It's rainy season now and i am praying god not to wet my kwid more. Whenever it happens rain water gets inside the car and i stink very badly. When i saw water first time inside my car i assumed not to lock the window or doors properly and i pulled out the water by my own after 1 hour of struggle, with assumption that it was my fault. But, on very next day when i was driving my car and rain was started again, water started coming on floor mats again and in next few minutes i was shocked that how it is happening with new car... Very very poor and cheap body structure it has. I am so fed up after buying kwid which hqs dragged me to their service center on an appropriate every month for many issues in it.

    I have duster explore 110 ps. I purchased it on 3 march 2016.
    Thanx to atul kataria service centre for letting down renault and it's valuable customers across india.
    Within an year my car is a piece of crap.
    Every 2 or 3 thousand kilometres my car goes for servicing for the same minor issues such as a. C stuck.. Can't rotate.. Noise from the doors etc.. Clutch hard.. Steering hard.. Etc. Etc.
    Everytime they work on it.. Fix it n to my surprise the minor fault starts converting to a major one.
    Now, this all contributed to the present condition of my car which is pathetic.
    On top of that, i was once given my car back from servicing with a broken axle and they knew it very well that i was going out of station in that car along with my family.
    The car started bubbling just 10 kms after leaving the centre.
    Did i pay for such a day where i have to risk my families life just because of your pathetic servicing and poor management.
    How would you feel if i do the same to you.. Risking not just yours but 5 more lives.
    Any business is above humanity and if you cant learn to be human stop pretending as one..
    Renault i would request you to buy good parts, maybe there's a bit extra cost to it but that makes your products reliable and safe for your customer's to use.
    After spending 13 to 14 lakh on this crap which cannot provide me n my family safety, peace and convenience although no off roading has been done and just being used as an office to home car... What's the use
    The only thing delivered here is an excuse. It's full of liars, may that be senior from the management or a senior of any service centre.
    Fake promises always n ever @renault

    Commitments don't until it's fulfilled.
    After all.. My 1 year old car gives me a feeling of a 5 year old car.

    Now I am being updated that the clutch plates etc. Is burnt and I'll have to pay for it.
    Yes it was supposed to burn as you never understood what the car needs though you check it 10 times a day...
    If any car has such mechanics like Renault has they r sure to have problems.
    I would love to pay if I am wrong...here I won't as its all because of your poor n unprofessional work that I am paying for.
    And i won't pay a single penny after devoting so much time n patience.
    If I have to pay I'll pay you in the court .
    You took advantage of my leniency and you bothered me to an extent.

      I purchased kwid rxt (0) 1ltr amt fiery red, chasis no. Meebba007h3480959 engine no. E050653 in my name s. Thriveni.
      But i was delivered a vehicle without registration no.
      When i contact the sales person a no. Of times, he gives no proper answer.
      How many days i am supposed to keep idle without no. Where i cannot use.

        I yogesh nagendra the owner of kwid rxt (Opt.). I have purchased the in month of dec 2016. At that time renault raipur is not giving me my rc card i have requested many times but they donot listen my problem. I have complain against the person who deal the work of registration of cars but the higher authority is not responding me and they favour him and tell me this was govenment work and it take times. You have to wait.

        this was the bed impression of Renault because of only the work done by the Renault Raipur is very bad. I am very disappointed with the service of Renault Raipur. After all the GM has also told that this is Govt work and its take time. They only passing the time not working in solution. And they favour their employee.

          I had dropped off my Renault Duster Amt Vehicle for 2nd Free Service (10000kms) on Friday, 5th May, 2017 as per appointment.
          I have a dash cam installed for recording every drive (blogs/youtube etc..)
          Now, as I dropped the car off for service i was asked to remove all belongings and then leave the car. The dash cam is installed under my rear-view mirror with a Sandisk class 10 32 GB Micro sd installed. On return I find the dash cams micro sd missing renderring my dash cam useless.
          I am very disapointed with Renault for their careless attitude and the fact that I cannot trust them with car in future. I can only hope they have carried out all the work on the vehicle as promised.

          Hello friends I bought a Renault Duster AMT RXL in May, 2016. Love the car for its handling, drive quality and road presence but 1 major problem and few minor annoyances. I expect more for something worth 15lacs on-road. After 6000 kms i started noticing shuddering/stuttering at low speeds (1st & reverse gears). This shuddering/stuttering results in dramatic vibrations and jerks at speeds just above 5km/hr.. After multiple visits to Renault service station and few basic trouble shooting performed on the car, the problem did not go away and it had become strenuous to drive in the city. So after 6000kms and multiple visits to the ST they replaced the Clutch kit, Crankshaft Seal and Clutch Fluid. So the issue was fixed and i was satisfied with results - no more shuddering and I am pleased with the service, professionalism of the Trident Renault Service centre at Indiranagar, Bangalore - in particular Mr.Manohar who was talking to Renault India to fix this issue (manufacturing Defect). Also, it was covered under warranty(obviously) so I had to pay Rs.0. The shuddering had disappeared.All was good - enjoyed few long drives without a hiccup... Until a month ago. The car has clocked 14000kms and the shuddering is back!!! it creeps(amt feature) then shudders/vibrates/jerks around vigorously.. The same problem we had at 6000 kms is back at 14000kms.. Seems like a trend. The replaced parts hold on for about 6000 kms and then go bust. Very disappointed with this issue.. I have taken it back to the service station and the guys did some basic check ups(same as last time).They have suggested i step on the accelerator and build speed where the shuddering is gone. But, how is that possible in todays traffic in Bangalore. Its pretty much bumper to bumper traffic from my home to my workplace in whitefield. I am distressed by the fact that this is a defected car or engine/amt gearbox problem or a faulty clutch system. I will monitor the vehicle in the next few days and surely return to the service station to get this fixed. Renault India, please take note. This needs to be sorted ASAP. Other annoyances are the interiors - pathetic and cheap materials shows by the constant creaking sounds from the dashboard. The car is so smooth over potholes and the worst of roads - its a joy to drive even on the worst roads in Bangalore, but for the interiors being unable to hold it together, which ultimately spoils the ride.. I can live with the shitty interiors but the engine shuddering/jerking needs to be addressed immediately. Regards Arjun

            My Renault Scala car purchased on 11th Feb 2013 has broke down yesterday. The tie road ( right side) which control the movement of wheels from steering got cracked. It was a good luck for our family which was with me at the time of incident, as the car was at a slow speed i already complained about the incident to the customer care of Renault which gave the assurance of towing it on paid basis.as the extended warranty was completed two months back.Some how i got the mechanic and welded that part so we could reach home first .But in doing so mechanic has noticed that this part was welded before .I was shocked to hear this as never before we have repaired that part.But a year before when my car was in extended warranty something like this happened in front of park st and company towing it to work shop near( central buj-buj).
            At that time they have done this work but never told us that they have welded this part ( tie rod).
            This they have done to save money but gave our life a risk .
            It was a great luck for me and my family that we save narrowly escaped from this accident which may occur any time as the part was welded an we are not aware of.

              As per my previous complaint till date no reply from renault.
              Now my concern is i had done my booking online 2 times and total inr 10000 was debited from my account. I had purchased the 1.0rxt 447000 inr.
              But the bill they provided me of 437000inr
              As per jalandhar dealer he had not received online booking amount of 10000 inr and there are not giving me any written confirmation of this bill amount. Since it has been already 3 months passed when i paid the amount online. But they are not providing me bill of this amount.
              Why renault online process is so slow or dealers are not bother about the issue.
              Why after sale service is so pathetic? Why original rc not provided till date as it is close to over 2months?

              It is almost more than one year, but till date refund of money did not credit and closed my complaint without any notice.Renault is making fool of people by cheating and now i am going to forward this concern to the higher authorities so that I will get my refund with penalty of one year of interest .

                Renault kwid car burn automatically

                I purchase renault kwid rxt on 5/9/2016 and my brand new car burn automatically on 4/11/2016. My car is in warranty period but your company do not replace my car. But the insurance company give me the claim of total loss but i was get 1 lac loss with in two month. And insurance policy member demands 10000 ru to claim my total loss. Please do some action otherwise i get the help of law and order....

Booking detail the name of customer prashant kumar singh, mr page no 138. Because of some financial issue on 15.04.2016 i told them to cancel my booking, but they are nothing to care for customer. This is the first i am hearing about a cancelation charges. And i am very ashamed of your services...

                I purchased KWID dated 28th Feb 2017, within two weeks we found that at the time of applying break it was stuck & hard. We send the car for maintenance on dated 4th Apr 2017.
                Now today after 25 days of maintenance we are having the same problem like previous.
                Also the weird noise whenever applies the break.

                    Kwid (Gj10 al 1799) covered insurance up to 19th april, and a dent on car come to notice on the last day (As car parked in common parking area) however intimation for the same given to sales dept of showroom of jamnagar and got satisfactory reply to rectify the same under insurance.
                    Because of positive verbal response, we agreed and asked to rectify the same but due to some reason they have delayed for 10 days and now getting reply from insurance dept of showroom that your cover time period is over and we cant renew & rectification you have to do at your own cost

                      My kwid car dl 1cr 9860 champer has broken from wood pice. That was very horrible thing for me in my life even company getting rs 4.17lacs for top model in delhi. Now i consumer will have to pay money from pocket. This car never be used in night. Fraud things with customers. Nobody check such thing during purchase this car.

                      I cam today for service of Renault kaid.
                      Delever time was 5 pm.
                      Local person is not cooperating with me.
                      I am sitting in service center since 1 hr.
                      Yet car is not completed.
                      Mr vijay is in car Washington area, he removed my vehicle from washing and place another vehicle which just came to that place.

                      It was worst service center ever.
                      No any control of manager, no one is learning.
                      The person who taken job card is help less to get the vehicle complete.
                      Mr vijay is not cooperating with customers. Even with there local peoples who take vehicle for servicing.
                      I did mistake to buy a vehicle from Renault.

                        I was booked a Renault kwid in 11 Jan 2016 with a rupees of 20000 and the delivery time of vehicle was July 2016 and due to curfew and band/Hartal in the valley of jk I can't purchase the vehicle and after that I cancelled the booking on 06 Feb 2017 and the company give me one month time but till date I can't collect my refund amount.                           Hi Renault team,

                          I, Manjit singh working as a senior press reporter from Jalandhar, Punjab raising a concern regarding my Kwid car.
                          I purchased a new Kwid car with number (PB08 DF 0877) a year ago and its being 4 times I visited kwid service station in Jalandhar due to problems/issues in car which is still not resolved. This was extremely bad experience for us to have on this stage where we spend around 4 lac on new car and no one is taking care of at service station even they are helpless to resolve the issue .
                          Problems in car :
                          1) Air condition is not working properly, the car run is around 4500.
                          2) Gear stuck in between when we drive.
                          3) A noise coming out from engine (worst)

                          Experience in Renault Jalandhar service station:
                          1) At first visit, they checked the car and told us there is a need to upgrade the software which will resolve the issue but unfortunately they were not able to resolve. The response given to us was software server is not working and you have to visit again
                          2) During second visit, someone locked the laptop and we still not able to make this up.
                          3) Third visit was even more worst which makes me write complaint directly to you.

                          I, Manjit singh as a citizen of India is writing this complaint for my serious concern and one more thing which I want to highlight is the issues in Kwid cars purchased by other customers. We've met other people who bought Kwid cars in the past. They are facing similar problems and their experience was also the same which we have right now.

                          We gathered the data from other Kwid customers and will sit and charge complaint against Renault company for Kwid cars in consumer court because this is now a serious problem not only for me but for number of people who bought new Kwid cars in the past 1 year.

                            Hello renault team,

                            I bought my renault vechile on[protected].
                            Model : renault duster
                            Chassis no./engine no.: meehsrawegb009795/e044010

                            From the very first day there is a very annoying noise coming from the dashboard infront of the co-passenger seat above glove box. I have been to the service center thrice during this period and wasted 3 full days however didn't get any solution. Surprisingly i was assured and convinced that there is no such noise. Also to bring into your notice that even the feedback calls and messages are stopped.

                            Please treat this note as a humble request and kindly fix the issue. I have spent my hard earned money on my dream car. Such nuisance is the not acceptable.

                              Hi, i bought renault megane red bull reg malaysia (Bpb8263), on 7dec 2016, because happy with renault comfort and good safety fixtures, i bought another renault fluence on 4 january, on 1 feb 2017 met with very hard accident, using my renault megane but the airbag was not deploy, and my daughter has swelling on the left facial region.                               I hope renault company give me a fast response on this matter, as a business man i have been patient waiting for a respond from your RENAULT COMPANY . Unfortunately i get non respond from RENAULT,
                              I hope someone from RENAULT response to me on 7 DAYS working period before i bring this matter to PUBLIC . And posted it out into the NEWSPAPER . I don't think your company want a bad image with airbag system not function at all . Or the most unsafe car on the road.

                              For RENAULT information i have bought 3 of your cars this half year period, that is megane rs sport, fluence and last month i just get my renault megane rs sport cup . Renault company can check my purchase record at malaysia Renault .

                              NEED URGENT RESPOND !!!

                              I cant feel any concern and responsibility from your team since I am waiting your reply already the 6th days by today without get back and reply.

                              This was the accident ! That is life not a joking matter. Life only ONCE in our life. When I walked in Malaysia Renault HQ Branch till now also gave me the feedback is WAITING since the accident happenned on 2nd Jan 2017 untill now everytime.

                              I will upload again the photos of accident Renault Magane Sport airbag did not function deploy and the victim(my daughter ) admitted hospital photos to the media FACEBOOK, GOOGLE and others.

                                Hi Renault Customer Care,

                                I am owner of Duster RxZ Diesel Reg Num KA05 MR 3113) which i bought in Apr 2015. I was fond of this vehicle until my recent bad encounter.

                                Got my vehicle major service done around Dec'2016 (Km reading was 20K) and i was told that vehicle is in good condition.

                                Got this service done by Trident Service Center at Silkboard in Bangalore.

                                Day before yesterday while I was coming from Vellore to Bangalore, car got broke down at Hosur (around 50 Kms from Bangalore). Having no other choice, the vehicle was towed to nearest service center which is Prabha service center at Hosur.
                                Upon inspecting the vehicle service advisor is coming up with list of complaints on the clutch and flywheel assembly of the car which is going to cost me around 60K-70K!

                                I have couple of questions –
                                1. Why did not service adviser did not tell about these risks when vehicle underwent major service at 20K Kms?
                                2. Why vehicle’s parts are getting worn around for mere 23K Kms running within 2 years of purchase?
                                3. Why I did not face this issue with my earlier car (Maruti Esteem 2006 make.. total running 75K Kms)
                                4. Who is going to cover the repair charges for the vehicle?

                                    Our car duster got serviced at renault's authorised service centre "sprint cars" located at okhla,, new delhi and very next day car coolant leaked from the car and car got over heated while driving to gurgaon. This was life threatening incident for my family and service centre is not taking any responsibility of the vehicle.
