I have given driving test for four wheeler permanent license on 31-Mar-2017 at Kolhapur RTO (Mh-09).
However i have not yet received the driving license.

On 16/02/2018 i gave test for permanent driving licence test an till now its showing pending status for printing of driving licence on form 7 and dispatch of driving licence and psv badge too on website saarthi. Nic. So i kindling request you to d i have successfully passed the exam at mh31 nagpur city rto, butupdate the details as fast as possible. Its much urgent. Approval of dl has already been completed on 18/02/2018. So please do printing fast and update it as fast as possible. Please pay your valuable attention towards my request.

I am writing this to notify you that I have applied for duplicate renewal of my registration card JH04F 4431 on January 2018. To my surprise when I received the duplicate my name, father's name, address and owner serial has changed though I did not sold/transfer my bike to anyone.

After this I am following up with this issue with DTO Dumka office from last five months and as per them they has already send my issue to Ranchi office for correction. I have also personally visited FPP bhawan in Dhruva Ranchi on 19th Feb but could not get any proper response. I request you to act aggressively in this case and reissue my duplicate registration card with all proper details. I am attaching following documents for your ready reference.
1) Insurance
2) Registration Card (Original)
3) Duplicate Registration Card (This needs to be rectified)
4) Application (Scan copy received from DTO Dumka)
5) Original invoice of Bike

I have apply to and learning to four wheeler driving and license to shree motor training school at kalyan niwale nakka malagad and the owner are given to all amount to me and i can pay 5000 rps to learning and license to four wheeler but his call me at said u can pay to after give to test drive will be smart card 1200 rps extra.. It's is not good na sir he can said before join the class the every fees are including to 5000 rps to learning and license.. Plz sir u can take strike action

I bought bajaj ct100b on 17th march, 2018. It's being 2 months now and i have not received any message regarding my bike number. Just recently on 14th of may i received a message regarding registration fees paid. I don't understand why is it taking so long for the number to be generated. I stay in talegaon-dabhade and i work in hinjewadi. I bought this bike so that it would help me for travelling. I seriously need my bike as it is really cumbersome to travel. Please consider my request and provide me number for my bike. The traffic police won't let me go with my bike. They ask for rs. 1000 as fine to travel with that bike, even after i consider all other rules like helmet and driving licence. I'm seriously tired of this.

I'd applied for a learning licence from dto jalandhar on friday and they ask me collect the licence on monday. After that i visited the dto twice and both the time, they didn't issued me licence. First day, after a long row, wasting more than 1 hour, they simply reject saying printer is not working. Well fine i visited dto second time, and this time their system isn't working, great. They don't value our time and efforts. They just postpone to next day.

I had applied for learners license and the payment of 352 rs is deducted from my Paytm Payments bank ltd account. But it is still showing payment pending. Then again i tried with my Yes Bank account still same error persist. Please help me out of this and kindly refund the 352/- + 352/-.

Sir i had a big harresment of traffic officers. Name ravindra shidke, he tow my bike unnecessarily even i was standing near my bike, i told him i came here for bike repairing and i was standing in front of a garrage and talking to thevmechanic at the same time he towed my bike. I said my problem to traffic officer that we came here to repair this bike but he was ignoring me and he was talking in a very wrong manner agrresively and he was abusing me, i was cotinuosly requesting him to let me go because my sister is hospitalised but they were behaving like they are not in the mood to listen, today i've faced many problems because of them. Sir it's a humble request to take action against them sir because i am not wrong i was standing near the bike itself, i have a video of them people standing there was recording so i asked them to send it to me shop people's aur also witness of them. You can come and visit to check my sister at the hospital this is my number [protected] you can contact me sir if you want to ask anything.

Kindly note that dated 8th may 2018 i picked one taxi and that time observed the metwr going high and high i aaw 45 to directly 53. And same explain to byculla police station. And the drver had also handicapped and he had a big problem of listenning. Same observed by police sir. Please find the attached details of taxi and driver. And my bill was 59 of taxi but regulerly most of time bill will be 40 to 45 rs. Please take a possitive action. Please reply

I stay at indian gymkhana kingcircle. Bhaudaji road.. Om building... Wch is a residential area and many senior citizen take walks.. For the past few months two ladies have been illegally train people how to ride scooter.. Charging 2000rs.. And i have witnessed these learners banging their scooter into parked vehicles.. My earnest request to u is to pls take prompt action against these illegal training.. As i have my mom. Also. Who is walking on the. Roads and it is a risk to. Many people walking on the roads.. Inspite of. My request.. Warning and lodging an complaint with anil sonawane matunga beat and deshmukh.. No action has been taken.. Hoping my complaint will be dealt promptly

I am traveling in this bus. This bus condition is not well to run on road. Wheel holding bolts are broken which is extremely unsafe. Axcle joint if this bus also broken during journey. Very loud vibration and noise no one could sleep for a single minute.

Strong action should be taken on travel comp.

Waiting for action from immediate authority otherwise escalate to higher bodies.

I have visited the rto office jnanabharathi bangalore to apply for international drivers permit (Idp), i have submitted all the required documents and proof and i was told i need to apply for change the address as my driving license had signing authority from bangalore west, i applied online again for change of address and submitted the documents, the request was processed and i received a message that it was approved

Dear sir
I purchased a maruti omni van 8seat.in january 2014. I was unknown about the fitness of the vhicle. Rto office did not give me any notice earlier about fitness chrges or changing of rule. It should be given.
Now this penalty has increased too much for me. Penalty charges are 50/- perday
What should i do now? Is there any provision for relaxation?

After coming several time to rto office at dwarka sector 10. I did not get my suspended driving licence (Dl[protected]. It has been one year. Rto has lost my licence. Now, they are saying me to make duplicate licence. I have come to dwarka sector 10 rto many times. But from one year they are misleading me. They have lost my licence. I am suffering from authority's carelessness. But i believe on our law and order. Please resolve my issue. I want justice. Department is not even able to take care single licence. Please do needful with me. I want my licence.

It has been more than 15 days but i still have not received the vehicle number sms. Dealer is saying it is pending with rto. Please help.

Sir, i want to apply online for learning driving licence but the option given on that page that correct that i selected on sarathi vahan website. When i select my state bihar then district patna in that option. It show patan as district in my present address, the images are attach with this complaint.
So i can't process my application further...
Sir i request you to please solve this issue and correct the given district name...

My driving license has not been delivered to me it's been weeks it has been dispatched with dl no[protected] and speed post tracking no - ed[protected]in. No tracking records are available.

I have checked post office too there is no information regarding the same it will be appreciated if you can help!

I applied for an driving license in october 2017 and gave the computer test on the same day this is april 2018 still i didn’t get my driving license because they are just postponing days but because it was late i consulted my agent and told him that i want my driving license any how i live in gandhidham he said you have to go bhuj for that and pass track test i agreed with him and taken appointment for that in 4 days i gone to rto bhuj and i was just amazed people are rushing here and there iwas puzzled where to go for the process the officers were not present till so i waited for more than 1 hour and standed in a line for photograph but there also they took more than 1 hour they told that server is down thereafter when i gone for track test they said wait for mins there is no electricity the process taken 7 hours to complete just 2 papers and a test so people here are very irresponsible officers come according to their mood also people are working according to their mood also i paid a high amount for getting an license 3200₹ and after that also there is no air conditioning in rto also i was just like roaming in a fish market
