Dear sir, i have booked my kwid rxt on 11 nov 2015 but not dilvered to me till date i have also visited the jammu motor show room of renault many times tell my booking no which i havebooked on line through kwid app with booking id kapp144006, now i have decided to drop the idea of buying this car because of non serious approach of renault jammu staff & company
Refund my booking amount of rs 20000/- along with interest with in 15 days otherwise i have no option left other to move to consumer court

    To whom so ever it may concern I am Amit I bought kwid rxt amt (top model) last month from NCR Motors India Pvt Ltd, sohna road gurgaon. Its not even been a month to my purchase and I am facing issues with the gear, ac and horn operations, have already sent the car ones to the workshop yet the very next day the horn of the car fails to respond. This is not acceptable from a brand new car from showroom that to from a brand like Renault. I want my money back as I feel that this is a manufacturing defect and its in the production of the lot so even an exchange...

    even i am facing issue to get registered number from them and no one is packing phone from any of staff, like sales person, Registration person and showroom GM.
    my car purchase date is -12-Jan and yet we have not receive car no & RC.

    i want to return my car please advice.

      I am the owner of Duster with registration number TN 02 BA 1111. I was having AC problem right from the day it was purchased and few weeks back I have given vehicle for AC functioning @ 50% efficiency. The vehicle was taken for tests and informed me that akhivraj, chennai have to do some repairs and they charged me around ₹ 3, 500/-. They also informed me that if it occurs again the same has to be changed and the WARRANTY applies and I don't have to worry. For the first week I didn't find any problem and thought the problem will not occur. 15 days back I went to Tirumala and while going there was no problem and while returning the same problem was felt i.e. The AC was functions at 40% efficiency. Hence I gave it again for doing the needful. Khivraj motors now say that they again did some repair and now asking me to take the vehicle and if the same problem occurs before May it will be changed free of cost and if it occurs after May I may have to shell out huge amount. My question mow is that you, yourself is not confident that it will not occur again ( after doing the same work several times), but do not want to change the part when it is in warranty. I don't know the logic behind this. I didn't take my car from their gaurage till a solution is arrived. Since I am lady owner they are trying to cheat me.
      Pl do the needful immediately otherwise I will take appropriate action against the above.

        On 13th Apr 2017, I deposited my Duster No MH 31 EK 2342, at Renault Bhubaneswar, Gargson Group. my Service Advisor was Sh Ajay Kr Nayak. I had noticed Oil spillage below the Engine and requested for the rectification and conduct the routine Service.
        I was told that Fuel is getting mixed with Coolant.
        on 15th Apr 2017 the Car was delivered to me. Following are my complaints.
        1. The Oil spillage still exists. I had to deposit the Car back in the Garrage on 19th Apr 17 for repairs.
        2. the Wheel balancing and allignment was not done in Servicing with a plea that it is not required.
        3, Time setting on the Dash board could not be done.
        4. While going Out, the Two Cleaner boys were demanding money.

          Hi i bought renault kwid top model (Air bag) around 8 months ago car number - hr 26 cx 2262. Yesterday my brother met with very hard accident. Even after this dangerous accident car air bag was not open. I want to file a case against this. We are paying 30 to 40k extra because of air bag feature how can company can compromise with our security. I am also uploading the pictures then you will see yourself how company like renault is playing with our life.

            I bought sandero stepway 2016 from renault's branch in egypt via a car dealer.
            in less than 25000 KM the car showed problems in the spare parts more than the problems that should exist in a 25 years old car.
            I had a problem with the wheel stud, air hood, car's balance and exhaust box.
            I tried to contact the service center to solve these problems, and the car was checked more than once but nothing were repaired. I contacted the customer service center but they didnt help me at all to solve my problem.
            I've been complaining for 3 months now with no real results at all.

            I want to solve my problems asap and change the damaged parts immediately, or at least I should get a refund for the total price of the car and hand it back as it's not fair buying a new car only to face problems and be afraid when using it because some of the problems might risk my life .

              My Duster car serviced by Renault Jahangir Puri bt all the problems are same . This is not 1st or 2nd time or 3rd time I m facing this problem of suspension and strearing of renault duster but it's 6th today that previously 5time it was taken to service centre and kept my vehicle there for a week n got back but till date prob issue has not been sloved, pathetic car I must say and hence won't wil Neva rate this car or company nor suggest any friend family to buy it...

                Sir,

                As there is no sufficient staff in the Renault servicing point, Ongole is not able to provide appropriate services without waste of our valuable time.

                Ever the concerned persons in the showroom saying "pl wait", "come in the next week", "come tomorrow", "sorry here is no required staff to attend such work" etc., I fatigued of those words from them.

                I need perfect service for my car without lapse of my time as I am a government employee I have no sufficient time to waste there in your renault service point/showroom, ongole for hours, days, weeks.

                please take an appropriate action in this regard.

                  Hi team, i santoshanand gupta purchase new hr-29-am-2346 kwid ice cool white car on 04/07/2016 from sunrise autotech faridabad showroom with cash mode but from the day one i am not satisfied with the performance & rubbish machanism of the car. I already suffered with uncountable faults & fails of car till now from day one. I already complained several times to you on call as well on mail both but yet nothing resolved yet whereas i would really like to appreciate the sunrise autotech team for their valuable support & assistance because whenever i visited there they did their level best what they could to cooperate me but if a company like renault manufactures only faulty product in it's factory campus & distributes only 3rd class poor product in india just to generate & earn more revenue only to compromise with the safety & security of indian customer then what a showroom or their technician can do? I am sick of renault & irritated now, i am done with all & now finally i want my money back somehow to return the car. I'll take the car to upcoming autoexpo & will describe about the car to all there for sure from now.
                  Now neither i want to speak with anyone from the higher department & neither i want to take my car to any of your service or company outlet. I want renault india to return my money back, unless i don't have any other options for now apart of to highlight this matter globally & i would let the globe know that how renault india cheats. I payed renault & yet i am alming like begger & requested you for last 9 months. Why do i?
                  Does renault provides such kind of customer services to their worldwide customer & treats?

                    I am using duster car from year 2013.
                    I am facing lots of quality issues regarding my car. Some of the serious issues are as mention below:-
                    1) ac direction knobe - they have changed it almost 10 times but still the quality is very bad. Last time they changed it in 3days n when they return my car i asked their person to rotate the knob. But they were unable to rotate n broken something from inside that knobe. The condition is very frustrating for me.
                    2) water jet for wiper - not working properly even after lots of complaint.
                    3) door lock - door lock from driver end is not working properly even after lots of complaints.
                    4) sterio - sterio is not working properly even after lots of complaint.
                    5) gear problem - from the time of purchase i have problem regarding the gear (The 1st gear struct any time from the 15 day of purchase). They jst told me they have oiled the gear n this will not repeat again everytime. Now the condition is worst.

Its not even been a month to my purchase and I am facing issues with the gear, ac and horn operations, have already sent the car ones to the workshop yet the very next day the horn of the car fails to respond. This is not acceptable from a brand new car from showroom that to from a brand like Renault. I want my money back as I feel that this is a manufacturing defect and its in the production of the lot so even an exchange will not make a difference, would request you to refund my money back. The car has barely been driven to 900 km from the time it has been brought. I cant take a risk with such technical issues on highway daily.

                          Dear sir / madam
                          I purchased my renault kwid last year from moti nagar showroom on 31st march and this year when my insurance was dew for renewal, i was approached by renault assured to assist. I handed over the cheque for renewal on 27th march after discussion with your executive ms. Amardeep and got the insurance document. After cross confirmation with renault, i got to know after a week that my amount is still not deducted due to unknown reasons. Now i was asked to get my car inspected since insurance was already expired. However it wasn't fault my end still i obliged. My car photos were taken on 10th april but still i am waiting for further proceedings from your end. Miss amardeep ([protected]) is not picking up the call and [protected] is not providing any progressive update. I was not sure in the beginning about how renault assured would operate since it was my first interaction for insurance renewal with you but i am sad to report that it was utterly unprofessional and nowhere close to customer centric. Your claim to provide instant policy insurance plainly stands false and i am surprised if getting policy renewed from your organization is so painful, how you are going to interact in case if there would be requirement for claim settlement. I am definitely sure that it can not be hassle free at all.
                          In the times of such intense competition, servicing marks a huge impact on customer's mind. Social presence of customers and word of mouth can make or break a brand's presence and if this is the way you are going to manage your customers, its not going to be a long life for renault assured.

                          I had asked for refund after that but same is still not received completely. I request refund of remaining 1874 Rs also from Renault Assured. Photos of mail communication also attached

                            I purchased renault kwid rxt 1.0 on 21st january from sri sri sri automobiles, banjara hills, hyderabad.
                            The dealer has choosen incorrect rta jurisdiction and hence not able to complete the permanent registration of the vehicle.
                            When i approached the dealer they are not ready to accept the mistake and asking to pay rs.3, 000/- to change the data.
                            Help required to resolve this issue.

                              We purchased the Duster keeping in mind the superior performance and service that is provided by Renault (a French-European brand). But I am extremely sorry to say that your dealing of my issue puts Renault and your organization in very bad light.



                              The brief reply by Renault Customer service team makes it amply clear that there is no intent from your end to try and realize that the whole issue happened due to a technical glitch in the car. There was never a warning light as has been emphasized by me time and again. A vehicle in the price variant of duster needs to show the warning light to show that there is some issue with the engine on other Parts. Also as stated by me, it was clearly told to the Service Centre representative to service the car when it had gone for accidental repairs. Then why has it not been done? What is the use of getting Systematic SMS when my request for servicing was not honored? I would also point out that the service center has given a response that the second service wasn't carried out on time & this resulted in the engine failure. Your garage was closed for three months due to an issue with the port trust where in the service center shifted from the Port Trust Area due to some eviction issues and we were repeatedly told that the issue will get solved in 2 months and it took close to 3 months to get sorted out. How can we be blamed for the break down when;

                              (a) The delay in the second service was caused on the service center's part where in they closed down for three months as has been explained.

                              (b) When the Car had gone for repairs, why was it not Serviced? We had explicitly asked for it(All your calls are recorded, kindly check the proof).



                              (b) Major Issue: Why was there no warning light? Cheaper variants and vehicles have it.



                              (c) If your service center is evicted by the Port Trust, then how is it my fault that my vehicle did not get serviced?



                              Please provide a reply soon. My car was sent to your garage on 10 Feb 2017 and till date almost 42 days have passed, you have not returned the repaired vehicle. You must realise that keeping the car in your garage for such a long period should incur penalties on the garage people for not carrying our repairs in time as it can cost approx. Rs. 200, 000/- for hiring a car to carry out routine duties by the Car owner.



                              Your demand for 50% advance is also totally outrageous as we have never paid you in advance before this incident. We have been owning cars for past many years and have never encountered garages which take advance money for work. We are a repeat customer and not a new customer. In Europe, this faulty car would have been replaced without questions, since you & the Renault team already know that it is the service center's fault. I would request you to not defraud me.

                                I had purchased Renault Kwid on March 24, 2017.I had paid full payment 447000 for newly purchased car. But till date I did not receive full bill amount which I had paid in advance by booking onlineand secondly clerical mistake on name on insurance was yet not corrected. Dealing service was poor and and bonnet of newly purchased car was Dented
                                After sale service is very poor. There is nobody bother about the issue. I had already complaint regarding this but no satisfactory response.

                                  Dear Customer Care Cell,

                                  This is complaint regarding request no# RE[protected]

                                  We didn’t expect this much poor response and service by Renault team.

                                  Details:
                                  We have raised a request for road side assistance as car broke down on road. We have initially called at 4 PM IST on 1st April 2017 and request was raised by 4:19 PM IST by your executive and we were informed that your representative will call in 10 to 15 mins. When your representative called for towing location we have asked him to call back in 10 mins to find exact location and near by service center to us. This happened around 4:30 PM IST. After that no call back from your representatives.

                                  Again we called around 5:30 PM IST to know the status of towing service. Again we were told that your representative will call back in 10-15mins. But no call after that. Again we have called around 6:12 PM IST to know the status and again the same answer that your representative will call in 10-15 mins.

                                  But we got call around 7:45 PM IST and as it was late and not safe to stay on road that time. So we have informed him to come next day 02 Apr 2017 by 8 AM IST. Your representative also confirmed the same on call that he will come by 8 AM IST. But no response from your representatives. Again we have called on toll free number at 9:30 AM IST to know the status and for followup then the same answer from your executive that your representative will call in 10- 15 mins. Then finally at 10 AM IST on 02 Apr 2017 we got call from your representative and has confirmed that they will come in 1 hour.

                                  We have Renault Duster which was bought in 2013 and we also know that wont come under warranty and need to pay for service charges.

                                  If customer calls for Road Side Assistance means that car has some trouble and customer is unable to use the vehicle. But in that situation also, customer has to call multiple follow up calls to get the service. In my situation it is 4 follow up calls, it is just to know about towing service.

                                  We didn’t expect this much worst service by your executives.

                                  I purchased duster from crystal automobiles, Ghaziabad on 31st march 2017 and assured by dealer that temporary resistration issue in next 3-4 days. Today is 15th April 2017 no registration provided by dealer not responded after so many phone calls
                                  Yesterday in noida my vechile caught by traffic police and that time i have no anthorised papers to show him and then i paid fine of INR 2000

                                    I received the delivery for my renault kwid rxl on the[protected] from Roharsh motors dealership in baner, pune. I had made the full payment on the[protected], which means they had one month's time to get the "live for more accessory package" which i was supposed to receive with the car. They are still saying that they have not yet received the accessories. Secondly, they had made a mistake in the insurance policy which i have not yet received too. Now the main thing, on the 29th(next day) the horn stopped working, and a/c nob stopped turning. I found out that both the rear tyres had multiple punctures in them and the nozzle was also damaged.
                                    If my grievance is not resolved asap i will have to resort to litigation and sue the company for mental harrasment.

                                      This is not 1st or 2nd time or 3rd time I m facing this problem of red stop sign on my dashboard of my renaul duster but it's 6th today that previously 5time it was taken to service centre and kept my vehicle there for a week n got back but till date prob issue has not been sloved, pathetic car I must say and hence won't wil Neva rate this car or company nor suggest any friend family to buy it
