I have submitted all details and the status of the application is showing as "Application is under processing at RTO Level." for so long. There is no change in status.I didn't get any updates about the application. Please let me know regarding the renewal of my license. I am attaching the screenshot of my application for reference. Hi, 2 wheeler is registered in the name of my brother and was valid till 2017. we stopped using that vehicle since then my brother stays over sea. I m trying to reach out to rto to scrap with consent of my brother but rto refuses to support. As per RTO norms owner of the vehicle needs to present. Since I have mentioned that my brother is staying over sea and will not come anytime soon to India due to pandemic and his work commitments. Request to provide alternate solution for this.

The vehicle MH04EQ0142 has not been transferred from 1st owner to current owner and there is no insurance to this car. The vehicle is in Powai. No PUC also done.

Wondering why no action has been taken since last year.

Online payment made on Sarthi website via ICICI Bank Retail net banking on 16.06.21. Free Rs. 514.80 deducted from my bank A/c

However payment & application status is still shown as Failed / Pending.

Please look into the matter and do the needful. Either clear the payment status or arrange for refund to enable us to make fresh payment.

I purchased a new two wheeler in Feb 2021, till now I haven't received my RC Book.In parivahan app I could see my rc book but haven't received it. Whenever I call the rto to enquire they do not answer the call or they ask to check with dealer it has been 4 months what kind of service is this. Whom should I contact for a solution

I gave DL test on 26th march and successfully passed exam at Yeshwantpur RTO Bengaluru. I am able to get my virtual DL, but the actual smart card is not yet received.

The Parivahan saarthi site says printing of smart card completed. I don't see it's dispatched yet.

My Driving License has got dispatced by speed post on 15/06/2021 . Today is 17/06/2021but still i have not received it . Even if when i track my consignment details on speed post website, then it says "CONSIGNMENT DETAILS NOT FOUND " . My speed post tracking ID is TA[protected]IN . I went to my local speed post office and DTO but they were unable to give any information about my Driving Licence .

Whenever I track my application status on sarathi website, it shows approval of DL is pending and it’s same from last 2 months. I visited RTO office but they have no detail about further actions.
I don’t know what’s wrong but it is creating me so much inconvenience as my Learning License is also expire. whos apply after they have approved My app no is [protected] nd dob is 7.2.2003
