I have pulse RXZ, I had complaint for last few months about the noise while driving car. On bringing to devine motors part of renault delhi west notice, told me its becoz of clutch plates this noise was coming. i was made to spend more than 20000/= after changing clutch plates i was told its left side axle is root cause of this noise. after changing axle, paying in advance and waiting for more than month now im told its because of bearings...

I m not satisfied second service of vehicle
there are lot of problem related to
customer coordination
(vehicle not serviced as per issues which
is mentioned sheet)
no proper washing of the car
no phone intimation about delivery of car
after that no provide service bill at the time of delivery of the car

I have booked a Duster 110ps white colour on 7/04/17 from Naharlagun, Arunchal Pradesh dealer with the promise that I will get it by 16th may 2017 for which I have already paid the full amount on 15/05/17. But till today it has not arrived at the said showroom as per their staff. I have lost all my interest in getting a Duster because of this delay and now planning for other car by cancelling this one. I bought Renault Duster Adventure model from dealer at Agra on April 28, 2017. It is highly annoying that the irresponsible staff of the dealer/company did not link the car number due to their negligence.

Then i have started the car & moved around 500 meters after that car stopped, i tried to start the car but it is failed start & engine oil red light alarm came. I have booked a 2017 Lodgy Stepway RXZ 110PS from Renault Baner.
After making an enquiry, seeing the car, we confirmed the car on the same day, and after a day booked the car by paying Rs.50, 000/-.
The colour I have chosen is Planet Grey.
After almost 5-6 days of follow up regarding colour etc, I am now told that the colour is not available, and there is no news on when the colour could be made available. No such thing...

I booked a renault kwid on 15apr and booking amount i gave inr5000.
Same i cancelled on 17apr and mr viajya informed me money will deposit with in 10days. But its has been 28days but i didnt received my money. I have purchased the Renault KWID from Adhchini Renaulty/NCR motors on dated 9th April. Company promised me to provide insurance from the day I have purchased the car. Now company is not providing any assistance when my car is with them after a small damage, company is saying pay 21000 and take your car after 2 weeks. I have paid a huge amount for the service but not getting any benefit.

It's rainy season now and i am praying god not to wet my kwid more. Whenever it happens rain water gets inside the car and i stink very badly. When i saw water first time inside my car i assumed not to lock the window or doors properly and i pulled out the water by my own after 1 hour of struggle, with assumption that it was my fault. Every 2 or 3 thousand kilometres my car goes for servicing for the same minor issues such as a. C stuck.. Can't rotate.. Noise from the doors etc.. Clutch hard.. Steering hard.. Etc. Etc.

But i was delivered a vehicle without registration no.
When i contact the sales person a no. Of times, he gives no proper answer.
How many days i am supposed to keep idle without no. Where i cannot use.

At that time renault raipur is not giving me my rc card i have requested many times but they donot listen my problem. I have complain against the person who deal the work of registration of cars but the higher authority is not responding me and they favour him and tell me this was govenment work and it take times.
