Sir iam from chikamagalore distrct karnataka state in our district r. T. O office there is no response from officers we must pay amount to broker then they will care us if we go by our self they neglate us and behaviour of officers is worst i feel shame of our government😔😔we students are not able to make license by own we must pay for brokers please take this seriously and please hlp us😔😔

On 18th april 2020. I ride on a scooty (mh 01 cw 8570) with my friend. Carrying and transporting necessary food for my home.
On traffic police officer and another officer on duty. They stopped for verification i had carried all my necessarie documents and he verified. But without any notify he charges on me unauthorized penalty.

I've applied for my driving licence in the year dec 2018 and given my test on jan 2019 with the following details:

Yet there is no status of dl and also there is no driving licence sent to my postal address by post.

On date 9/4/2020 i was driving my bike ismart going to bank of maharashtra, chiplun, dist: ratnagiri
During that time rto ashok pawar stopped me at chinchnaka and said need to pay fine by online and gave digital printed receipt of manual signal violation but i did not violate any signal rule and during this lockdown period a person can go to necessary work like buying vegetables, medicine and banking work but still this officer fined me of 200rs so what should i do now

I am now stay in my native place and i want to go to nanded for lab work and we have permission pass of nanded police department, i want to permits us private vehicle to travelling via aurangabad to nanded with one driver and one collages mr. Gorkh namdev shinde and mr. Sudhir shankar kale respectively. Also, we want to permit return journey only driver and his collages form nanded to sangamner via aurangabad.
You are requested to permission for this essential requirement and consideration please.

I have purchased new hero destini scooter from pashupati motors delhi on 9th march. They told they did registration on 17th march but till date my high security number plate not came to dealer and my rc is not generated and my virtual rc is not shown in mparivahan app. So i request u to plz send my scooter number plate and generate my rc bcoz without all this i cant ride my scooter. Recently, i bougt a scooty bearing the number tn01bd5145. I had approched a chennai south-west rto in chennai for ownerhip transfer. They were not interested to do without the live insurance and pollution to the vehicle, but they have done the same without any documets thru brokers by getting bribe. Why? Please look in to this matter seriously and do the needful asap.

Driving licence not getting issued at rto karwar uttarkannada district
I have given driving license test 18th nov-2019h back and i passed the test at karwar uttarkannada district. Even after that, i didn't receive my dl. Till today.
On rto web site actually my dl is approved but still they have not issued my smart card.

This complaint is regarding wrongly administered challan system.
Actually, on dated 19 march 2020 my vehicle (Maruti swift car) just got slightly wrong parked. For half an hour..
In this time interval.. Traffic police fired same challan, same charges twice.. Just fir single mistake. (Time of challans:- 17:57:52 (1000 ₹) & 18:24:56 (500₹)
My humble request is to please..
Kindly refund my wrongly charged money.🙏

. It is already 2and half month still not received dl.
Online status on www.parivahan.gov.in shows printing of dl in form 7 (Smart card) print
And
Pplication processing stage-dispatch of the dl and psv badge

How long it takes to dispatch, it's already 65 days.

Wiaa Ahmedabad has very unprofessional and very rude staff, they dont know how to guide people in polite manner, they should definitely work on their attitude towards normal people.From receptionist to officers every body talks in a same rude manner.
