I have applied for name transfer on RC my scooty no is RJ 19 SJ 6428 throw agent name Razik Ansari & his contact no . +[protected] but still 45 days completed but he is not saying yes or not, so plz action against him because every time he says RTO printing machine is not working & doesn't pick my call & it's not good because after having all types of things RTO Goodwill also damaging plz action against him & tell me what should I do??
I have also complaint before 15 days ago but not satisfied.

I am a USA citizen with us passport, with India Govt. issued OCI permanent visa to stay in India, certifying my Indian address...also having India PAN card, Adhaar card, NRE bank accounts over 10 yrs...another new Indian vehicle already registered in my name from Kolkata, only 2 yrs. before...

Dear team,

I'm an LL holder, and while trying to apply for a new DL, after the document updates, on the payment page, the page got stuck and it says "This site can’t be reached wbifms.gov.in took too long to respond.".

Even after a few days, it does not allow me to opt for a new payment. Please help to reolve this issue.

My application no is[protected] and date of birth is 01.04.1987, my application is under process stage at IMV COUNTER for dispatch of DL and PSV BADGE. I appeared the driving test on 24.05.2019, conducted while entry the application no in sarathi website I get the details and also there PASS RESULT IS SHOWN WITH ADDING OF LMV NT IN MY COV FROM 29.05.2019 BUT STILL IT IS NOT DISPATCHED.

I, Yash Jain, was present with my father at RTO office Banswara, Rajasthan for issuing my new Driving Licence . I was given the time slot of 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. and i reached there on time but even till 11:15 A.M. Officers are not arrived.
The season is also rainy. Many others Applicants are also on time. All are getting delayed. Kindly take some actions against Officers.

I am yoman gautam from saroop nagar, delhi .My driving is not delivered but i got a message that your driving license will delivered in 31 may, 2019 but till then i did not get the driving license, I have asked in post office of samaypur badli but they denied.what should i do in that situation.please help me as soon as possible.

Hi,
My application no is - [protected]. I passed the DL test on 12th Dec, 2018. But still now, it's showing that this is under ARTO level and printing of DL in form 7 is still pending. It has been almost 5 months but I haven't received the DL yet. The online portal is showing the license no as well - WB67 [protected].

Kindly help me to get the DL as soon as possible.

I have been waiting for my driver's licence (Application number [protected])

As per the website printing of dl in form 7 (Smart card) not completed on and the status is stuck on dispatch of the dl and psv badge ever since.

Please do take action and dispatch the licence with immediate effect.

please help me out with this.

I had my driving license test on Saturday[protected], I was there on time according to my slot. But the officers made me wait for 2 hours and then when finally I got the chance to perform in the test, the instructor asked to take back the car outside the gate. When I asked "What about the test?", he said, "this is the test only". He didn't even look at my driving and when today I checked the website, It is showing that I failed in the driving test.
Is this how you people take test?
Please solve this issue on an earliest.

On 3 June 2019 i am failed in driving skill test, then they told me to reapply it after 7 days then I applied for re-booking after 13 days on date 16 June 2019 there is continuously problem occurring for re -booking am trying it from almost last 3 days, the site shows the same thing that 'previous flow need to be completed to go for slot booking' am no under standing what to do...

RTO office, bharuch officer said to us that the courier has been already sent to you on 08/09/2016 by POST, but still we have not received it. and we have also search in ankleshwar POST office, but they said that RTO department has not sent any courier to your name. now what can i do sir ????

My driving licence number is
I have got my driving licence issued on 13/06/18
but i have not received my driving licence yet.
It has been 12 months since i have applied for it but i have not received it. I checked it from my postman but he has not got the licence. I request you to theck the matter and send the driving licence as soon as possible.

My app no [protected] and I am from WB. Trying to book a slot since the last 10 days ..but every time I get a message showing slot booking is not available for the last 30days. Please kindly see the matter. Had it been Delhi it would have been smooth sailing . But in other states it's filled with scam. People don't have so much time that they will sit in front of the computer day in and day out just to book a driving slot. Inspite of all the painstaking hardwork nothing gets done. That's frustrating!

I was driving in the heavy traffic from Ganapathy coimbatore to wards gandhipuram. A public route bus going to Sathy was coming back to my car. There was traffic signal at gp. There was one car on my right hand side and two Bic on my left. The sathy bus was standing at my back. There was no space to move on with side. The bus driver purposefully came and hit my car. When asked why did he hit my car. The conductor peeping his head out said that the car has to move right. This is such a stupid behaviour of the bus conductors and driver. I think the driver is drunken and drive. When there is no common sense for the driver driving a public transport then where is the safety for the passengers traveling inside the bus. The RTO HAS TO TAKE STRINGENT ACTION AGAINST SUCH IRRESPONSIBLE PERSON AND REMOVE THEM PERMANENTLY FOR THE SAKE OK SAFETY OF PEOPLE SO THAT THE ACCIDENT RATE COMES DOWN.

Time of accident is 9.10 pm at GP signal.

I have applied my LLR for the first time...
I have done all the steps as per basics
Finally I have done my payment but it was not happend unfortunately...
So i have came back and trying to apply again but my status was in pending and also displaying my adhar was already registered...
So could you please help what should I do???

I Had applied for Driving Licence for 4 Wheeler. On going at the RTO they informed me that the application has been made for both 2 & 4 Wheeler. And that the application can not be furthered as I was having the licence for 2 wheeler. They didnt upgraded it for only 4 Wheeler. Now I want my applcation fee of Rs. 1350 to be refunded back in my account.

Today morning at Thane Naka, the auto driver (REG. No. MH 46 BH 4579) driving rashly & almost he rammed us without any indication. After that I asked him about what he had done he replied rudely with abusing words to me. We are on the way to our offices on our two wheeler. I'm with my wife. Instead of proper driving auto drivers always bullied others at Panvel. Like this incident....
