TN18 AT 0416 my car was in always problem... two months before starter motor is newly fixed but this month it is not working the relays coils r over heating.. the service is very very poor from renault... now it is in warranty they r changing the parts... when the warranty elapsed means ???? I did not expect from renault.. we r using the vehicle for driving school ... even though I tell to the customers to purchase renault kwid... four vehicles from my side u r sold... but my vehicle was in problem.. I don't want this car so take ur car and refund the money..i don't want the car

    Hi i am from Iran i want to say some thing about Saipa group in Iran they make black market for Renault Sandero stepway i want to buy one of your car but i cant they decrease speed of website and they buy cars for own self and then sell the cars 10000000 rials more than true price of car
    please do something for poor iranian people they waste honor of Renault company

      But till today they are not giving me any fix date of delivery, very bad service...
      Lot of frustration...
      They said that Renault currently not manufacturing rxl model.
      So I'm going to cancel booking of this car Tomorrow. And i will go for alto k10, best indian car and best service by maruti.

        Sir,
        Very disappointed to inform you the problem which i am facing with my renault kwid (Rxt), bearing vin: meebba007g2331696 and registration no. Hr05ar7254. New car was delivered to me in the month of march, 2016 by the dealer i. E. Aseem auto pvt ltd. G. T. Road, karnal. However, i am very sorry to say that within few months, i noticed a lot o[censored]nnecessary / extreme noises / sounds from its engine. I also informed the problem to the dealer during the first service of the car. I was assured that there would not be any further engine noise / sounds problem in the car. However, the issue could not be resolved. Ultimately, the car was called for inspection qua checking of fuel system and fitting of fuel hose clip or any other intervention vide your letter dated 19.10.2016. Accordingly, few parts were allegedly changed / put in the car vide invoice no. Serinvckaja17002250 dated 23.11.2016 and again assured that the problem of engine noise would no longer be persist. However surprisingly, the issue is not resolved and i am still facing the same problem of extreme engine noises / sounds with my car. I have also apprised the same to the dealer. It is also giving low average. Numbers of times, complaints have been made. Worst experience ever. I hope that you will take necessary action to recall the vehicle for permanent solution of the problem with my reanult kwid (Rxt).

          Please note that My wife, a school teacher, had booked a Renault Kwid AMT, from Roharsh Motors Pvt Ltd, Renault Wagholi Pune on the 25th January 2017 by paying a deposit of Inr 25000 by Neft Bank transfer, for which we were not given any receipt as yet.
          Due to the unavailability of Finance from the bank, we had to cancell the booking, for which we gave a written application to the Dealers on the 4th of Feb 2017 for the refund, since we were promised that in case of a cancellation, the refund will be 100% of the booking amount and within 7 days, by Mr Ashish the Person incharge and the Sales person Mr Sujit.
          Now its been 11 days and the Officer, Mr Ashish is unable to give the refund cheque, stating that the Directors are not in the city since he lives in Kolhapur, so he can not obtain the signature on the cheque till he comes to Pune. He has been postponing the refund with the similar reasons. The latest one being that the Director is out of the country and is uncertain when he is expected back. The accountant Mr Saurav is also unsure, and has again asked for 2 more days.
          They seem to unable to keep their word for reasons best known to them. We are simple middle class people, helpless here. So much for trusting RENAULT. Can someone help us.

            I own a metallic moonlight silver RxL DUSTER KL 04 AE 3037 2013 MODEL. The vehicle got banged from the rear by an ambassador car in nov 2016 and have caused minor dent on the rear boot door. I had given the vehicle to TVS &sons adichira, M.C road, kottayam, kerala for repair .I had gone there after one week finding that the vehicle was not attended.Then they asked why i had to use the insurance for such a samll work.Then this stupid idea of changing the colour to dark metallic bottle green came to me and also to fix armour change head lights, alloy wheels, michelin tyres etc. They told me that the work will be over by 3wks once i submit the approval certificate for changing colour from RTO, and the same was submitted on jan 21.Somewhere in mid JAN i went to check the status and the vehicle was found in the same place as it was when it was initally parked.No work was done.Went there on jan 28 it was lying in the painting room parly done and i asked the painting person when he received the vehicle and he replied he received the car only 2-3 days back.Many at times they would give me lame excuses like paint was not available or the person in charge had flu and had not come for work.Then thay started telling me car will be ready by next week for qiute some time.Finally i got fed up and asked them to give a date and the final date was[protected].i contacted them on[protected] to check the status and they told everything is ready and will deiver on monday. I went there on[protected] to find my vehicle in pathetic state, Nothing was ready.Then one person said it will be ready by evening.I met the manager of the body shop he told the work will be ready by tomorrow and when i asked him reason for the delay he didnt have any answer.iam sure this person is not fit for that post .Really depressing . .Another fortnight my vehicle will be rotting in that place for a record time of 3mths.It was a major mistake giving my vehicle in the wrong place to the wrong hands.Iam sending you the photograph of the car which was taken on[protected]yesterday). another thing i wanted clarification was that they told painting charges will be near Rs 80000/- and in the bill it is written as Rs 60000/- for accidental labour.My email id on the printed bill is a wrong one.why????

              Sir,
              I have purchased the vehicle KL 40 G 9209(Renault Pulse) Four years back from Kochi. All services were done in the Kalamassery TVS showroom regularly.Even after raising the complaint oftently(a sound from the engine part) they didnt attend it and nothing was done for it.Without doing anything for it took Rs.24000 for the previous service.(80000). I think its fault from their side for not finding the exact reason for it.Now they are in a position to change some parts and the charge was exorbitant. Is it the way they should handle the matter. Each time when I raised the complaint, they said they will rectify it but nothing was done. Recently I gave at Perumbavoor showroom for service the charge nearly fourteen thousand.
              I am fully dissatisfied the services. Hope you do the needful immediately.

                  Hi. I have booked Renault Kwid AMT in Jan 2017. I was promised deluvery by Feb 8. Now the service I am getting from Renault Baner showroom is pathetic.
                  I had informed them that I need to take my parents to hospital every alternate day. I had exchanged my Hyundai EON. Now, EON was taken from my on Feb 4th. However the new car isn't delivered.
                  Service I got from Mr. Kabra, Mr. Pankaj is worst in my life. I will surely update my experience with my friends n all at all social platforms.

                      On 4th of February, I was on a high way travelling with my family and i was over taking a vehicle. I was constantly pressing the accelerator but the gear shifted from 4th to 1st and vehicle slowed down. It kept happening throughout the trip. It was a very dangerous experience for me and my family.

                      Today morning i.e 6th of February, a guy from service center(Duster, Silk Board) came to our house at around 11 o clock, in the evening I got a message to come and pick up the vehicle from the service center and it was mentioned in the message job estimate amount is Rs0.00

                      When I went to the service station, they informed me that the issue is due to the impure fuel (water mixed). I at that point believed them and signed the paper. Once at home we discussed with one of our mechanic friend and we realized that fuel was filled 5 days back. So if it was due to the water issue should have occurred 5 days ago.

                      Few pointer:
                      1. Vehicle should have stopped immediately if water was mixed in the fuel and we happily travelled for around 400 KM's from Udupi to Bangalore.
                      2. When my wife spoke to the service center guy Mr Santosh asking explanation, he started threatening that he would void the guaranty for all the engine parts so that if any problem occurs in future we can not claim it.
                      3. I need immediate action will be taken or else legal action will be taken from our end.

                        Dear Sir / Madam

                        I booked a Renault Duster, (85 optional) in Sept. 2012 at Vardhman Cars, Faridabad ( Then Renault Dealer).
                        Finally got the delivery in February 2013. Registration Number- HR51 AV 1329, in the name of Mrs. Saroj Kumari (my mother).

                        With in first 2 months of purchase, problems started with the Vehicle:
                        Vibrations front, AC button hard, Gear not smooth, sound in doors, horn buttons not working properly.
                        I was regular for service at Vardhman Cars, Faridabad.
                        With time the problem increased, but Service Center did not do anything till Car was in warranty. And after crossing 40000km running, they clearly said, things are chargeable.

                        Now, October 2016, I have been facing a new problem in car, "LATE START IN MORNING", for the same I visited the Renault authorized service center several times, they suggested me a number of things, which didnt worked:
                        1. They asked me to change the battery, I did that, but the problem remained the same.
                        2. They asked me to get the 4 glow plugs changed, I got them changed at the service center.
                        BUT THE PROBLEM REMAINED, AS IT IS.

                        I got the car serviced in Oct. 2016, (approx.) at the Renault Authorized Service Center, after I received the Car, since then the Navigation System Screen is in HANGED condition, it starts by itself and goes off by itself, in place of correcting the software issue, Service Center suggested to get it replaced with the new one, costing about Rs. 70, 000/-

                        Now, in December 2016, there occurred a new problem, BACK SMOKE in engine.
                        The service center suggested me to get the Engine Changed, and the cost would be around Rs. 4.5 Lakhs.

                        Current running of the vehicle, Date: 03/01/2017, is 98000KM approx.

                        Renault is a World Wide known brand for the quality, I moved ahead to purchase the car DUSTER, after getting green signal from my friends in Germany, who ar using DUSTER.

                        As per the brand, the Engine can not fail at such a early age, of just 98000km, after taking all the necessary precautions.

                        Service center has pulled hands back for helping out and connecting to the right person in the company.

                        For the same, please guide / suggest, how the company RENAULT can help me out. The product I received has manufacturing defect in Engine.

                        Upon receiving your email reply, I would send the scan copy of the Invoices of the Service Center and RC.
                        In India, a consumer finally makes it to Consumer Court, for the unresolved issues with any company.

                        Waiting for your Kind Reply, I have no other Car to use, facing big trouble.

                          Few months ago, the state transport department had warned all the vehicle dealers in the city to ensure the compliance of Motor Vehicle Act, 1988, Central Motor Vehicle Rules 1989 as well as the terms and conditions of Trade Certificate (TC) and empowerment of self-registering dealers.

                          The dealers were directed that any excess amount charged from customers, which is not authorized by the manufacturers, is in violation of the terms and conditions of TC and the empowerment of self-registering authorities.

                          Under the head "RTO Tax and Registration" - Renault Dealer from Pune area has (A) included "RTO Agent Charges and Handling charges (amount Rs 7000 to 8000) (B) excluded "Road Safety Fund" (Rs.800) (which was actual part of RTO Tax and Registration) and charged separately.

                          So unnecessarily customers have to pay 9000 to 10000 more from the actual value offered by Renault Company. This is cheating.

                              I purchased Renault Kwid 1 ltre optional variant from trivandrum show room on (30th Jan 2017), after 3 days the vehicle faced a breakdown issue, the local mechanic said the battery is down, and contacted renault service and the vehicle is currently in the service centre.From 3rd Feb 2017 the vehicle is in the service centre and they didn't provide any information about the actual complaint, i am really disapointed about this.

                              I think i got cheated, if the battery is brand new then there is no chance for battery down with in 3 days.

                              Either they placed an old battery or they gave me an old car.

                              I don't want it repaired, i want it replaced because i paid money for a brand new car not for a repaired one.

                              i want to know whether i got cheated or not,

                              You people should conduct an enquiry about this incident.

                                I am using renault duster 85 diesel dl9caa7220 and i am really dissatisfied with the service provided by renault moti nagar branch.
                                My car has gone for its service on 40, 000 kms to moti nagar service station on 4/02/2017. Mr preet pal singh ([protected]) they had given me an estimate of rs 18000 for this service which included lot o[censored]seless services.
                                Since my 2nd free service i have been telling them that i am facing the below major issues -
                                1. Very very hard clutch
                                2. Gears gets stuck everytime specially 1st and 2nd
                                I have reached to 40, 000 kms however your team was not able to resolve any of these issues. While doing service for 30, 000 kms they opened the gear box and changed some springs and lubricated the plates however it did not resolve the issue. Now they are asking me a whooping amount of rs 24000 for clutch overhauling.
                                Few questions from renault team -
                                1. Is this the customer service you are providing to your customers?
                                2. Is your team only concerned about money, if yes we are giving you our hard earned money you are not providing your useless services free. I have paid rs12000, rs 14000 and now rs 18000 only for service even after which the issue is not resolved.

                                Incase your team does not reach out to me with any solution as the car is still under warranty, i am really going to use this renault duster for garbage picking and definitely put some money on social media and mass awareness to not use and buy renault products.

                                I have also shared and sent few emails to your complaint department but got no response. Below is reference -

                                  I purcased kwid 800cc in sep 16 . just in 5 month clutch plate worn. I paid Rs. 5727 @ Nirmal cars Sikar for clutch replacement.During warranty period why should I pay as kwid 800 cc vehicle having so much problems of engine, weak transmission system, gear shifting problems as by default .Now only I want my money Rs. 5727 that I paid for this new car RJ23CB8415. I feel cheated as I had paid Rs.430000 for this car in sep 16

                                    I am owner of Lodgy world edition purchased on 30 Dec 2016, Chasis no MEEJSRWHG6007202, engine E038813, I have arrived to date 04 Feb 17 after pre booking a week back for my first free service, I have encountered following issues
                                    Person appointed Gaurav has nil knowledge about product
                                    Person not able to explain quantum of work envisaged in first service
                                    He initial informed me that no cleaning and washing possible due to defective machine, however when I checked inside the machine was working
                                    It gives me shock that a reputed product like Renault has recruited person who don't take care of their customers
                                    An early reply and action taken will be appreciated

                                      While driving my Renault Kwid on 6th January in Srinagar a stone hit the engine chamber which to my astonishment was Plastic in Nature and the vehicle came to halt. I immediately got the vehicle towed to nearest Renault Dealer in Srinagar, J&K and registerd the complaint with the Insurance company. Tiill yesterday they were saying that they will get the chamber replaced, but today I received the call that while trying to replace the part the ENGINE has been seized and I have to Pay Rs 70, 000/- as this is not covered under Insurance.
                                      This problem has been reported by many owners of the vehicle.

                                        Worst service of Kanpur Renault body shop my complaint is this they don't have any right to do any work without my permission like do interior in my car with out my approval and when i asked the adviser why you charge this they said me that is the compulsory in our workshop so they charged me Rs-1150.. so do need full action for me because it not good service to cheat the customer...
