I have purchased vehicle on 02.06.15 but till date i have not recived ont time tax deposit receipt/challan, vehicle number allotted to me etc why so much of time required & what govt deptt think we will purchase vehicle & keep that at home till we will get all required documents/information from RTO? Today every thing is online then why so much time required when our govt deptt will wake up? if any chance they get fortunately/unfortunately they will stop & start their procedure what about their working style like me so many suffering. I have already made complaint but still no communication this is INDIA Regards

I have submit the prescribed form for Termination of Hypothecation duly filled and signed both from the Bank and myself with the relevant fees paid under Receipt No.GX90909 dated[protected]. I have received an SMS on my above mobile “Termination of Hypothecation is done for Vehicle No. MH12JZ4997 (Receipt No.GX90909) on 28-May-2015 Thanks RTO, PUNE, I have received this massage on[protected]. After that I have received another massage on[protected] that “RC of MH12JZ4997 is handed over to DEPARTMENT OF POST on 11-June-2015, for Speed Post delivery, Thanks, RTO, Pune. Again and again I have received the same massage on[protected] at 11.53 a.m. that “RC of MH12JZ4997 is handed over to DEPARTMENT OF POST on 23-June-2015, for Speed Post delivery, Thanks, RTO, Pune. On[protected] at 12.23 p.m. that “RC of MH12JZ4997 is handed over to DEPARTMENT OF POST on 25-June-2015, for Speed Post delivery, Thanks, RTO, Pune. On[protected] at 11.50 a.m. and 12.14 p.m. that “RC of MH12JZ4997 is handed over to DEPARTMENT OF POST on 26-June-2015, for Speed Post delivery, From the above massage I confused that whether my RC is handed over to DEPARTMENT OF POST for Speed Post on[protected] or[protected] or[protected]r[protected], please confirm and do the needful, so as to I can receive my RC as early as possible.

I have purchased vehicle on 02.06.15 from Chandrapur but still i have not received any documents from RTO towards fees deposited, Number allocation letter etc. Why so much time required & how much days we wait for receiving number we have not purchased vehicle to keep at home till RTO will allott number & fear to drive on road on temp number. Now a days every thing is online then why should govt deptt takes too much time & when we will proud n our govt offices & their timely services Regards

I have given my Driving test for Four Wheeler at Wadala RTO on 2nd January 2015 & passed the test. And it was informed by Noble Motor Trainig School that License will come directly through postal service within 45 days. It has been 6 months now but I am not able to track my License, even the agent is refusing to answer since there is no tracking system for license. I visited 2 times RTO Wadala office but they are also unable answer. I do not know what to do. There is no toll free complaint number nor any rto's email id where i can share my problem. sir, in front of budrayani hospital some auto rickshaw drivers refuses to destination e.g. railway station due to sort distant and take extra fine so inconvinent to patient and their relatives so please take some necessary actions on this auto rickshaw drivers. I am trying to take appointment for the issuing learning licence. First I tried on 07th may. RTO gave appointment on 3rd August Directly (Three month for the appointment of the LL) This is like asking for appointment to donate 100crore. After 1 month after the issue of LL you can book appointment for DL. ( I haveheard it takes more time than LL) So, If I pass My LL test on first attempt. i.e on 3rd august( if the system are working on that day, My all document are Ok according to them) Then the earliest I can apply For DL is 3rd september. which might give me appointment assuming it to be three months (probably it will be more) It would be 3rd december. After Installing IT infrastructure by Goverment. The person wanted to take driving licence on 6th may will be able to take licence atleast by 3rd December. If everything goes right. (any document missing, fail in LL/DL exam on crucial day) again delay of three months. In case any emergency arises on crucial day. ( you are gone) What an efficient utilization of resources By our RTO staff. Previously it was way better in terms of TIME. Please improve the system Sir 7 months (bare minimum for issuing DL) is too much sir. looking forward for reply

I have been waiting since 6-7 months for my permanent 4-wheeler and 2-wheeler licence to come. I completed my licence exam on 4/09/2014 at Andheri RTO. Even I had contected my Motor Learning School ( Royal Motor Driving School, Vile Parle ), but they are not giving us proper reasoning and neglecting us. We enquired at the Andheri RTO, they are not giving us the status of my licence. It is very irresponsive behavior of RTO office. I have been visiting RTO Rajajinagar ever since 1 year by now. My vehicle Number KA 02 EH 9936, had been given to transfer the ownership to my name. That has been completed by 28.05.2014 and still they have not given me registration card. I have asked them several times, every time they tell me to get a file. Am Dr.Anant daily traveler from dombivli station to midc dombivli The autirukshws have fare of rs. 14 as share and drivers keep 4 passenger in it where today one driver abussed for not giving extra rs 1 he was taking rs. 15 instead of 14. He abussed me today morning and tried assult on me this becomes daily even with other custmers and with femals as well. I have purchase my new car and need to be registered at rto office. First i was asked to do affidavate for my address proof (As i had shifted to my new house) and after doing affidavate again mr. Balla (Asst. Director rto) says that i can't register my car as he needs photocopy of my passport, which i submitted again as per his requirement. Then mr. Chavan rto officer needs the full address of bank from whom i have taken loan (Bank stamp is already there in form) then too he needs full address of bank. I have mentioned bank address as per his requirement also, but now he is not available to signe my registration form. Every time i have to take leave from my job and go to rto office but my work is not done. The peon (Agent) says you don't need to worry or do all formalities if i proceed the form through him. I can't understand i am being harssed only because i prefer to register my vehicle through myself and not giving any breef to these corrupte officer.
One side we say that we ourself can only stop corruption but our system is so complicated that the common man can't fight with these system.
Either we need to resign from our job and then can fight with the system.

Sir, we daily road walker from pathanwadi to oberoi mall goregaon east. Under oberoi mall goregaon east flyover there is afoot path for public to walk but one side of footpath is broken and from there very day 2 wheelers bike drive in full speed they do not even see whether there are kids/children/ ladies walking.
We ladies have once complaint to RTO officer present at same road by no response and same thing is happening repeatedly. i request concern RTO offices to do the needful.
as this is for public safety this need to give high priority.
if this request is not attended will send to video of the same along with RTO officers standing near highway.

I have submitted all papers and paid required fees for transfer of 2-wheeler RC book from Koramangala RTO to K.R. Puram RTO for motor cycle KA01 EX-3316, under which I reside. This was done on 12.3.2015. Acknowledgement stated document will be sent by Speed Post within 30 working days. But so far I have not received the same from RTO K.R. Puram. Bought Ritz on July 2014 (MH12LD0983). RC book / Smart card is not received from Pune RTO. It is almost 10 months now... I purchased a car under exchange offer from My car dealer Malviya nagar Bhopal on 30.09.2014.Till I have not been able to get my registration card.Howeve, company had provided my registration particulars long back.I have been given to understand that RTO Bhopal dispatched the said card 62023 at my address Ashok Kumar Shrinagar, C-30, Padmnabhnagar, Bhopal 462023 on 27.02.2015 but did not give me registration letter number.Govindpura Bhopal post office(our area post office) says it has not yet received any such letter to deliver.They have not returned either any such letter.I have been in regular touch of the concerned DAK person.Company say their job is over once registration particulars reaches the customer because they recover registration fees from customer at the time of purchase and agent fees.I am groping in the dark.Car registration number has been advised by company as MP/04-CN 3952 with RTO Bhopal.
