Transfer noc required urgently, rto officials are not properly responding and completing the documents.
After regular follow up with them they said today there is connectivity issue.
Common man faces a lot of inconvenience and bear extra charges as well, strict action required against ghaziabad rto officials.

I have been issued a poorly printed and unreadable international driving licence by rto, jodhpur where my photo also cannot be seen clearly. There are prominent lines on my photo. The licence was issued by rto jodhpur 2 days back.
When i went to the rto and complained they asked me to surrender my licence and again reapply for licence and pay the rs 1000 licence fee and said that there is no guarantee that the photo and print will again come out properly.

As i have already paid the complete money, i want the rto, jodhpur to reissue a freshly printed and readable international driving licence to me. I have to travel abroad next week and they should do it before that.

I have applied for learning license and had an appointment on 9th sep, 2019. When i went for my test their were some issues regarding form 1 & 2. After visiting for 2 more days the official told me to withdraw the application and filed a new one as their were many issues in the previous one. He could not cancel my first application so i tried by myself but failed.
How can i cancel the application and get refund of rs 500 which i paid as fee for light motor vehicles.

Have paid about ₹600 for driving licence re-test which has been stuck at "pending" for almost a week now at online driving licence portal. It's been showing "pending" whenever i checked my application status that really puts me down considering my urgency. Sir i have completed up all the stages including the fees from my side and everything in the sarathi website is showing completed but at the last stage that is the dispatch of the dl and psv badge the counter is showing allotment information unavailable and the dispatch stage is pending from rto side. Kalahandi rto they take bribe through agents, if you go to rto office without agent then they are not passing you in ll test but if you go with you agent and if you there can not answer ll question then also they are passing you, but for that you have to give them maximum 1000 rupees through agent.in total they take 2500 from the common men but according to my knowledge this not the perfect amount for a licence. This very heavy amount for a common men

I visited the dwarka sector 10 rto office for renewal of my driving license today, 12th september 2019 at around 11.30 am. I went to counter no.7, meant for females. On enquiring from the lady manning the counter, i was informed by her that renewal is not done there and is only possible online.
On return home, i logged into "delhi transport deptt" site and searched for license renewal. It showed step by step method regarding documents required, form 9 to be filled and to go to the nearest rto office. There was no option for filling the form online. Then i called 24×7 helpline number [protected] and was advised to visit the nearest zonal rto office with form 9, 1 and 1a, original license and other documents for submission. I was also informed that these forms are available there only.
From the above, it is evident that i was misguided by the official at dwarka sector 10 rto office. This is for your kind information and urgent necessary actions please.

I have applied for the renewal and change address in my driving licence online on 08/08/2019 and paid the fee of rs 2540 on 12/08/2019. When the driving licence was firstly made, my address was in jalpaiguri district. Now i am a resident of coochbehar district. I went to the jalpaiguri rto office several times but the officer said that the application was filled wrongly and they ordered me to cancel my application. Now my question is if i cancel the application, when will i get the amount of rs 2540 which i paid at the time of my application ?

My permanent driving license test was conducted at rto gautam buddh nagar on 12th april 2019 and the same was cleared as pass as seen in the saarthi portal. Also scrutiny of documents has been completed. But till date the license has not been received and status shows as “PRINTING OF DL IN FORM 7 ( SMART CARD )”.

On 29th august 2019 i received sms d from mparivahan my rc number dl14sk4092 was despatched on 29 aug 2019 via speed post tracking number ed[protected]in from zonal office, east zone – ii, surajmal vihar, delhi.

Till date is not received, also while speed post tracking it is not showing any detail.

Kindly let me know the status.

I have completed documents verification, photo capturing at rto north chennai - tn-05 for learning licence against application nos. [protected] on 06.09.2019.

All formalities competed as guided by rto officials and after that rto official told that you may download llr after two hours. But till 12.09.2019, issuing of llr is under process.

We are submit all documents for driving licence, e-feel & fees pay from online. But rto silvassa required only voter id proof for dl,
We are submit our addhar card, pan card, bank details, gas connection proof, school living certificate for date of birth all above mention details are submit, but silvassa rto office not allow in setting exam (Llc)

I applied for lmv ll and then uploaded all the documents. On the payments page for learner's license, i entered the required details, and hit "calculate fee", it came to a total of rs.190. Then i pay the selected amount and it did not redirect me to the verified by visa/ otp page too. Then after this processed shown payment is pending
After show pending status it does not show the re payment page. I have tried making the re payment a couple of times but every time i get the same message. Please tell me whom to contact for this issue asap. I have an ll appoint in a week hence need help urgently.

I had applied for duplicate RC smartcard of my pulsar 150 BR 55 8905 on[protected] in sheohar DTO office. Paid 230 fee vide receipt no 12614024 which is being enclosed for reference.
Till date i am unable to receive my duplicate RC. I visited many times in office when i was posted there but all went in vain.
How can i get my duplicate RC now? Is this service?

My driving licence was created long back and is yet not delivered. I received an sms to track the courier (Eu[protected]in) but i can see that the package got returned to lucknow.

I was traveling from akhrie to dlw at varanasi in auto where the auto driver was teaching the driving to his fellow mate with the passengers in it the driving was really to rash he was not able to drive properly even overtake the stopped school bus at dlw from which the school students were getting out he was about to hit the students and the driver was abusing to others infact with the passengers

I have applied for duplicate dl. I have received an acknowledgement of an application. But, when i proceed for payment, it shows some server issues on cyber treasury online payment portal. I tried multiple times from different web browser. Now, without payment, i am not able to book appointment slot. And there is no option of paylater at this stage. Pl guide me.

However i have not yet received the driving license.

Application is under processing at rto level.

It's been a month since the document have been uploaded and feed of 46o has been completed.
The status still shows as scrutiny - (Document verification) application no [protected]
Not sure how long they take.
Visited the office twice and was informed to wait.
The telephone number shared is never answered.

The amount spend to follow up and visit the rto office several times is much more than the fees.

It's extremely pathetic.
