Sir, i want to apply online for learning driving licence but the option given on that page that correct that i selected on sarathi vahan website. When i select my state bihar then district patna in that option. It show patan as district in my present address, the images are attach with this complaint.
So i can't process my application further...
Sir i request you to please solve this issue and correct the given district name...

My driving license has not been delivered to me it's been weeks it has been dispatched with dl no[protected] and speed post tracking no - ed[protected]in. No tracking records are available.

I have checked post office too there is no information regarding the same it will be appreciated if you can help!

On 05/04/2018 i gave test for permanent driving licence test and i have successfully passed the exam at mh47 boriwali rural rto, but till now its showing pending status for printing of driving licence on form 7 and dispatch of driving licence and psv badge too on website saarthi. Nic. So i kindling request you to update the details as fast as possible. Its much urgent. Approval of dl has already been completed on 0904/2018. So please do printing fast and update it as fast as possible. Please pay your valuable attention towards my request.

I applied for an driving license in october 2017 and gave the computer test on the same day this is april 2018 still i didn’t get my driving license because they are just postponing days but because it was late i consulted my agent and told him that i want my driving license any how i live in gandhidham he said you have to go bhuj for that and pass track test i agreed with him and taken appointment for that in 4 days i gone to rto bhuj and i was just amazed people are rushing here and there iwas puzzled where to go for the process the officers were not present till so i waited for more than 1 hour and standed in a line for photograph but there also they took more than 1 hour they told that server is down thereafter when i gone for track test they said wait for mins there is no electricity the process taken 7 hours to complete just 2 papers and a test so people here are very irresponsible officers come according to their mood also people are working according to their mood also i paid a high amount for getting an license 3200₹ and after that also there is no air conditioning in rto also i was just like roaming in a fish market

Dear sir it is bring in to your kind notice that above said alfa plus whose passing and road tax not paid running on road without paying tax and taken passing from government authority. Kindly check and take a action these kind of persons. The vch running without paying tax and increased the pollution.
We are waiting for your actions.
Kindly bond these kind of vehicles.

I have purchased my new Bike Honda Dream Yuga on 31st October, 2017. For which my dealer C R Scooters, Vadodara has paid Rs. 200 for new registration vide receipt no. GJ6D[protected] dated 03.11.17. Chassis number of my bike is ME4JFC58DJHT056000 and registration number is GJ 06 LF 7044.

It has already about more than 5 months gone and still I do not have received my RC card.

I have written a mail to [protected]@gov.in and [protected]@yahoo.in on 07.04.18, and received a reply from [protected]@gov.in that I should contact RTo Vadodara, but did not received any reply from RTO Vadodara yet.

So, I want to give complaint against RTO Vadodara.

I Booked a slot for 27th April 11am to 12pm online ie., on 25th April paying all the required fees.

When I visited on 26th April RTO Trimulgherry opposite Hanuman Temple Secunderbad 500015. I wanted to see if the slot available on 26th. But when I tried to select the date for 26th RTO online page editing option din't allow me to select date ie., 26th April. When I approached RTO help desk, they mentioned, as the original selected slot in at 11 am., Edit or modification option will be available before 11am., onn 26th April. So In this case my date din't get modify/edited/cancelled.

I visited 27th April ( Thursday) counter# 3 at 10:45 am to produce reqired documents as my slot booking is from 11am to 12pm. To my surprise he told me my slot is not showing. He asked me approach DPO person ( Srinivas) . When I approached him he told me because I cancelled the slot it is not showing on RTO database.
I have not cancelled or modify nor your system allowed me to Edit the Date as mentioned above.
Because I have no other option I have paid Additional service charges 400 + 35 ( e-save charges) to book the slot again.

It was not my mistake and I was over charged with 400Rupees.

this is not the first time this did happened. Last time for my mom's New Vehicle same thing Happened and we paid extra.
Kindly look into this concern and request you to refund my amount.

Its been more than 25 days I have applied for the DL renewal, and the application is pending at SCRUTINY counter IMVCNT2.

Kindly Let me know how much time it would take to get the DL renewal.
What all other steps are remaining. Please see the attached image file for status. I need DL asap. Do help

Respected sir, i am from Bharuch, Gujarat. I apply for driving licence renewal at 03/04/2018, and it should deliver by post. but I didn't receive up to now. I checked on RTO online it showing dispatched on 05/04/2018 by speed post. I tracked on post site online, it showing " consignment detail not found". I contact my home post office but there is also no any detail about this consignment.

I have applied for renewal of my driving license vide application no.[protected] dated 23/01/2018. Till date i have not received my driving license. I checked the status online it shows it has been despatched by post on 08/02/2018 but still it not delivered at my address. As i stay out for my job so it is not possible for me to goto rto office every week and check for the same. Kindly look into this. Thank you..

I applied for duplicate driving licence after lost of original one and submitted all
Required documents & fees paid but sincce last 10 days i am checking on the site the status of application showing under scrutiny at counter imvcnt1.
My online application number is[protected]. I suppose i will get my duplicate
License in 30 days through post at my registered address. But since last 10
Days the status is not changing from pending at scrutiny. What can i do for this? I think it will delayed despatch of my driving license.

The fraudulent dahisar rto needs to be exposed.

I had the worst experience of my life when i went there to obtain my permanent driving license. The new aspiring drivers must read this or they will be fooled.

I was pretty excited for my driving exam today as i was going to get my permanent driving license. I was confident because i had practised enough on my car with my dad after my training got over. I had...

I traveled by a auto today it's number was mh12 ar 6287. First he refused to come by meter. But i was with kid so i need to take that auto.
He has taken more than double charges from me in evening 6:30.
Later while talking to him i realized he was drunk and he was smelling badly.

Officials in rto kasturi nagar knowingly stick wrong address on the cover of the courier, so that it should not reach the concern person and that will return to the rto office.
Their plan is - when that person do enquiry at rto office they will tell some nonsense reason and ask them to wait for sometime, and mean while they will get the dl and will ask money from that person for finding the courier. This is the incident happened to me, i have seen the cover on which i have written my correct address, over that they have pasted there white sticker with wrong address. When you ask to provide the cover they will tell they require it for some bull # reason. Guys be care from these guys and continuesly track your courier and contact your post office as soon as possible when the courier is in transit.

Dear sirs,
This is to bring to your kind notice that i am having maruti baleno no. Up80-as5560 registered at rto agra in running condition duly verified by rto agra.
As i want to sell this vehicle and had applied for transfer of r. C.in buyer name. After completion of all formalities and even order by rto for transfer, the rto agra officials have told that this vehicle is delisted at rto raebareilly and rto national portal is no allowing to process the inward transfer application, showing the message vehicle blacklisted.

Dba-rto agra has communicated the issue to rto raebareilly thru repeated email as well contacted over phone, but dba rto raebareilly has expressed said vehicle is not black listed at their system portal and they are also unable to release the vehicle.

I have been harassed for last more than two months, as i am continuously visiting rto agra, but no solution has been provided by them.

In view of above, you are requested to kindly help me by releasing the above vehicle for transfer of r. C. By rto agra.

Myself sushil pawar i'm a middle class married working in corporate sector mumbai. For past two years i have been staying in dombivali east. The problem is local rickshaw including rto services are not working effectively as per rules local rickshaw should allow three sitters only at public transport. But most of the time local rickshaw break the rules and allow 4 seats or some times 5 seat which is against rules and are more vulnerable for accidents only if public safety is concerned. I felt to put forward this problems which are general and followed in most town, and cities. Even there are illegal license holders of rickshaw riders which is a big problem for public safety. Aadhar card scams are running around illegal way which can lead to bigger problems due to getting the authority of legal citizenship if regional safety is concerned. So please, take some effective actions against such scammers, frauds and illegal firms running in cities and towns which are the root cause of bigger problems. Thanks for your time.

Through this letter i beg drawn a kind attention against private bus owners they were doing fraud with passengers. They don't drop us according to our bus stop.
Sir my ticket from delhi to amnour (Chhapra) but they drop at bus stop musrakh petrol pump and they said this is the last stop. They also not refund our money. We are ₹300 more to go at our home. And in the delhi in one seat he seated 6 passangers.

So, please take a strict action against travel agent and bus owner.

This is to inform you that i applied for llr on 5th of april 2018. Nearly 15 days went and till now i didn't get llr approval message. I went to kolathur office two times for my face recognition. If i ask about application details they are not providing me proper details.. Please resolve my problem as soon as possible. I m having baby and i can't go frequently stand in the queue. I correctly followed my procedure and submitted application. They keep on application pending.
