Dear Sir,

My driving licence application[protected]RTO Patna)status has been approved on[protected] but since then it is showing 'Allotment Information Unavailable'.
It is going to be around 2 months since it has been approved.
When i went for driving TEST, the authority said that in 2 week you will get your Driving Licence at your address.
Please help to get my DL otherwise it looks it is stuck somewhere and they don't have any customer service where we can enquire when it would be dispatched. I called on the helpdesk no. +[protected] but they can see the same status which we are seeing on sarathi portal.

Please help to get my driving licence.

    Dear Sir,

    I want to inform you that I am the applicant for driving licence ( Application number[protected]
    and successfully applied for booked for Learner test (LL) at BARRACKPORE RTO office in 5th April 2021.

    I also going to the office for exam but the too many police over their at RTO office premises and order and forced back to home to the all LL TEST candidate for the Election related issue and its not give us any prior previous notice. Its just happened suddenly, its should be noticed from the RTO team.

    But now I have facing too problem cause this is pandemic covid and lockdown situation for going to road and its very risk for me without lisence or LL.

    BUT this is issue going only responsible the authority BARRACKPORE RTO.

    So,
    I just request to you please forward my issue to the authority for give me the date of LL TEST .

      Dear Sir,

      I was given exam for driving license test on date 6-March-2021 at Mumbai Central/Tardeo RTO (MH01) Maharashtra. I was Passed on this Exam on same date.

      My application number is[protected].

      I can see that Driving Test Results are passed and updated on 9-March-2021.

      All most 3 months gone but still did not get Driving license. it was pending for Mumbai RTO's approval from last 3 months.

      without License how can i drive my bike/car.

      Could you please let me know when will i get my license.

      Can this escalate to high-level who can help me in getting my DL.

        I got a date for ll test on 02/06/2021 then I visited for my ll test but rto was closed and I didn't get a new date for a test or it doesn't get reschedule.
        And I want to change my Rto location service from Vasai-virar RTO(MH48) to Borivali RTO(MH47) please resolved my problem as soon as possible.

          Application number is:[protected], I have cleared the Driving test at RTO DY.RTO, BORIVALI on[protected].
          Its been more than two Months still waiting for my driving license to arrive. I have checked it online it says :Pending at ARTO COUNTER MH47. Why it is taking so long to approve the DL, It should have been deliver within a week as per transport minister.
          I have tried calling RTO office also, but they don't proper answer.
          Please suggest what next step I should do.

              My name is girish I have applied for driving license before two months and got approved I have visited rto office to collect my driving licence which as status of completed printing of dl smart card when I asked in counter the employees are asking me to roam from one counter to another I have visited rto office more than 10 times even today I have visited their are asking me to wait their are not searching properly please solve my problem

                  When I reached at RTO ( LT29 ) TAMLUK PURBA MEDINIPUR WEST BENGAL.
                  They told that service of related to driving license is stop.
                  But my learner license will expire in 27 June..
                  What to do

                      I had applied for change of ownership in death case in wazirpur RTO office, as per massage received from RTO wazirpur
                      ownership transfer successfully on 28.05.2021 and same has been sent through speed post with consignment no ED[protected] IN on 07.06.2021 but till date I have not received my RC . I already contact to post office but they said we have not received any such consignment through RTO office .Pl arrange to provide my RC as soon as possible .Thanks

                          Dear sir,

                          On Sunday date 13.06.2021 I was travelling from pune to navi mumbai
                          near lonavalva (khandala ghat) car number MH14HU1959 Swift tour S drunk Driver hit my parked bike which is outside the road, and he came is high speed just hit my vehicle. I told him to take back his vehicle, so I can pick my vehicle back. But he is just away in full speed I was tries to contact the local police station but due to network issue I wasn't able to do.

                          This kind of drivers are not allowed in public road
                          I don't want any money from him, just want to make him apologizeed and a promise that he will never break the rules & regulations.

                            I had applied for change of ownership in Delhi Wazirpur RTO. The transfer was completed in December 2020 but till know i have nit received my updated RC. I even got the message that RC has been dispatched through speed post and tracking number is ED[protected]N but according to post office Wazirpur, they have not received any consignment with the mentioned tracking number. I even tried contacting RTO but could not get any help or update. PLease find below the details:

                              I just paid an 700inr entry fees to RTO at Simga Chhattisgarh. Few days back had paid such entry at Kawardha. I don't know why they are forcing to pay rto entries at most places throughout Chhattisgarh.
                              Im already paying road tax, toll tax, mv tax, national permit and other fees applicable including a monthly 2000 mechanical fees at the Chhattisgarh border.

                              Already facing losses because of the pandemic and fuel price surge. Again these illegal fees gives me feeling that these people won't spare a dead body would eat body too. God Save India🇮🇳

                                I had applied for learner license online on Sarathiservice, I'm from Delhi applying for the LL slot.
                                I had already submitted the rest 4 details/ filled and only LL slot booking is left and when i procedd it always shows up a message " RTO service is not enabled" please help.
