Hi Team, Its been 3 weeks after i have got delivery of my bike but still i have not received my bike's number. Hello, Subject: Regarding the tampered meter for auto rickshaw with vehicle number: MH 12 AU 2433 I am a regular traveller, I regularly travel by autos and cabs. Couple of days back I went to Swargate Bus stand from area near Balewadi stadium through a good cab service, I was charged 269 Rs. for 18.9 Kms during day time. While returning I took auto rickshaw: the vehicle number was: MH 12 AU 2433 at 11 P.M on 4-Jan-2015, he had electronic meter, he took a route from Swargate bus stand > Bajirao road > Mangala talkies > Shivajinagar > Baner road > Mahalunge road > Residential society just opposite to Hotel VITS Orchid. This route on google maps shows as 15.8 km, while the auto rickshaws meter showed 28 Kms which we can makeout is totally wrong. This meter showed 422 Rs. and he also took night charge on this i.e 50% of total amount it was before 12 when we reached there, it hardly took half an hour to reach. It clearly shows that the meter has been tampered some how, the reading it totally wrong, there was no one nearby for help, we talked with auto driver showed him the cab service bill but he insisted to pay as per meter including the night charger saying us that there are changed from 1st Jan 2015 and the Fare card is yet to be printed for it. We felt helpless, no one near to help, the police chowki was also not open which is just outside my society on Mahalunge road and we had to end up paying him the money, we payed him Rs. 600. Please take action against this auto driver with vehicle number : MH 12 AU 2433, he was a young guy around 25-27 years of age wearing a silver ring in a ear with average weight may be around 70-80 KG and height around same as me which is 5 foot 8 inches. Dear Sir/ Madam, I have bought my car (second hand) in Hyderabad on 2010. First owner took the money of the tax he paid in AP which is 48 thousand. I moved to Bangalore and I paid 62 thousand road tax. In Pune again asking for 40K road tax. No RTO procedure is in place to get refund. I have filled refund form etc. But getting refund is just too complicated. Why can't the road tax automatically get transffered when someone changes the state. My complaint is simple, don't make consumers pay road tax on changing the state which is quite frequent nowadays. Thanks,

I was traveling on Mumbai Goa highway on 30th December 2014. A group of police intercepted at Kashedi Ghat near Poladpur and asked to show me all my car documents. I had all my documents, only PUC was pending to be renewed. The traffic police asked to pay fine. I agreed to pay fine of Rs 500 (as instructed by police). But then he said, he will fine Rs 100 and demanded Rs 300 total (Rs 200 as bribe). I said 'why extra Rs 200 when I am anyway getting fined for Rs 100). Since the police is king and we are caught at awkward situation, we have to bribe. They start threatening about higher fines, court procedures etc. So in all 3 illegal things happened. 1> The police should not have stopped me for any reason 2> I insisted on full fine receipt, but they forced Rs 100 fine receipt and Rs 200 as bribe. 3> When I checked rules, they do not have right to fine for no PUC. They could have simply kept my license, given me a receipt of keeping license, I could have done PUC and taken back the license from them. In all I have below to say. As far as my experience is concerned, Police is kind of dacaits. They are not cooperative where they could have judged a driver on how he is driving, he is with family etc.They trouble an ordinary citizen, but would let go real trouble makers.

HP office jet 8100 printer under warranty is not working, No support given by HP authorized service providers even after 10 days of complaint registering. Printer is in warranty and we logged complaint to HP on 01.12.2014. they informed the complaint number "5029348" They will come within 2-3 days but upto this time(11.12.2014) no one came to check our printer which is under on site warranty. I had purchased a Mahindra XUV500 from G3 Motors Ltd., taken the delivery on 28th September 2014. Car registration number was given to me by the dealer on 1st October 2014 (registered with Andheri west, Mumbai-RTO) Till now 70 days have gone by, but I STILL HAVEN'T received the RC book. Dealer says that due to high number of registrations and more due to RC Vendor contract ending abruptly, hence, the delay. This is too long for a RC book to be received. And its an internal matter of RTO. Dealer should look into the same with highest priority. I am travelling outside Mumbai next week, but DO NOT have RC book. Please help. regards

I GOT NOC FOR TRANSFER MY FOUR WHEELER FROM MUMBAI TO KOLKATA. THERAFTRE I APPLIED FOR REFUND OF APPLICABLE ROAD TAX AFTER COMPLETION OF THE PROCESS OF CHANGE OF ADDRESS AND REGISTRATION UNDER RTO, BARRACKPUR, WEST BENGAL. IT IS ABOUT 3 MONTHS OVER, THAT I REGRET TO SAY NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER I RECEIVED FROM RTO MUMBAI. I DEMAND JUSTICE.

This is regarding a refund of Life Time Tax (LTT) paid for Vehicle (Maruti Suzuki Estilo) bearing registration no. AP 10 AU 5900, which I purchased from Varun Motors, Begumpet in Year 2010. I paid life time tax of Rs. 39760/- at time of purchase. I shifted to Pune, Maharashtra in 2012 and then re-registered my vehicle at RTA Pune by paying life time tax of Rs. 29558/- and received new registration no. MH 12 JM 7803. On 24th April 2014, I personally submitted a letter to Mr. Nageswara Rao at office of Joint transport commissioner, RTA Khairatabad, Hyderabad stating that the car has been shifted from Hyderabad to Pune, Maharashtra and requested to refund proportionate life time tax. All necessary papers have been verified and submitted to the office for further processing. (Enclosed copy of the letter submitted). I have neither received any communication nor refund till date. I, therefore request RTA Hyderabad authority to kindly look in this matter and do the needful at the earliest.

I have submitted application on 15.9.2014 for renewal of driving licence .My inward No is 293952 14 dated 15.09.2014 .I have not received the same till 1.12.2014 . The validity of temporary receipt is also expired. The scanned copy of receipt is attached for ready reference. Dear whomsoever it may concern, On the 29th of Novemerlber 2014, Saturday my car -Renault Duster KL.07.BW.24 was hit by a pvt.bus KL07.BH.6194 on the palarivattom road in kochi . .My car was in neutral, so it moved forward when the bus thrashed into the car but otherwise, if my car was switched off the accident would have been on a much larger scale, because then it would have bumped into the car. Nothing happened to the car in front of me because i had left some distance but the bus behind me didnt keep any distance and due to this it hit my car. The traffic police in the area immediately came and looked into the issue and told both the parties to report in the edapally police station in kochi on the next day -30th of November 2014, Sunday for resolving the issue and the compensation ma to come a atters.As directed by him we reported in the station but there was no-one from the other side and then the police told to come in the afternoon and again the same thing happened, there was no one from their side. After all this, the police asked us to give a written complaint that had to be submitted to the CI of the Dept. It would be of great help if you could take a quick action in a more efficient manner . Dear sir I have bought a bike in may 2014 from dehradun and i got RC for that bike from RTO Dehradun also. But I am very upsed about its Number plate. I lived in Haridwar and i went to RTO office dehradun 5 times. but i never recieved my number plate. They told me that come again and did not issue my no. They are making excuse again and again. We were 4 o[censored]s travelling in this taxi from Magarpatta to Wakad after office hrs at 6.15 PM the driver started speaking on his cell phone. I requested the driver to stop the car on the side and finish his conversation. The driver pulled the car on the side and refused to drive the car as he affirmed that he will use the cell while he drives. The driver asked us to leave the car if we do not agree with his approach o[censored]sing the cell while driving. We left the taxi and used another taxi to reach home after a wait of 25 minutes on the road.

Dear Concerned, There is Software problem since last at Rajajinagar RTO, We can't able to get register our Vehicles, not possible to get the permits and HP Entry. Then how to Run our vehicles. Its very very inconvenience to the Public. Kindly solve this problem at the earliest by the concern authority.

Sir, I was issued the subject license on 21 Dec 1994 from Tardeo office. The expiry date was 13 May 2014. I applied for the renewal on 05 May 2014 at Vasai (RTO MH48) along with the NOC issued by RTO office Tardeo (MH01). The renewal fee receipt no. 0427316 dated 05 May 2014. In the month of August 2014 I received the renewed driving license with the following details:- DL NO. MH01 [protected] DOI[protected] DLR[protected] Valid till[protected] DOB[protected] As per the RTO rules the first license is issued for 20 years or till the age of 50 whichever is earlier. Subsequently it is renewed for a period of 5 years. If my license was renewed on 09 Jul 2014 the validity should be till 13 May 2019 (for 5 years). However it was issued only for 7 months which does not fall under any of the above category. I returned the license to my agent to check with the RTO office on the dates but they refused to accept the changes. Please advise. Dear Sir/Madam, Ref - Pavti Number 59017 Bike-CBR 250-MH 02 CJ 3043 Sub - Complaint against officer of Goregaon(E) RTO Chowki (Mr Mane) for illegally towing bike from official parking area. My bike was parked in a proper parking area outsite Westin Hotel in Goregaon. However the RTO officer towed the bike from where there was not a single board of NO PARKING. I want you to initiate strict action against such officer. Today I paid fine for no reason and also my valuable time was wasted. And the officer behaved very arrogantly without justifying the reason for towing the bike. I hope you take that complaint seriously and
