As per Government rule, we do not buy a motorcycle without licence.So, I tried for a licence from 12/07/2018.Now I passed all tests(approved dl on 13/09/18).But the process of licence is very slow.They only approved my DL.["Printing of dl in form 7 (Smart card) and dispatch of the dl and psv badge" are still Pending.]So, please help me to complete this process faster by WB97.

I have deposited rs.503/- for learning licence on line. Receipt no mhh/3081993 dated 16/09/2018. I was given appointment at rto andheri. On the date of interview the lady si tting there told me that you have deposited the fees to wrong rto you deposit it again & go to dahisar rto. While depositing the money i have clearly mentioned my address & the money should not have been accepted by the rto andheri. When the department is same why i should deposit money again & if i have to deposit why they are not refunding my money

I had purchased my tvs vehicle mh12pb2084 in jan 2017 for which i have not received the rc book from the rto, pune till the date.

I went to collect the same to rto office. They sent me to gpo pune to collect the rc book but instead the gpo officer told us that we should fill up a complaint form to speed post as the rc book was failed to be delivered by them and can't be found at their office. I then went to submit the complaint form at speed post office near parcel office - pune station. Where again i was given a letter written that my complaint was "time barred" as they preserve record only for 6 months. This letter i should again in rto where they are now asking me to fill form no.26 which is for duplicate rc book.

My question is when i purchased the vehicle each and every information is submitted to the dealer at the time of purchase so how can i not receive the rc book for such a long period. Second if the courier sent by speed post was returned then why i was not informed at that time though they have all records (Mobile number is always submitted to the dealer at the time of purchase).

And last if i have not received the original rc book due to mistake of rto and gpo why should i apply for duplicate book and pay for it also go to the police station to complaint about the loss of rc book. Why should i pay for the negligence and inappropriate duties performed by the rto pune, gpo pune and even the dealer who sold us the vehicle.

Though, in frustration, i had applied for duplicate rc at online, again for which no update i have been received. App no: mh180829v8764478, receipt no: mh180829c3778030

I have brought my vehicle activa, ka-03jf1260 from bangalore karnataka to pune maharashtra.

After a long painful procedure i paid the tax and submitted all documents for new rc at pune, without the help of any broker. It took me almost 6 months. The staff at rto is not at all cooperative and simple do the work for brokerage money. But still did not receive my rc, at parivahan website it is showing below status, when will i receive my new rc.

Please assist

I have not recd rc book. My tracking nos is eg[protected]in. I has received msg on 23/7/18 that ur rc book is dispatch. But till today is 16/9/2018 i have not received rc book. I check the status that address is insufficient. But i have given sufficient address proof. I can't understand whr is rc book. Plz check it and soon dispatch my rc as early as possible. Do kindly

I lost my rc book of my bike in kolhapur. Bike is registered in kolhapur. Now i live in bombay. So i gave a job of duplicate rc book to an agent named raosaheb desai in rto office kolhapur. He got the form 26 filled and took xerox of pan card, aadahar card, residential proof from me. Took the chassis number. He got the form signed from the officials inside the rto office. Now he is stalling me since 8 months. How can i know about the progress of my duplicate rc book. I m frustrated... Plz help

Made a payment regarding issuing new learner licence on 14/12/2017 but after payment when i going to book slot then dates will not shown for free slots. Due to this problem i am getting late and my payment receipt got dead after 6 months. So, i request you to please refund my money ₹200/- that i paid to transport department (U. P.).

I am hitesh sahu. I registered my vehicle 2 years ago having chassis no md2a74bz3gwc03410, engine no jhzwgc43229. I was given registration number mh14fr3023. I have the receipts while doing registration. But i never received rc book. If i search this registration number online, it shows different owner name. Can you please check what happened to my application.

As working professional with all correct documents, we had earnestly applied for new dl (As earlier dl was issued from another state & we didnt wish to apply for noc). However, the rto office refuses to take any other address proof other than aadhaar card which due to typo error had "c/o" mentioned in my address section. While all facts remained correct, the rto official just didnt want to accept any other address proof (Passport or property papers or phone bill). While aadhaar updation is in itself another challenge for working people who cant take off on working days for sarkari office visits, we have been desperately trying to reach helpline to figure an alternate solution. To out utter dismay, it seem none of the customer care numbers work
-driving license customer care 24×7 toll free number[protected]: they only cater to queries for up region (As per the person on other end)
-[protected] : they dont look into driver's license related queries, only transport related queries
[protected]: again, the automated option doesnt give you chance to connect with customer care officer

This is ridiculous as aam janta cannot reach for clarification for processes which are dependent on the babu sitting on the other end. Only making a strong case for touts & agents to prosper as going through direct route will only burn you down.

If there is any way i can get help to understand if passport address can be accepted (And this is also passed onto rto office personnel), i will be able to get my dl renewed peacefully without making too many rounds of the rto office.

I met with an accident from this vehicle in shivaji nagar, pune, people should stop during red light signal i did the same thing but the owner of the above mentioned number he was in speed and bang on me, kindly take the necessary action and let me know if anything required.

I have applied for learning license, i pad Rs.1800 for fees through Net banking and when i check there was not show for money paid, so i paid again Rs. 1800 for new LL. When i seen in my bank account there was money deducted two times. So i want to refund my money. What i have to do for refund money from Rto.

My application number for DL renewal is [protected] submitted at RTO, Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. All procedure?processeses/requirements were completed and the online Application Status on Govt. of India site (Parivahan) Sarathi (https://parivahan.gov.in/sarathiservicecov8/sarathiHomePublic.do) is showing that printing of DL in Form 7 (Smart Card) was completed on 28.8.2018 but even after two weeks of that it has not been dispatched as yet.

Applied for my wife driving license with the help of so called rto agent kuldeep who took rs 2700 from us for license. Now, i m calling and want to meet him but he refused to meet and block my number. He is fraud agent which took our hard earned money. Now a days again seen him in the office of rto office.

Please let me know what is meaning of this stage and how to get update.

I had applied for hypothecation removal for my two wheeler in rajajinagar rto a month ago. I traveled for two times and the distance from my place to rajajinagar is around 30 kms.

Though i went there and applied, it's been more than a month and i still not received my original rc card.

I called them and asked but the lady from rto picked the call and said "you need to come to our office and enquire". They have to deliver it to my address but they say we don't have any information about your application and disconnected the call.

Government service is becoming too worst now a days.

I applied for driving licence from rto kashmir. My driving test was taken on 6/9/2018. I passed the test and the result was also uploaded on the portal. Since then i am checking the status of my application and it is showing "under process for approval at rto level.
Printing of driving licence pending.
Please help me to get my driving licence.

But still i have not received rc of my vehicle in about 3 month while i have receipt a massage from e - vahan of receipt of my registration application as

If i contact to the honda rahul motors dealer then he is not responding and giving the status of my rc of my vehicle. So you are requested to do the needful action to provide rc of my new vehicle as early as possible. Due to without vehicle rc i am facing many type of difficulty to use my vehicle.

The page gets redirected directly saying the payment failed due to token mismatch. For the last two days i and my son have been trying to submit the payment every 15 minutes. We approached the staff at rto office near judges bunglow, ahmedabad and rto, sabarmati. But there was no help extended. The refused to accept...
