I have passed dl test on 16th march 2019. But my dl is still not approved. Why it take so much time. There is even no contact number to dial for rto himmatnagar. There is one number at rto website but it doesn't work. My learner license is about to due. If someone ask me for license then what to do?. It takes nearly 2 months approval or more. Is it right?. MH190312V2723658/MH190312C0797748 But till date there is no responce. Pl. Let me know when i will get the duplicate rc book...
