I Jitendra das applied for renewal permit four verical there reqistration number are WB 41C3315, wb41c -3288, wb41c 3289, wb41c 3290, all are West Bengal Burdwan RTO, I applied for renewal in Dec 2016, my all verical paper are updated, yet RTO officer are not signed the permit and not any response taken by officers and agent, please look further, and help to renewal the permit.

I keep getting the message "application is verifying with bank. Please press ok to continue" after which it does not give me any option for payment,
On 13 nov 2018 i went to the regional rto office waited for 2hrs in the queue to make the payment but they said they cannot take the payment as it is done online and we have to make only online payment, multiple attempts has been made still gets the same message

My application is rejected at rto wardha saying one of class selected is invalid and did not allow me to appear for the test.
The application was filled online and online "parivahan system" does not allow to remove class once added. So it is the mistake of online application system.

As i was present for the test, but couldn't attend because of issue/bug in online application (Parivahan) system, i think, i deserve refund.

I have applied for correction in driving license and i have paid 400rs online through parivahan on 9th november 2018 website while payment, website got interrupted, and my money got debited from bank but in my application status still showing pending payment i have spoke to my bank and get to know that amount has been debited and credited to parivahn but in my application it's show payment status is still pending.

I have received the learning licence online. After that i have applied for the driving license (Application no is[protected] and i have cleared all necessary documentation processes as well given the driving test at shrigonda (Camp organized by rto ahmednagar) dated on[protected].
But i have not received permanent driving license yet. I have check application status on your online portal it shows the status scrutiny - (Document verification) at counter rtoauth. But as per my knowledge and belief i have provided all required document and the rto officer himself checked and verified the documents in my presence. Also he signed application form since i have cleared the driving test. Which clearly shows that all the documents are correct and i have passed driving test.
Please check the issue in concern with my application and do the needful.

The rto officer of thirukazhukundram, asked for bribe of rupees 100 and when i asked for what i was charged, he gave some random receipt signed by some random guy there and the name was not even my name. I have attached the receipt also with the complaint. The officer also forced me to pay the bribe and inturn get the receipt.

I have applied for permanent dl in rto ka-52.
I have completed my driving test on 03/11/2018.
I checked in parivanah website and still it is showing that "record test result of driving test" as pending...

What i have to do now??
Shall i wait longer or not??

Appln no.[protected], driving licence no. Mh31 [protected], dob 01.10.1968, applied for renewal of dl on 04.10.18 with change in address. Personally submitted all documents with address proof (Elect. Bill). Also paid full fees as required.
On 08.11.2018 got renewed driving licence on old address without changing the same. Enquired at counter at rto nagpur (Mh 31) but not entertained.
Requested to issue me new driving licence with new address (Fees paid)

When we shifted to pune, maharashtra, we got our activa number transfered from gujarat to mh after paying tax and following all the time consuming process around oct 2016. But its been more than 1 year since then and we haven't received our rc card.
When i went to enquire for the same in rto they sent me to gpo pune with some ea number and the gpo officer told that we should fill up a complaint form to speed post as the rc book was failed to be delivered by them and count be found at their office. I then went to submit the complaint form at rms division b, near parcel office - pune rly station. Where again i was given a letter written that my complaint was "time barred" as they preserve record only for 6 months.
They are asking me to reissue the rc card which will again be a huge process in itself.
Why should i suffer/pay for the negligence and inappropriate duties performed by the rto pune, gpo pune when they havent sent me anything by post. And if in case they have and its been returned, why dont they call us when our number is always mentioned in each and every form.

Is this not some scam going with rto where for every small rights of a person, he has to suffer this much?
It would be helpful for us if you can please address this issue asap.

Rto india (Maharastra-palghar-vasai) — delay in issuing driving license-application no-[protected]

Dear sir,

I have applied for my driving license in district-palghar maharastra in the month of june 2018 and already passed final drving test of the month of oct-5 2018 but yet i have not received my dl as govt of indian and road transport rule dl has to reach within 30 day but its been 39 days but still i haven't receive my dl and when i approached a concern people (Agent) in rto no one is responsible for my application. Kindly take immediate action against rto corruption issues.

I bought an honda amaze through car reseller lavish pahuja for 3.4 lakhs all inclusive and signed and submitted the car transfer documents at noida rto when we both seller (Himanshu joshi) and i were present on 31 oct 2018. I was at that time asked to pay ramakant agent rs. 2500 in cash that i confirmed the car reseller that i would deduct from his total payment of 3.4 lakhs that i later deducted also.

While i was supposed to collect the rc in 2-3 days time, i couldn't due to personal health issues. When inquired on 12 november 2018 i got to know that someone had already received the rc. Agent ramakant who sits in front of shop no. 2 in noida rto, confirmed that he received the rc and handed over to some representative of lavish pahuja. When i asked lavish pahuja he said you will have to pay 2500 towards agent commission and 5000 towards his own commission.

He is now threatning me over phone that he will block my rc and my file at rto and get me arrested if i don't bow down to his demands. Agent ramakant said that he did whatever he was told to do as they work as a group. They are harassing me in the name of the connection they have at rto noida. They must have been doing it with every other customer to make money through fraudulent route.

I need support and help of the system and rto noida as i myself being a government servant very well know that most of these corrupt practices are just being done in the name of government officers while the officers are never involved.

I have applied for my driving license renewal since 29th aug'18 but i haven't received it yet. On the portal it shows status as pending for printing and i am seeing this status since 29th aug. I would request you to please intervene in this and issue my license as early as possible as i am facing lot of issue without it.

I have purchased maruti suzuki alto k10 model (Lmv) on 18th january 2018 and was registered with gj05-rc8106 but still i have not received the rc book which the dealers informed us that it should be received by the customer within 90n days of date of purchase.

I have purchased one TVS JUPITER on OCTOBER 2017, However till date i have not received RC CARD from RTO VASHI, Navimumbai.

Evern visited RTO office around 8 times in last one year, still no clue. every time they say that some printing issue & i will get RC card in next 7 day.

I am not able to register complain in official website of RTO.

RTO ppl give mobile no. ([protected]) to followup but they didnt pic up our call.

Dont know what to do.

Even given written complain to higher office, but still same response.

With reference to the above subject i request the department to kindly allow me to complete the final test for receiving my driving license. My learners license is about to expire and the application is not uploaded on the parivahan website yet. I stay outside of west bengal & work in noida (Uttar pradesh). I urgently require the license as i drive my bike on a daily basis & i cannot come home i. E raghunathganj (West bengal) regularly due to my career priority. The staff members of the office in behrampur (West bengal) were helpless and they suggested me to apply for a learner's licence again which will not be possible as i already paid my application fee and i need a permanent license urgently. If you have an alternative solution it will really help me. You can extend the date by another six months or allow me to take the test in noida, uttar pradesh. I have submitted a few applications to the local transport department but they have not responded me yet and ignored me.

Its been 6 month that i am trying to get a duplicate rc from delhi transport authority (Palam) for our car for which application was submitted with the required documents as told by the employee. But 3 months later i was told that the car was not clear on the loan papers so it was put on hold. Now i was told to submit a new application but i am not able to delete the old application via web portal. So to cancel that application they asked for noc from bank and other documents which i have provided. Its more than 2 months now that they simply say your application has been sent for cancellation and are providing no update. Please assist.

I took noc from kr puram rto to get my vehicle (Ka53 ec 8194) registered in hyderabad.

Recently i found mismatch on chassis number as on rc and on vehicle.

I have checke the noc as well. Still there are two chasis numbers (One is as per pencil imprint and another as per rc)

This was happend due to approach though broker. So rto officials simply sign on the document without checking it.

Now it became huge problem for me to get it registered in other state.

I have to complaint on this and get it corrected as soon as possible.

Please help me on this.

I have passed the driving test at RTO Gurgaon north THREE months ago, got the slip for the DL but have not received the license yet. I was told I would get it delivered latest in a month.
It has been three months. On the website it says approval and printing is pending. Yet I have passed and have got the license number on the form. How can this be?
It is at least two months overdue.
