Dear sir,

Reference to my booking of renault - kwid - 1000 cc - amt - climber, i have made the payment from my bank and the same was communicated to your sales manager mr. Sambasiva rao and requested to make the arrangements to raise the invoice since i found to day is ospious day and next 3 days are not ospicious. But, i have not asked the delivery of the vehicle today since we are far (Hyderabad) from your delivery city. I also asked the copies of invoice for making arrangements for rta registration and reserve a good number which may make some time to find the such number.

I am calling mr sambasiva rao, sales manager many times and he replies through sms that he is in meeting and some times he is not responded for which you can verify my call logs for evidence. I have this kind of bitter experience from the same dealership and was reported earlier. Moreover i have observed that the people does not respect the prospective customers and i also observe that the before the payment and after the payment differs a lot. So you do not care the prospective customers and they are throughing the people like getout. This defnitly reflects on the image of renault brand. Presently lot of bronds are available in the market, but since i am a long standing customer of renault, i have selected again renault 3rd time and honouring the renault brand. For this kind of customer itsely you are showing stars. How can i assured that your service after the sales is smooth? I lost all my confidence levels on renault and its dealerships in andhra and telangana states.

By looking all these, i have changed my mind to stop buying renault product with a heavy hearts. So, i am requesting you to give me the proceaser to get back or refund of my paid amount of total rs5, 46, 165/- for renault - kwid - 1000 cc - amt - climber today ie., 01.06.2017.

Failing which i am ready to approach consumer fourm for refund with interest and damages for different reasons like wasting my time, bad reputation to my banker, mental agoney and what not? I am also keep posting my bad experiences with social media to educate people in this market. I advse all my kith and kin not to buy this product since the behaviour, treatment and service is extreamly bad.

Please respond immediately and make the arrangements immediately to enable me to buy another brand product from this market immediately.

I am sorry for dealing with such a unethical and un professional brand (Renault) through its un professional dealers.

    This is in reference to my duster car which I sent for service to the Divine Auto Service centre at Moti Nagar, New Delhi. The car was handed over to the service centre advisor Dheeraj Kumar who has been harassing me till now. He got my cell number from the service centre and has been calling me and using derogatory, abusive and obscene language. I have made a complaint to the management of the service centre and to the Renault customer care helpline but no action has been taken against him.

    He first troubled me with respect to the service of my car and later started abusing me and using obscene language against me. When he came to know that I am single lady, his misbehaviour increased and the language got dirtier. He has been constantly calling me and harassing me. He even called me to the service centre late at night to take delivery of the car.

    I really don't know how a reputed company like Renault tolerates such employees and they have not taken any action against him. Does the company policy of Renault permit their employees to harass, misbehave, use abusive and obscene language against a single lady customer. The whole country is talking about respecting women but Renault does not subscribe to this view.

    Please come back to me with strict and stern action against the employee else I will have to take up the matter with the Delhi Commission for Women.

    Please elaborate on how you have addressed the concern. I don't believe you have done anything to address the concern. You are just scuttling the issue and showing total disregard to something as important as this. Please come back to me with action taken against the employee else I will forward the entire communication trail to the Delhi Commission for Women for initiating action against the company.

    Such people should be strictly punished and an example should bet set so that no other individual repeats this. Renault needs to come down with an iron hand on such employees who are harassing women. Such people are a disgrace to the society and country.

    I have not received any private message. Please do not say something which you have not done. Reflects very poorly on the credibility of Renault.
    As a male citizen of this country I strongly condemn such behaviour and such people who harass women should be put behind bars. It is such a shame that even in 2017 our society has such individuals and they are managing to get away after committing such crimes. Renault needs to take criminal action against such individuals.

    I have just received a mail from the service centre with a simple apology and closing the issue. If this is how Renault addresses such serious issues then I really have to question the credibility of Renault and their commitment towards their customers. The concerned advisor used derogatory, abusive and obscene language with me and purposefully called me late at night to the service centre and instead of taking serious action against the employee the mamgament of the service centre just wants to scuttle the issue. This is definitely it acceptable.

    Hi, there is nothing that can be done more than this, because Renault is to sale at the level of Chinese products and cannot be a reliable brand in India as they don't want to be liked by users by providing genuine products and support, instead by harassing them and forcing them to use what you bought without asking them before buying it.
    That person is really not worthy to be a customer care person and even his behavior being senior is still the same or more arrogant and he is still working there for company and arguing with arrogant nature despite of sharing actual information he is just trying to teach user that you do not know anything just listen what I say and agree to it.
    Renault needs to understand the seriousness of the problem and take strict and stern action against such individuals. It is really disappointing to note that a reputed brand like Renault is not punishing such individuals who are a menace to the society.

    If Renault assures for customers have a pleasant experience then why repeated issues occur so frequently ?
    This matter is of great consequence to all customers of Renault as it throws light on the culture at Renault. Needs immediate attention and response.
    Why is this taking so long...by just saying that we'll come back with an update does not absolve you of the responsibility...we need an immediate response now... more than a week has elapsed.
    All voices fall on deaf ears when it comes to Renault.

    Hi, I also met that person and he is actually that kind of person who reacts in harsh manner as once mine car was given to him but later with his bad behavior I asked customer care to change my advisor. They are such people who cannot be handled and thus needs to be replaced with some genuine people as due to them genuine customer has to think to find some 3rd party service provider instead of OEM support.

      मैंने 14- मार्च 2017 को रीनॉल्ट एन जी ऍम ऑटोमोबाइल्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड रामपुर रोड मुरादाबाद मे अपनी कार को सर्विस और एक्सीडेंटल केस के सम्बन्ध मे दी थी, 24 अप्रैल 2017 को कार देने के लिए बुलाया, जब वहां गए तो कार मे उसके बाद भी कमी थी, कार मे हमारा बोनट टूट गया था जो की इन्होने बदल दिया, परन्तु बोनट और कार के कलर मे फर्क था, इस बात के लिए मेरे और मेनेजर मे बहस हुइ, मैंने कस्टमर केयर नंबर पर कंप्लेंट दर्ज की परन्तु कस्टमर केयर वालो के कहने के बाबजूद भी कार ठीक नहीं की गयी, हम 24 अप्रैल को कार अपने घर ले आये ठीक करने का पेमेंट दुर्घटना मे 20 हजार 585 और सर्विस चार्ज 2811 रुपए थे, जो की हमने पे कर दिए है परन्तु कार मे अभी भी काफी कमी है ब्रेक ना आने के कारण कार फिर दुर्घटना हो गयी है उसके बाद बोनट का पेंट उतरने के बाद पता चला की बोनट पुराना लगाया गया है जो की रिपेयर हुआ हुआ है जो की हमसे बोनट का चार्ज नए का लिया गया है 4076 लिया है पेंट का चार्ज 4484 लिया गया है उनसे कहने पर उन्होंने दुष्ट ब्यवहार किया और कार को छुने से भी मना कर दिया Contact No- [protected], [protected]

        I own renault duster rxz 110 psi, bought last month on 11 april 2017 from khatwani motors jabalpur (M. P.)
        Already ran it for like 2000 km and reached duster service center for first servicing, had following issues
        1. Already taken an appoint few days back for servicing but still hav to wait for 3 hrs for which no service was provided
        2. Came back without getting a car wash even after 3 hrs of waiting.
        3. Rear indicator bulb was brokem at the time of purchase, which was not availabe and denied at the time of servicing.
        4. Behaviour of the staff was very rude and uncooprative.
        5. Even after 47 days of purchase havnt got the registration of the vehicle.
        6. Accessories for the vehicle like door handle crome, stearing cover, etc are not available even after almost 2 months of purchase.

        Highly disappointed due to following difficulties at first servicing. Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issues

          Bought this vehicle in Apr 2016, Since then I am complaining about the milage, all sales and service staff keep giving me ways to test the milage.
          Yesterday I took their driver to test the milage and after crusing at the speed of 90 KM per hour on a highway for 106 kms, I proved it to them.
          The technical incharge instead of accepting the issue started cross questioning me and driver and I took him for another spin across with his laptop attached to the car to MONITOR the SENSORS. Again the same results.
          Also every time I go for a service they add more problems than to solve existing, yesterday I complained that the rear camera is misbehaving sometimes, the person who repaired rendered the camera totally not working, and then the advisor has the audacity to ask me to the camera manufacturer for repairs, this camera was fitted by their accessory team while selling the car to me
          No had any clue, the works manager and all keep deflecting my complaint and were rude. I expected a world class car from a world class brand, but it seems "Renault" actually care a damn for the customer.

            I have pulse RXZ, I had complaint for last few months about the noise while driving car. On bringing to devine motors part of renault delhi west notice, told me its becoz of clutch plates this noise was coming. i was made to spend more than 20000/= after changing clutch plates i was told its left side axle is root cause of this noise. after changing axle, paying in advance and waiting for more than month now im told its because of bearings in gear box. this car is on regular visit for services to same workshop why customer has to pay for other parts when the noise is from bearings. i had been paying for wrong diagnoses and still my car is not addressed properly. who is responsible for this lapse on devine motors, delhi. this customer has been pushed to wall to bring in ur notice. when this car of 5 yrs old cant be sold in the market as there are no buyers for this car in the market but only option for this car to be scrapped for ever or this car's age is just 5 yrs only. renault must introspect why their cars have failed to catch customers attention. is it bad cars or poor after sale service network

            there is no response from renault side. this is how multi national companies treat their customers
            on fon i told renault representative not to fiddle with my gear box as i have pics of sludgy oil in the gear box. but even then workshop cleaned the gear box and left no clues for further investigations why bearings damaged even with time to time oil renewal and top ups from authorized service centres. will renault come back or i have to approach court to get the things right and get my due response to otherwise deaf ears of renault

                I have booked a Duster 110ps white colour on 7/04/17 from Naharlagun, Arunchal Pradesh dealer with the promise that I will get it by 16th may 2017 for which I have already paid the full amount on 15/05/17. But till today it has not arrived at the said showroom as per their staff. I have lost all my interest in getting a Duster because of this delay and now planning for other car by cancelling this one. Therefore i kindly request your good office to refund my money with interest without anymore delay.

                  Booked lodgy stepway rxz 110ps (Royal orchid) on 4/28/2017 through autologic motors, kondapur (Hitech city), hyderabad with a commitment of delivery to be made within 5/28/2017. After repeated followups with dealer, no response was provided as to when the car will get delivered. Upon raising complaint with customer [protected]@renualt the response from dealer came back telling no car with choice of color available at manufacturing plant and 1 stated it will be taking 31st may, then later they said 20th june & now telling it will take 25th june for delivery (As stated by dealer's customer relations mgr). Now, even after this their sales reps is telling it'll be possible to tell by 1st week of june when the car will be made available at manufacturing plan. I'm unable to understand how renault's system works on fulfilling customer's desired choice of colors. Is it that renualt have stopped manufacturing new lodgy cars and dealers are

                    I, mrs. Chandrima bhattacharya have purchased a sliver grey renault kwid (My car's number-wb06n7456, chassis number-meebba009h1458330, eng num-e034919) renault kolkata central showroom located at 225c ajc bose road, kolkata, west bengal on 25 th of march 2017. I m writing this letter to you to inform the nth problem i m facing with my car. 1*-i live in kolkata west bengal where the heat being unbearable i bought an ac car paying the entire amount in cash. However, when my car remains on road for long hours due to heating of the engine only the blower works and not the ac cooling, this problem started 3 days from buying the car. *following this i first took my car to renault dealership who told me to take the car to service centre at park circus, kolkata, where they said that the ac compressor is not working and therefore needs replacement, which would take 10-15days for procurement, since i could not leave my car with them i decided to get it rectified on my 1fs *next on 11th of may 2017 i gave my car for servicing at renault service centre at budge budge, west bengal, where they said that ac compressor is facing a software issue (And not the compressor issue told earlier) which they would fix it. However, even after your said upgradation the ac cooling fails to work effectively in hot running condition and also please note after the servicing when and if the ac works it does not cool that much like before the servicing it did. The pic of repair was mr sandeep kumar adhikary (I am also sending the attached copy of the mail that i received from your end on 19th of may which only specifies the ac problem of the car and not others as mentioned by me).

                    2 *after purchasing the car within 5 days the horn malfunctioned and was operating intermittently. The same pointed out by self at 1st service at budge budge service centre, as can be seen in the customer verbatim job inspection sheet. This problem is still persisting and as of today could not use the horn for the entire stretch of my driving. Thus, to my utter dismay i want to know will renault india reimburse me and be liable for any accident/incident caused due to the lack of functioning of the sound signalling apparatus of my vehicle??? This shows the lacksidical attitude of your overqualified mechanics who failed to understand the importance of a horn in the car.


                    3*even after mentioning in the verbatim and after all the servicing episode of budge budge renault service centre, the check engine signal problem of my car persists. And so i fail to understand has any measure been taken or not with this problem at all..

                    4*also kindly note the check engine signal as well as the orange warning light started popping up in the console of my car two days from the date i purchased my car. And now quiet surprisingly this problem even after being mentioned in the verbatim persists. Thus, after 1st servicing at budgebudge reanult service centre both the check engine and orange warning signals keep showing up. *as informed in your car manual whenever such signals show up the car should immediately be taken to the nearest service centre to which i complied. *now the point is even after such written promises on your end regarding the seriousness of such signals renault service centre budgebudge failed to resolve my issues leaving me in a soup contemplating the outcome of check warning light and orange warning light signals. *thus in my 1st servicing dated 11th of 2017, none of my problems have been resolved even though the car was returned on 13th of may2017, by only washing and cleaning it.
                    All these problem have been informed to ur customer care and i hv been assigned​ case id 1-[protected]. But still nothing has been done to solve them. Now i insist on a replacement since i have faced enough problems due ur employee and would not hesitate to take proper legal recourse.
                    I wrote all the problems at length just to inform of the inconvenience caused on my part as a customer. After making a full payment for my car i fail to understand why i am at the recieving end. It seems renault india follows no quality and safety control when it comes to maintaining the quality of their cars. More annoying is your services. As even after specifying so many problems in a brand new car they could not provide a single solution to any of them. I really wonder if so many issues come up in a one month old car, what shall happen to my car after 6 months. Moreover being a woman i bought this car for security reasons, but i regret to inform you that my reanult kwid is not at all trustworthy. The car given to me is a defective piece and i would request a replacement of the same at the earliest. Keeping in mind the sterling brand image of renault i would request you to take cognizance of the matter personally and replace my car for all the inconvenience and harrasment i had to undergo for placing my trust in your brand. Moreover for the amount i paid in expectation of a brand new car, i m definitely not entitled to a faulty renault kwid. Infact my car is below standard and has not passed any safety qualify checks. Meanwhile i will definitely take this matter with the consumer forum and would even post it at every possible social networking sites including times of india and zee in the next few days because my experience with renault kwid even after paying a whopping amount of 5 lacs and 50 thousand round about has been harrowing and u would not want fellow customers to undergo the same. I feel so duped and harrased and my stature has been tarnished by renault india.

                      I have renault lodgy. Usually i serviced my car at reanult indore service centre but last time when i reached indore showroom was shifting to another place so they suggested us to go bhopal to serviced our vehicle there. At bhopal service centre they told us that they have changed the engine oil and did other necessary things to be required we believe them but after a few days i found that my car heavly black smoke out. 2 or 3 mechanic told me that they didn't change the engine oil. So i have to change the engine oil again n now my car is working good. So i just want yo know what kind of service you provide to your coustomer. You cheated us and in future i suggest that no body should buy any kind of product from a cheater like you.

                        It is further disgusting to note that Renault India has not responded to the complaint lodged yesterday via complain Id 1578622. They have simply stated "refer private message for future reply" when NO private message was sent to me.
                        I am unable to understand why a renowned company as Renault is supporting a fraudulent dealer.
                        Vimal Car Agra has not linked the car number that RTO had assigned to us. And now they are trying to hide away and not replying properly to any of our queries.
                        This is causing us unwanted physical, mental and financial loss.
                        We demand that the dealership of this dealer be withdrawn with immediate effect and the original number be re instated and provided to us.
                        Hope Renault intervenes urgently and resolves the matter before we go to any further escalations or action.

                            Hi, i am yogesh kumar from Bhiwani Haryana, on 28 april 2017 i have done my engine oil change service at Hisar. Upto that time i have does not set my car wheel alingments. And on the day of service Hisar showroom doesn't facilitate me wheel allingment. But after that i have reached MRF tyre and service franchise. They told me that there is play or bend in real axle of my kwid due to which tyres are loosing grip and rubbing so much and rear passenger will have to suffer from bumps and jumps on a flat road.                               Hello,

                              I purchased a KWID automatic in January 2017. The product I received is a faulty Product. The car Malfunctions.

                              1. In first month the ac malfunctioned. The car was running and the ac was on and automatically it started heater.
                              2. In second month, when I was out of station around 300 KM from my base location, on the road the gear shifting stopped. The Direct gear was bipping (bip.. bip) and the vehicle was not moving ahead. I had to call RSA to tow the vehicle to nearest renault service station (150 km) away from the incident place.
                              3. I had reported all these problems to the dealer from which I purchased the vehicle, they wanted to service the vehicle and check the issue. They serviced the vehicle, changed the gear knob, change the condenser of the ac, kept the vehicle for 2-3 days to service station for trial and delivered to me. Next day of the delivery of the vehicle after servicing (yesterday), I driven the vehicle and now the ac has stopped working. The only blower works and no cooling.

                              I am very frustrated now. It is just a 3-4 months of the vehicle purchase and I am facing these problems from first month. The renault has given me faulty product after paying full vehicle amount.

                              Please take your vehicle back and refund me full amount.

                                My car met with small accident on 22/4/2017. While checking the car number plate only damaged. Then i have started the car & moved around 500 meters after that car stopped, i tried to start the car but it is failed start & engine oil red light alarm came. After that i have called renault road side assistance & they came & towed my vehicle all the way from manjur to coimbatore.

                                On 24/04/2017 i have visited service centre anamalais-coimbatore. Service person told me that radiator got damaged we will replace like that he told. After one day he called me & said after replacing radiator there is no improvement & he need to take compression test & all. Then next day he told shocking news to me that engine got seized.

                                I was very shocked at that time to here that news. Then their service team told me to replace the complete engine assembly which is cost around rs 80, 000. Simply they are saying this is not come under warranty.

                                This is purely quality issue of the renault kwid. Engine got seized with in 4 months (Driven around 4000 kms). Very very small accident.

                                Any how i paid advance rs 20000 for engine replacement.

                                I strongly recommend you all don't go for renault kwid any more,

                                After hit i have not driven more than 500 meter, but engine got seized. How???

                                Almost 1 month got over waiting for positive reply from renault

                                  This is samit mukherjee from pune… i had purchased a renault kwid (Rxt o) on 31st oct’15 from roharsh motors, baner, pune…
                                  I am really dissatisfied with the service that is being provided to me from renault… i will try to summarize the issues chronologically:
                                  1. My car met an accident in july’16.

                                  2. It was repaired by roharsh motors, baner, pune (Service centre/workshop) and delivered to me on aug’16…

                                  3. The following issues were still there :
                                  A. Water was leaking from the wind shield
                                  B. Ac switch (For switching the mode) was hard and it could not be moved.
                                  C. Ac was not working properly and it was not cooling at all.
                                  D. Steering was tilted. The base line (Horn) was tilted while the tyres were straight.
                                  E. Steering was very hard to move.
                                  F. Steering was brushing against its base (The joint where the steering is attached)
                                  G. Glove box lock was not working. It could not be closed once opened.

                                  4. I had again taken my car to the service station to get it repaired. They repaired it but the following issues were still there….
                                  A. Ac switch (For switching the mode) was hard and it could not be moved.
                                  B. Steering was tilted. The base line (Horn) was tilted while the tyres were straight.
                                  C. Steering was very hard to move.
                                  D. Steering was brushing against its base (The joint where the steering is attached).
                                  E. Glove box lock was not working. It could not be closed.

                                  5. Then in dec’16 the ignition switch stopped working. The car could not be turned off while the key was removed from the ignition switch. The service centre then replaced the same with some demo switch and confirmed that they will replace it with original as soon as it is recd from the company. They also confirmed me that the tilted steering will be corrected at the time of replacement of the ignition switch (Within a week’s time).

                                  6. I had not recd any call from anyone from the company or the distributor regarding my issues till may’17.

                                  7. I have faced a medical problem in my right shoulder due to driving my car with a tilted steering (As per the doctor it may have happened due to my hands not in correct position in the steering)

                                  8. I had taken my car to the service centre on 8th may’17 and asked them to keep the car for 3 days and resolve all the pending issues.

                                  9. The following issues were told to them and written on the job card.
                                  A. Rpm is increasing automatically, even if at neutral gear or while standing at a traffic signal at first gear, the race of the car is increasing periodically without touching the accelerator. And the vibration inside the car at that time is extremely high.
                                  B. Ac blower sound was terribly loud.
                                  C. Ac switch (For switching the mode) was hard and it could not be moved.
                                  D. Steering is tilted
                                  E. Steering is hard and brushing against its base.
                                  F. Glove box lock not working
                                  G. Engine sound was louder than earlier.
                                  H. Wiper was touching the bonnet while removing it from the wind shield to clear the glass.
                                  I. Ignition key change with original one.

                                  10. I was given a delivery date of 9th may’17 on the job card.

                                  11. On 10th may’17, after calling the service centre i came to know that the vehicle is still not ready as they are still diagnosing the steering problem.

                                  12. On 12th may’17 the same diagnosing was going on. I don’t know what it is!!

                                  13. One 13th may’17 after pressurising they delivered the car with the following faults still in it :
                                  A. Rpm is increasing automatically, even if at neutral gear or while standing at a traffic signal at first gear, the race of the car is increasing periodically without touching the accelerator. And the vibration inside the car at that time is extremely high.
                                  B. Steering is tilted
                                  C. Steering base is not touching anymore but the fitting is not at all good. It is looking very cheap and nasty. The joints are not matching with each other and gaps are there.
                                  D. Glove box lock still not working.
                                  E. Wiper was touching the bonnet while removing it from the wind shield to clear the glass.

                                  While giving the car for servicing i had clearly and politely told the current advisor/supervisor (Mr. Anirudha) and earlier supervisor (Mr. Javed) that, i am very dissatisfied with the service provided to me for last one year and also the way i am treated. I will definitely log a complaint to the company personnel if the car is not rectified or corrected for all the issues i had mentioned.
                                  At the time of delivery on 13th may’17, when i said that i will log a complaint of the same mr. Anirudha arrange a telephonic conversation with some senior manager/general manager – mr. Hemant patil… mr. Hemant patil requested me personally to not to complain… as per his commitment he will arrange a temporary vehicle for me to use by tuesday 16th may’17 and he will clear/correct all the issues in my car by this week… and not to my surprise, they have not contacted me till date…
                                  I am really forced to submit my complaint to you with hope that somebody from the company will respond to it… i am expecting renault to be a customer oriented company who will look after their customers/consumers.
                                  I have really started to regret my decision to purchase from renault.
                                  Kindly do the needful to rectify all the issues before i take any further action…

                                    I have booked a 2017 Lodgy Stepway RXZ 110PS from Renault Baner.
                                    After making an enquiry, seeing the car, we confirmed the car on the same day, and after a day booked the car by paying Rs.50, 000/-.
                                    The colour I have chosen is Planet Grey.
                                    After almost 5-6 days of follow up regarding colour etc, I am now told that the colour is not available, and there is no news on when the colour could be made available. No such thing was mentioned anytime during the whole process of booking the car, and it was made quite clear right from the beginning that planet grey is our colour of choice.
                                    Now that the car is booked, the sales guy is saying that only 4 silver cars are manufactured and kept at the factory, and can be made available, and no idea on when Planet Grey will be manufactured at the plant.
                                    It is our first experience with Renault, and honestly, we are not too happy about it. Your sales person is a nice guy, but there seems to be no system in place to support these people. Everyone seems to be clueless about actual status of vehicle.
                                    If the situation continues, we also might look at other options.
                                    Hope there is someone who takes notice seriously.

Very minor hope of someone reacting professionally within Renault immediately, else it will be too late for Renault to survive in this competitive market...!!!

                                        I have purchased the Renault KWID from Adhchini Renaulty/NCR motors on dated 9th April. Company promised me to provide insurance from the day I have purchased the car. Now company is not providing any assistance when my car is with them after a small damage, company is saying pay 21000 and take your car after 2 weeks. I have paid a huge amount for the service but not getting any benefit.

                                        I have called approx 10 - 12 people in this regard from renault and HDFC ergo but no one is taking any responsibility and solving my problem. Renault is just selling the Car and then they do not care about user experience.
