I have submitted and application for reissue or driving license and have registered under Pune RTO (Bund Garden Road).

It is more than 1 year and 5 months and we didn't get the new one. The application number which we have got in the message is[protected].
I have dropped so many mails to sarthi helpline mail but no response received.
Can I expect a reply for the same.
RTO India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I had given my final Driving Licence test on 4th-sep-2018 to Barrackpore RTO kolkata & passed the same and i also received a approval msg from them of my driving licence on 01.10.2018 still after 76 days i haven't receive the DL. Please look into it...really its a harassment.

    I have submitted a online form for new learners licence online. Also paid the full amount that is 950.00 inr. But due to some error in online form so when i visit the rto mayur vihar ph.1 they said it can't be corrected you need to submit the form again and also again pay the fee. I don't get any option online to edit the information after payment for learners license.
    So i have submitted the form and fee again and apply for new learners licence.

    Now i want my money back because i need to do the payment twice that is 950.00 inr.

    Attached are the details.

    Hope i will get my money refund

    I passed test on 1/12/2018 but still not recived my dl
    and my application no is [protected] and DOB 12/06/2000 i want to know whats happening so make sure it has been dispatched and reach my adress
    otherwise i will take action agnst this
    I can not access payment getway It shows error : "Token number mismatch, Plaese wait for 15 minutes and proceed with VERIFY PAY STATUS"
    what should I do ?? I can not understand ? I hop you will help me Today is my driving test so please help me as soon as possible. Can I pay offline?

Sir i have completed up all the stages including the fees from my side and everything in the sarathi website is showing completed but at the last stage that is the dispatch of the dl and psv badge the counter is showing allotment information unavailable and the dispatch stage is pending from rto side sir i am providing you the application number - [protected] and do the needful.

        I bhushan jangra c/o anand pur shakarpur east sold my car dl7cl-6495 in the month of october but still i have not received my money and for the same i have file a fir against of it as well to recover my car from them.. And i have afraid of any mishapping from my car

          I am tonymon varghese. I bought one bike (Pulsar rs 200, kl04al295) from a used cars & bikes showroom in arattuvazhy, alappuzha 1 month ago. But even after 1 month they have not transferred the ownership of the bike. I had got the sale letter signed from them, but i am worried.
          They are not attend my calls and 3 times i came there, owner says please wait after 1 year they will clear paper works.
          Please suggest what will i do?

            I have passed driving license on date 06/04/2017 for that i have also received license number mh[protected] but even after 20 months i have not received my license. For obtaining my license i had also given application for change in biometrics on 31/01/2018 by paying rs.500 but even i have not got my license. I have approached many times to rto but no one is helping me. Anyone out there, please help me to get my license. Please help. My application number is[protected]. Please help.

              I had to pay 150rs for my ll licence, when i initiated my process, my internet went down and could not make payment successfully, but not its showing me
              "payment made through the selected gateway is failed due to
              Token number mismatch, plaese wait for 15 minutes and proceed with verify pay status"

              And i cannot create another application too for my ll licence, i already hold dl licence for mcwg, and i want to take dl licence for lmv category now, but my earlier ll licence got expired so i needed new one.

              Please help me to solve this as soon as possible, its has taken more than 5-6 days already

                Sir,
                I am passenger from arcot to vellore. I travel this route daily by using bus no 7j at time of 7.00am at bharathinagar stop.
                The correct timing of this bus is 7.10 am at sipcot to reach, but always departure in late (Almost 15 min late). Because of this bus put stand on esi bus stop or inbetween to pick up one lady on esi bus stop or inbetween place (To reach near sipcot bus stop).
                Suppose that lady coming late by walk on street lifting hand means bus driver and conductor stop our running bus until she had come.
                That lady also regularly coming late and stop our running bus (Not only one day regularly doing this on that bus stop that lady also taking advantage to coming late because her thought was bus will stop and wait for me).
                Its not good and particularly always the bus shift late frequently, because of his irresponsibility.
                Most of passengers get difficult to travel to the destination at correct time. Particularly i always affect by late arrival to my work area.
                So please take any action on him to solve the problem.
                Sir, please take action and give instructions to driver and conductor ready to take passengers only on bus stop not at inbetween place. Dont wait for any passengers its not private bus. Passengers should pick up at correct route time.
                Wheather somebody stop the bus on inbetween place is possible only for one day it is allowed. But not at all the day.

                Please i request you sir to take action immediately.

                  I paid my fees for driving license and after paying i am not getting a slot suitable for me. Being a student i live in pune and i cannot go to dehradun for my dl test as my exams are going on and after my exmas my learning licence will expire as well. So i wanted the fees i paid to be refunded. I paid 1020 rupees. I contacted them and they say that fee cannot be refunded now

                    Transfer RC not received.
                    Hi,

                    I had applied online for change of ownership of vehicle no. DL9CAG9555 through online application no. DL180628T0638024 by submitting online fee and uploading all the required documents. I was given appointment for submission of all required documents and original RC which were submitted by me in RTO office Palam on 03.07.2018 but did not get any sms or email. More than 60 days and still don’t know when will I get new transferred RC. I have tried to contact RTO Palam/Dwarka on Telephone no. [protected] so many times but no one asnwered. Hence it is requested to instruct RTO Palam (DL 09) Authority to change the ownership of vehicle no. DL9CAG9555 immediately and send RC on my address and give status on my mobile no. [protected] & Email id- [protected]@rediffmail.com immediately.

                        I am anikumar resident at plot no 137 kkr garden 1 st main road madavaram chennai 60, people are not parking their vehicle properly though they have parking space instead of that they park their vehicle in front of my plot which cause many problems sometimes it get converted in fights if you can do something regarding this kindly take strict action.
                        Please visit during late evening hrs and you can see the how peoples are parking in front of my plot.

                            Sir, i submitted my appointment on 17/11/18. After than i deposited my money to the office. Aftet that i am unable to get a appointment for learning licence. So many l have try it. At night 12 p. M when i opened it, the appointment date would green but they messaged me that, appointment time will start from 1 a. M. When i opened it at 1 a. M, they messaged me that all slat are booked. I think there is something happening. I am giving my all derails. Please see the matter. Otherwise the appointment for learning licence would not possible for me without agent.

                              I received sms of driving licence approved on 16 november 2018 but not received at my address yet. So where should i contact for it. Can i get contact number of it. I have applied for driving licence in rto office jalgaon. Also if i will have to visit rto office inform me.                                 I went to regional transport office, fort, thiruvananthapuram on 17.12.2018 to book a vehicle registration number for a vehicle which i am going to buy. Accidentally i approached joint rto n. Thankarajan. When i expressed my purpose of visit, he got irritated and shouted at me "have you got any reference number or token?" when i said "no", he got more irritated and again shouted. So i went out and inquired another employee at counter. He guided me to motor vehicle inspector (Mvi). This time i was "lucky" and he helped me.

                                The office was tremendously rushy. Maybe that's the reason why mr. Thankarajan lost his mental health. Other employees i approached for the process - the mvi, the guys at main counter and counter 8- seems very polite, civilized and professional. I recommend either the crazy employees like mr. Thankarajan should be taught how to behave properly or they should be sent to some advanced asylum.

                                  This is mangesh magar from maharashtra actually i bought two wheeler in oct 2017 and yet i did not get the rc book.
                                  I went to the rto office and they told me to check into the post office as well as in show room so i checked there but rc book was not present with them.
                                  Also in the rto office they dont have any information about my rc book.

                                    As i'm staying in government hostel of gkvk bengaluru, rto officer refused to give the ll test claiming that he will not give for hostel students, and he was rude enough for that. I'm staying in the government university recognised in india, why i can't get licence as i was staying in that university. If so they can't give for hostel students. How come they give for the students who will go from driving school. It's a kind of corruption by rto officials. I went for ll test dated 15: 12: 2018. Kindly enquire about it.                                       My self mrs. Jyoti d tailor, i have a hero duet (Blue color) gj-06-km-2699.

                                      I have received traffic e-challan on dated 30.08.2018 17:34:42, i have identified discrepancy about vehicle that as per challen & traffic control room record this vehicle was silver colour & may be hero pleasure as per i visited a traffic control room,

                                      This vehicle driven by unknown person as per my reference,

                                      I am reporting to you as above matter due to same number for two vehicle identified,

                                      So taken a necessary action for future unaccepted happening,

                                      I have attached necessary document here. (Rc book, e-challan, my real vehicle photo, photo as per e-challan & traffic control room)

                                        In may 2018, i moved from noida to hyderabad on a short notice, so had to get the noc from rto. I went to rto and got in touch with the agent kuldeep nagar. He demanded for rs.3000, i agreed because i had to get it asap. Then he told me to get the tax refund, i was unaware and agreed to get the tax refund. For which he took rs.10000. When i refused, he came to my office and started convincing. I got lured and gave 10000. Then after few days, he again asked for 7000. I had to give him, thinking if i don't give him 7000, the previously given 10000 will also be gone. Then one day he called me to rto for getting one application signed for tax refund. When i reached there, he got some document signed and then again asked for 3500. Reason being, he needs it urgently to get the tax refund cheque issued immediately and will return that in sometime.

                                        So in total, he took rs.20500 and never ever got me the tax refund. He kept on making excuses everyday.
                                        And eventually the date came when i had to move to hyderabad and i travelled.

                                        And now, he's not even refunding the money.
                                        This guy takes advantage of you helplessness and does these frauds on regular basis.0

                                        Please help. Rs.20500 is not a small amount.
