Dear sir/ ma'am

With reference to the above subject i request the department to kindly allow me to complete the final test for receiving my driving license. My learners license is about to expire and the application is not uploaded on the parivahan website yet. I stay outside of west bengal & work in noida (Uttar pradesh). I urgently require the license as i drive my bike on a daily basis & i cannot come home i. E raghunathganj (West bengal) regularly due to my career priority. The staff members of the office in behrampur (West bengal) were helpless and they suggested me to apply for a learner's licence again which will not be possible as i already paid my application fee and i need a permanent license urgently. If you have an alternative solution it will really help me. You can extend the date by another six months or allow me to take the test in noida, uttar pradesh. I have submitted a few applications to the local transport department but they have not responded me yet and ignored me.

    Its been 6 month that i am trying to get a duplicate rc from delhi transport authority (Palam) for our car for which application was submitted with the required documents as told by the employee. But 3 months later i was told that the car was not clear on the loan papers so it was put on hold. Now i was told to submit a new application but i am not able to delete the old application via web portal. So to cancel that application they asked for noc from bank and other documents which i have provided. Its more than 2 months now that they simply say your application has been sent for cancellation and are providing no update. Please assist.

    I deposited Rs 372 vide Recpt GGN1/1819/099305 on 10.10.2018 and another 295 for support service for HSPR for Maruti SX4 HR 26 BE 2886. I am 70+ and have visited centre 4 times each time without response or even a satisfactory reply. Kindly intimate status as even the receipt has started fading. Hope to get some reply.

      I took noc from kr puram rto to get my vehicle (Ka53 ec 8194) registered in hyderabad.

      Recently i found mismatch on chassis number as on rc and on vehicle.

      I have checke the noc as well. Still there are two chasis numbers (One is as per pencil imprint and another as per rc)

      This was happend due to approach though broker. So rto officials simply sign on the document without checking it.

      Now it became huge problem for me to get it registered in other state.

      I have to complaint on this and get it corrected as soon as possible.

      Please help me on this.

        I have passed the driving test at RTO Gurgaon north THREE months ago, got the slip for the DL but have not received the license yet. I was told I would get it delivered latest in a month.
        It has been three months. On the website it says approval and printing is pending. Yet I have passed and have got the license number on the form. How can this be?
        It is at least two months overdue.
        [protected] is my application number. If any Ody could tell me what to do from here?

          Hi team,

          I transferred my vehicle from bangalore to rajasthan (Udaipur) and obtained noc from the rto on 26 june 2018. For re-registering my vehicle in udaipur, the rto is asking for vahan site updation, which hasn't been done by bangalore rto. Tried reaching bangalore rto, but, the response i get is that the site updation is not taken care by them. Please help me in getting updated noc status on my vehicle - ka51mh6736. It has been 4 months since i have been trying to contact rto and vahan, no one is taking responsibility to get this fixed.

          I'm complaining on the bus name shivaparvathi with the plate number KA.20A5372. Which always occupies the foothpath and doesn't let the padistriands walk near joythi front of maharaj hotel. And today it even hit me and pushed aside

[protected] for ll driving license and my appointment date for test was 2/11/2108 but when i go for test in office staff says system not respond today come tomorrow and as i went next day same problem was held and staff says today is only same date’s appointment will consider and come tomorrow when i come today same was called to me.               Sheroi rto.in mandar has stopped the bus with full of passengers and in witch small children. Hart parent. And ladies. We r in trouble plz help us. Rto person has stop the bus for sum paper work problem with the buss. And tax not paid by bus oner. But we r all not responsible for the. We have request the officer to seez his original paper and let him drop to ower booked location. But thai r not responding. So if any problems. Or sum incident happenes u people will be responsible for that's. So i kindly request to u. To give a call and tell them to send us home

                I bought one two wheeler wb24aq7941 from animesh suzuki, agarpara, kolkata on 08.07.2018

                Till now i didnot receive smart card in my name. They are now telling there is some issues from rto and so many other excuses are being made by the agency. At the time of purchase i was being informed that i will receive within a month or two. Now it is already four months passed and receiving the same excuse on enquiry.
                Being into the public service it has become difficult to track the actual status of the card.

                Kindly look into the matter and do the needful

                  Description:Two wheeler parked outside talaopali area in thane west where no sign board was mentioned.
                  Vehicle got towed.

                  Sign/symbols for "No parking" should be made on roads where parking is not allowed.

                      Sir i had booked a vehicle from bangalore to cuttack, odisha with siddhi vinayak logistics and certain commitments were made by the owner of siddhi vinayak logistics.in the first telephonic conversation it was finalized an advance of rs.5000 to be paid by me to the siddhivinayak logistics a/c [protected], ifsc barb0sangra, bank of baroda, branch mt after the payment was done the owner refused to agree to the advance payment and later revised the advance payment to 15000 for which the email image is attached below. Then after paying further 10000 which made the advance payment of 15000 again the owner refused to the said commitment and further asked to pay 13000 more so that he can send the car. But after failing 2 commitments i feel that am been cheated and asked to cancel the deal, the owner of siddhi vinayak logistics agreed to pay the above said 15000 to my bank account. Even on i. E. 31.10.2018 in the morning i called and the owner told me that he will be transferring the amount by 10:30am but the owner is refusing to recognize me. Please sir look into the matter as i am even attaching the details which the owner had send me via whatsapp (Company pan card, vehicle license).

                        Traffic police just catch me when i was crossing the green signal and made a fine of breaking the signal
                        I was shock because the rto office was standing after signal where the signal was not visible to the police and they just stop me and said u jumped the signal i[censored] see the evidence photo there is no evidence of breaking the signal

                          replacement of dl - after 75 days yet the license is not issued

                          I have applied for replacement of DL in Vadodara RTO with all the processes and submitted all the documents. Now its been more than 75 days and yet I have not received the license.
                          When I have checked about the status in the below link it is showing as "APPROVAL OF ENDORSEMENTS ON DL" in the Application Process Stage.

                          I have made a payment for test for learning license in maharahtra sarthi parivahan website.
                          Amount has been deducted from my bank account as i have got msg from bank, but the website still shows my payment is pending.

                          Kindly help me with this.
                          I am not able to recover money from bank also and also the payment status is not chaning even after i checked after 6-7hours.

                            On parking payment receipt, only rs. 2 has to be paid as rent for cycle for one day. But costomer is forced to pay rs. 10. On complaining, parking staff started misbehaving. It's happening in begusarai cycle stand (In begusarai railway campus), begusarai bihar. And municipality corporation is doing nothing about it to solve the issue.
                            Please do something about it.

                              Sir i completed all licence related activity on july but still not received my licence...in last week i anquiry in rto pune about my licence but he said me to go in rms pune speed post office... And that office i received the information about my licence is delivered in my location at 23/7/2918
                              But actually i have no received my licence... So plz help me...

                                  I have applied for my driving licence (Dl) with application no: [protected] for 4 wheeler (Lmv-nt) at dy. Rto, vashi on 19/9/2018. I was told that i would get my permanent licence within 25 days but still i haven't got my dl yet.

                                  Following status is being displayed as pending at the sarathi portal:
                                  1) approval of dl
                                  2) printing of dl in form 7 &
                                  3) dispatch of the dl & psv badge pending.

                                  So i kindly request you to speed-up the process for my application no: [protected]

                                  I have paid rs 650 from bank for new driving license. The status on parivahan site still shows as "payment is pending... Please wait for 30 mins for confirmation from the bank or please connect rto". Money has been deducted from my bank account.
                                  Today 25.10.2018 I have a computer test. At the time of verification at vastral AHMEDABAD. Gujarat the officer reject my form because of not proper document. When I have done process online bankpassbook is acceptable but. Today they did not accept my computer test form.

                                    The on line procedure for renewal of drivers license requires on line payment thru SBI epay which is not a popular / widely accepted method for on line payment.This forces the applicant to open a/c in SBI.
                                    RTO directs applicant to contact outside private agency sitting outside RTO compound who is charging Rs 200 to arrange e receipt of payment of Rs 400.
                                    It is nothing but indirect method of bribe collection.Why payment is not enabled thru various prescribed mode of payment for on line transaction like debit cards/credit cards/bank accounts of reputed private /public sector banks/paytm/BHIM etc
                                    Why such unhealthy practice is developed?

                                      Ahmedabad rto was collecting fees offline as well as online. But all sudeen stopped offline payment and insist of 100% online payment. But while making online payment either (A) page do not open (B) page goes into error (C) after deducting payment online payment goes in to error or reciept not getting generated. For all these issue again need to go to rto ahmedabad and need to get error rectified. Even after rectification rto refuse to print reciept. And due to this online payment systerm error, applicant need to visit rto for 2 or 3 time for error rectification. So it is harrasement to applicant. Need immediate rectification in online payment system. So that payment can be done online in first effort.

                                      Hi good morning actual I paid all the pending fines and when I check it’s shows clear every thing den later wen I check it’s shows again 2 fines and the dates shows 7th oct Wer I paid all the fines on 15 the oct so how could it possible the dates as 7th oct plz give me ur feedback on this..and do let me knw the solution..
