I've put up a request on 25th august, paid my dues and everything related to the re-issuance. Despite that, it's been more than 15 days now and it still shows me that the application is under document scrutiny at counter no; jrclrkcnt.

What do i make of this? Does it really take this long? I've been in dire need of my license as i keep travelling.

Please help me out with this. Your help is much appreciated.

My driving permanent driving licence has been approved a month back and i checked the status online but still it not delivered at home address and it has been more than a month and as per process it was supposed to be delivered within 15 days but still i have been following up but no resolution is there. As i stay out for my job si it is not possible for me to goto rto every week and check for the same.
Kindly look into this.

It was raining and i had to go to kalanagar on way to sea link.

Auto driver old man with a saffron scarf initially itself showed attitude where u want to go etc and then agreed to take us. It was raining so we had to change previous auto since it had no curtains on sides.

On reaching bkc the auto driver started asking where in kalanagar, u wanna go.

I said let’s reach kalanagar and i will show u

I said i have to take a taxi to sealink to worli and he started turning towards right at ongc signal and arguing i will get stuck and have to go empty and won’t go and started shouting and screaming on me for it. He got abusive as i asked him to stop near a taxi just before the turning to mahim came as that was the last taxi. He kept blabbering and abusing again reluctant to stop and drop me at taxi again demanding more money and saying he will have no u turn and will have to go empty till bandra west & it is an expense

First - old man not displayed any license!!! Then old man should not be driving if he has to go to places as per his wish and not as per customer. Plus shouting and being abusive to a lady... Not at all acceptable.

Even after i got offf he kept shouting and saying i drive auto for so many years etc etc... Has no respect for anyone!!!

I am sure rto will deal with such notorious characters & non trust worthy drivers!!!

Please note i have registered my new car in RTO chidambaram TN91 through a driving school named Vijay driving school located inside the RTO office premises. They are charging a service charge of INR7000 for registration beyond the allowed cost of register. They use to explain that the amount collected will be given to the RTO officers incharge to get it signed.

We have our earnings taxed for each and every penny and proposed for registration but what is there a need to pay all these officers and person in the premises who get salary from the government! and they are forcing us to pay.

Please look into this concern and do a valuable action regarding this complaint.

Hope to have a corruption reduced india to make our country proud.

I write to concern over the issue of corruption in khambhaliya rto office despite the no objection certificate is no longer require in change of address
But khambhaliya authority says we need noc certificate to change address or pay the bribe to agent to do so
Kindly do something otherwise innocent people r suffering bec of corruption

I hv submitted my wife's renewal of dl application form to rto bangalore (East) kasturinagar, bangalore on 01 aug 19. They said i will get my license with in a week but its been over 02 month still i have not received my updated dl.

Online application status shows scrutiny (Document verification) for change of add and renewal of dl since 01 aug 19.
Request u to pls tell me what should i do know?

This is to bring to your notice that when i was applying for learners license online on the parivahan website, in the fee payment column, i paid the required amount of rs.1800

The amount is debited from my account. The status of the application is completed in all the fields.

But the payment is still in pending status, the the epayment "status of payment" section, due to which i am not able to get my ll.
I have visited the rto twice as well and they informed me that they have not received the payment and cannot proceed with the ll, even though all documents and payments are done as required.

Have called the sarathi helpline numbers multiple times, have emailed them as well but to no response.

I have waited 24 hours but nothing seems to have happened.
There is no one who can help me on this as well, as all complaints have fallen on deaf ears.

The online application for license was to made life easier for people, but this is a really big inconvenience, and my trust on government organizations has further reduced

I took an auto from mrunaltai gore bridge, ram mandir east. I told him destination before taking auto but still he was refusing to go at that location and instead he dropped at wrong location. While arguing he came on me and showed as he's taking off curtons while i was clicking his auto number pic. After getting down he was assaulting me with bad words like bhikari nd all.

I had applied for my dl on july 2019 just 20 days before my ll got expired. I visited rto office lohardaga, paid the amount and booked a slot for test drive for 20/07/2019. But the authorities refused to take my test on the given date, they told me to visit on a certain date, i visited on that date but once again the gave me a new date, in this way they continously keep giving new dates, they took my mobile number and said that they will call me on the off test drive but now they are saying plz book a new date and come, now the lerner licence is expired and i am unable to book a new date.
You are sincerely requested to plz have a look at it's functions in rto lohardaga

I wrote to [protected]@gov.in in april looking for help to apply for duplicate dl online.

I applied for a duplicate dl on april 22nd, 2019 using the path shared by [protected]@gov.in.

I was also charged a fee of ₹270 for same.

I was driving with my family on the aluva highway, just before paravoor junction on 4/9/2019 at 11. Am.. I was on the right side of the road, a tamilnadu registered truck jammed my vehicle overtaking without looking in the mirror. The truck hit my mirror and damaged it. If i hadn't applied break, it would have been a major accident. The truck number was : tn.61.5546

My application for driver`s license is listed as under scrutiny since the end of July. I have uploaded all the documents but have received no response.
I have sent an email to the address on the site.
No response.

What do I do to move to the next step????

My Brazilian driver`s license expires in September...

I've transferred my RC
It's been 2 months that I haven't received my RC (DL10CA3911) from raja garden authority Delhi...

Hi, i am karishma. I was harassed by an rto officer today near the service road before agara bridge flyover. The rto office started asking for 100 rupees fine saying the number plate is missing whereas i had painted number plate (Been there since the vehicle was bought). He started blaming me saying it is not allowed and i have to have a metal plate. And started saying what if this is a stolen bike, when asked him to check the vehicle documents,...

My name is avinash rana. I had applied for permanent driving licence on 29 may 2019 but still not received my driving licence because my document is still under document verification after completion of successful driving test.

My all documents are clear but they didnot approving my documents. Actually the main reason is, i had not given any bribe (रिश्वत) for better and fast approval.

Therefore, i request you to call the dto office and ask for document and check the report for better improvement in my driving licence issue.

Good evening sir/ madam,
I have done application for new learning license from sarathi web portal online at own basis.
Afterthat i was appeared at district transport office tonk, rajasthan as per described schedule my time slot which is appointed by sarathi web portal.
I have already captured my photo and write my digital signature at dto tonk.
When i go for ll test which is held on machine. Ll test machine was not operate properly when i give test.
Some options are not clearly press on the screen.
In this test finally i missed 5-6 questions due to machine error.
And after that machine shows you are fail for this ll test, and you are re-submit ll test fee which is 50 rupees. And appoint new slot book on 09 september 2019. But no slots available for this date... And after that only slot available on 18 september 2019.
So when i again submit retest fee through the sarathi web portal. And when i reappear on this test and this machine will further occurs same error then what i will do.
So please provide information regarding this matter as soon as possible.

This is monika mehra and off recently am facing serious issue of recieving e-challans on my contact no. Please note that none of the traffic violations that have been charged on me is correct. It has been observed that the e-challans that i have seen vide e-evidence has vehicle with the same no. As of mine.
Now am unable to understand how can rto issue same registration no. To multiple vehicles. My vehicle no. Is mh02ej9250 and the e-challan i have received shows the same vehicle no. Against different driver name viz. Shsdab, saif rizvi, aslam. There are total of 9 challans issued against my vehicle no. However none of which is mine. I request you to kindly verify the same through your online portal.
Further in connection to this matter mumbai traffic police has charged me an amount of rs 1, 355.46 near seven bungalows, mumbai against violation of traffic rules which has been commited by someone else with the same vehicle no.
I demand full refund as well as compensation to such grievous act. This is a serous issue which needs to be attended and resolved at the earliest.
Please take strict action and do the needful.
