learning licence approval in pending

I have complete all the process of learning licence date[protected] but till now my application pending for approval because i did not pay to the approval counter as corruption. I was go for asking about my learning licence but rto office worker say that write your application no. And date of birth on a paper and give it to me, and check after 3 days but after 10 days .I am checking my licence but it still pending for approval.

Dear sir,,
I m wajid, residence of, house no. 404, gali no. 1, kardam puri,, delhi 94.
Was challaned on 19/2/2020 against my scooter dl 13 sv3477, vide challan no. Dl[protected] challan reference no. Gnc[protected] for rs. 3011/-. I have already paid this amount dt.8/2/19 online. I had gone to geeta colony for getting my license back but they refused to give the license as they demanded the print of payment. I tried several times to take the print of payment but that site not allow me to do so.
I just want to request you to please look into the matter and issue some receipt online on my e mail """[protected]@gmail.com"" which will help me to get my license back.

    I today faced an issue with the auto driver he misbehaved with me and share auto who travels from thiruparankundram madurai to keelavasal. I felt very gulity to travel in the autos kindly check it do the needful for the citizen of india. Iam a 28 old women in the therkuvasal opposite to sholocha hospital on the road he is bold and he will keep chukum and chandram in his forehead and he is black skin. Please kindly block his license and he should not do it to any other girl. Please accept my complaint

        Why we should pay extra money to the employee of rto office, for any work they need the money under the table and if you create a voice for why should i pay extra money to do the same work which i have already paid of e-challan fee than he said if you not give then no work is under process for unlimited time in mirzapur rto.in the hole process of the rto in anywhere the need extra money to to do work there own property of vechicle paper how this type of corruption can be stop in @[protected]@[protected]@mirzapur.

          I have made online renewal of my driving license. Have been to mumbai dahisar rto office, andwaiting for more the half an hour as the servers are down. This is 2nd time i am coming just to submit documents

          Why on line application initiated if servers cannot be managed

          Who is to be accounted for our time and energy loss.

          A two wheeler with number plate mh 02 cg 0653 deliberately tried to damage my car front side bumber by dashing his bike while driving over a flyover. Earlier he was trying to overtake from left hand side which he couldn't do. Hence he tried to take revenge. It was shear arrogance out of no reason i might have hit another vehicle. Need proper action to be taken on such people.

            I was stopped by the police on my way back from goa, i had provided all the documents, license, registration, rc copy, insurance and puc. The police officer checked everything is fine, then realized that i’m not an indian resident so asked me for money which i refuse to give, he was asking for bribe for something which i didn’t do and why should i give. So the office give me a false ticket of not wearing seatbelt and not showing driver license. Which was a total lie, because he wanted money. I’m from usa and i know the use of seatbelt and i always carry my driving license. I hope higher authorities will look into this matter to stop corruption in this country.

              I was regularly taking a auto rikshaw from virar station to global city, there was normal fair is 12/- per seat and after 11 oclock 15/- seat, the gov. Bus servies is not working in this area, this goldan apportunity take every auto rikshaw driver in a case if we have take direct rikshaw from station to global city they said 70/- or 80/- and they did not have to lgo on govenment approvel auto rikshaw meter.
              And that is not a right way to take this type of fare.

                    During my visit to rto thiruvanmiyur, chennai - 600041, i have been declined to submit my application for my learner's driving license (Two-wheeler with gear) stating that rental agreement won't be considered as current address proof.
                    I have been staying in chennai since may 2019 and have a valid rental agreement for my current address. For my permanent address proof, i have adhaar, voter id etc.

                    Please let me know why rental agreement has not been considered as a current address proof.

                      I request RTO to please make challan if any Hyundai I10 car is in found running on the road. Because it has BS3 engine which cause very much pollution in environment.                         driving license not yet received

                        I have applied for duplicated driving license for two wheeler and four wheeler at baran (Rj28) rto on 14-jan-2020 & completed all the formalities. And it was informed by rto that license will come directly through postal service within 20-30 days. It has been more than 45 days now but i haven't revived my license.

                        Upon checking online its showing "application is under processing at rto level".

                        I went to yeshwantpur rto in bangalore to get my documents verified and it went without any hassle and when i reached the test track (In peenya), they made everyone wait till 2:30 (Even though our slot was between 12:30 to 2:30) then after that made us wait in the sun for almost 2 hours for our test. When i went before the rto officer for my test he denied taking my test saying i was wearing shorts. I also had to listen to his lecture and then i went home and changed to pants and then came and by the time another officer was there instead of the before one and i gave my test.

                              I completed my driving license test and other formalities last year, on 9th december 2019. But i've not received my driving license yet. I regularly check the application status on the website sarathi and is pending at "approval of dl"

                              I have done all of this process without any help of agents, my frnds who applied through agents have recieved their driving license in a month.
                              Its been almost 3 months now the status have not updated since then even the test results have been uploaded a month later.

                              I am A Senior citizen. I completed formalities for Licence no. UP[protected] for renewal of licence. As per status on Website it shows that it is expired on 13.02.2020. Application no.[protected] dated 03.02, 2020 submitted to RTO Meerut office with all papers. Formalities are completed. I was assured that Licence will reach at my residence within 10-15 days. Renewal is still pending even after 26 days. Requested to look into the matter.

                                I think some one stole it.. From my bike..
                                Coz i gave my bike to a local service center...
                                After that i am unable to find my bike rc..

                                Coz i dont wanna get involved in any police cases..

                                  My father had transferred his two wheeler to me and we were about submit all the necessary documents along with the complete paperwork to the rto office however one of the broker named mr. Jadhav has forcefully come up and told he will do the rest needful hence believing on his words we submitted the documents, since september 2019 till date we haven’t received anything neither he is bothered with our calls.

                                  My father is no more with us so that he can check this out physically and i stay out of job.

                                  I seriously need you to take a necessary action against him. So that no one can other should feel the same problem.
