many times i showed them the message i received from my bank and asked them to fill the fuel for rs. 500. Nobody was ready to give me the fuel and i waited there for more than 30 minutes. It is only at last they realized that there was no paper in the device to print a bill. I asked them why were they behave like that to customers and i was answered in an irresponsible manner which no one expect from a renowned firm as yours.

1. I was at rishabh autos petrop pump in amritsar opp best price gt road. When my diesel tank was full and i told the staff to fill air in tyres, he refused to do so and said that there is no staff.
When i asked for a complaint book he gave me a customer feedback form which is not numbered
I really had a very bad experience with the staff
2. One of the dispencer pipe was leaking and then i had to shift my car to the other dispencer.

I was a cat customer of reliance petro, 2 months back I purchased a new Ertiga for taxi purpose. Whenever my car goes in hire I make my fuel tank full at reliance but unfortunately after 8th of May when I filled Diesel tank full and after I refilled it again in same pump, mileage was drastically low about 7kmpl. So I went to Maruti service station for the problem. They advised for testing by tank full method. They advised to fill-up in another pump but I suggested to use reliance, me with driver and 2engineers of Maruti tested that your Diesel mileage was 13 kmpl. Again we refilled in bpcl and mileage was 16.when my tank got empty I used other pumps Diesel and mileage is 18+. That day(10/5/17) I have tested your Diesel and report is with me your area manager promised me to resolve the issue and get back to me and till now nothing. Besides that your pump staff are so arogent, they behaved With me like gunds/mafias. Thanks to Maruti engineers they make the whole thing clear to your uneducated mafia pump manager.
In that month i have refilled in ur pump amounting 20, 000rupees. I have the bills.
Plz take care of the matter, there are many things which to be discuss, I have all the snaps, proofs.

Your scales educative abuse me than your manager also abuse me, He was slapped me. And one person who was not in uniform he also abuse and beat me, I was call to 100 but local police support him. They did not listen to me and also suggest me that he is a big man, don't take any action against him.

Please take action against them.

I purchased rs 1000/_ amount of petrol from reliance petrol pump on 28/05/2017 between 10 to 11 am vehicle no mp 09 cn 8097 but no petrol bill given by the petol pump reliance tejaji nagar near by pass road indore' then i register compliment no 38 dated 28/05/2017. I am very surprised that petrol pump manager mr milan pandit told me that i don't give petrol bill

The petrol severely damaged my car i20. Firstly, i had no idea why my car was not functioning properly so i went to the agency for the service. They removed the petrol and refilled it again from indianoil (Bharat auto care / phoos mandi, bathinda). Soon after that my car started working properly.
The agency admitted that due to the impure petrol, the car was not working up-to-the-mark.
Please look into the matter and help me get justice, so that the same don't repeat with anyone in future.

On the date of 19/5/2017 time 7.40 am. I went to pump fill diesel. That lady ask me cash. Ever week i full my tank from this pump every week same problem with him. Card machine is not working. Bp & indian oil pump machine is working. This pump card machine never never work. She give ans 1) machine charging over.2) rang not hear.3) link down all time lot of air flow is hear so link down.
Mr. Datta & mr anil is working their he ask to costumer if you need diesel pay by cash & go. Very ruff language use by him. His owner no [protected].

I went to get the petrol from Reliance petrol pump at Garh Road, Meerut but it was refused to accept any type of payment cards on the pretext that POS machine of any of companies has not been installed yet. Is it true to a Giant company like Reliance? Please get it clarify .As Goverment of India has made it mandatory to instal SWAP machine for cashless transactions then how it is possible that a petrol pump of RELIANCE Does Not have swap machine.

I have used ICICI Debit card for my car fuel on 02 of may 2017 in reliance fuel station of rupees 750 but on 09th of may 2017 you changed me rupees 21.55 regrading usage of debit card on 2nd may 2017 i ask ICICI BANK they told you only charged is not fair thing your are doing on the time of card usage you charged 750 only after few day y are u charging 21.55 extra kindly refund my 21.55 rupees asap thanks

Since the time you started your reliance petrol pump talcher at NH 23, Odisha 759128, I am the regular customer of your pump. I have few observations-
1. Your staff is taking time to feel the petrol when there will card payment. In a cash payment they are quiet quick. Normally I always use the credit card
2. Secondly the Always they are telling that Air Pump was not working.
This is my main complaint. the fuel station refused to offer me the mandatory free air service
3. The oil quality is too low
