Rto India — not giving my driver's licence

I have the approval for my licence. They are asking me to go from one room to another. For that i have to wait in queue for long time. They are not even providing me enough information.
I already wasted a valuable day to get my licence and i did not get anything.
Please make sure, all the employees here are little bit customer friendly and do their job properly.
I can't come here everyday to entertain them.
Hopefully this complaint will reach to proper place and someone will take some action.

I am waiting here from 10am. ARTO told me to wait till 2.30pm. Nobody is here yet to provide me the licence.
This office is waste of my time. If you can't work, please privitise the office.

I have a car REGISTRATION no- AS23E1631. i went dto office lotz of time to get the RC transferred but they everytime tell that they cannot transferred the verhicle bcoz they lost thIS CAR RECORD.. m in very much problem of money now how can i sell my car.. plz help me out..

I am not getting refund from RTO Karnataka Indiranagar branch against the Car Registration number Ka03 MX 3701.

I was relocated to Pune and got my car registered in this place.

My driving licence renewal application No.[protected], submitted at RTO, Louis Wadi, Thane (MH-04) on 27th Feb. 2018 - Licence still not received and on line status showing as "pending at printing of DL on form 7" since 27th March 2018. The endorsement got approved on 27th March 2018 after my reminder to them. I was informed that I would receive my Licence in 10 days time but nothing seems to be moving forward. Why such a delay? Request to speed up the process.
