Dear Sir,

I had submitted the DL renewal document at Ranchi RTO office on Dated 18/12/2020 after completing the online procedure.

As i was on vacation of one month in India, i was expecting to receive my renewed license within this period which is not happen.

I also approached to the Sarthi parivahan customer service regarding the same but dint receive any positive solution even i have visited to RTO office to get the status but they also don't given appropriate solution.

    Hi All,
    I had Paper DL and apply for Card DL at feb 2020. All approvals are done. I don't understand why they stuck my DL. Last one year I am driving my car without license. please inform me how much time it will take. My Application number is[protected]. when i go there inquire about my licence a person who is sitting there they told me Today end of the it will approve. Last 2 month i am getting same answer from their side.

          Hi, My LMV learning license had expired, and I had applied online for renewal on 17th of January.
          This is with the Sambalpur, ODISHA RTO
          However, it's still stuck on Scrutiny Document verification stage (its been more than a week now ). I have been checking the status regularly, but does not change at all.
          Please help me if you know what steps can be taken this to expedite it asap

              I bought a second hand bullet motorcycle. The first owner was from RTO (pb59) and when I transferred the motorcycle, the last entry in the RC book was from RTO (pb13) (which is my district).
              Now, I want to get RC backlog. Please tell me to fill RC backlog (vehicle owner detail) first owner's detail or currently holding owner's detail.
              Which RTo office should I have visit PB59 or PB13?

                    I gave the Driving test on 2nd January 2021, and failed it due to seatbelt. But I am not able to apply for a retest since my last status has not been updated. It is still showing the status of "RECORD TEST RESULTS OF DRIVING TEST" with a counter name "APP2".

                    The concerned RTO office is, Mall Road, Delhi India.
                    The concerned Test centre is, Burari Authority, Delhi India.

                          Rto India — amount deducted from bank but not received by rto and showing pending

                          I have made a payment for Test for Driving License in Maharahtra Sarthi Parivahan Website.
                          Amount has been deducted from my Bank account as i have got Msg from bank, But the website still shows my Payment is Pending.

                          KIndly help me with this.
                          i am not able to recover money from bank also and also the payment status is not chaning even after i checked after 24 hours

                                The website does not give all the details of what needs to be carried.
                                Even though I had uploaded the documents, because of the server issue, it did not show. No help in RTO to upload the documents.
                                You cannot expect everyone to upload all the documents, I had spend 3 days just to submit the documents even after uploading the documents.

                                    On 30/12/2020 i gave test for permanent driving licence test and i have successfully passed the exam at Hooghly rto, but till now its showing pending status for printing of driving licence on form 7 and dispatch of driving licence and psv badge too on website saarthi. So i kindling request you to update the details as fast as possible. Its much urgent. Approval of dl has already been completed on 31/12/2020. So please do printing fast and update it as fast as possible. Please pay your valuable attention towards my request.

                                    On 23rd November 2021 I gave my test for permanent driving licence at bhadrak rto Odisha and successfully passed but till now my dl is not yet printed on smart card and the website says that your license has been dispatched by 1st December 2021.,
                                    So I kindly request that please print my dl and deliver as soon as possible ...it's urgent please 🙏🙏🙏🙏

                                        I (hira singh negi) sold my car to rajesh garg lived in (gharoli dairy colony, mayur vihar phase-3, new delhi ) on 6th december2018 at evening.
                                        car description- esteem, silver colour), registration no.-(DL8CL3441).
                                        vehicle sales agreement has also signed between us, but he did not transfer the ownership of the vehicle on his name and the car is still on my name and he has the possesion of car. i got a challan on my name which he is liable for. incase any challan and other incident happened in future so i will not be responsible for that and please take neccessary steps which is required .
