I don't use this app and I don't play this game. Even after mailing the support team repeatedly requesting to stop sending spam Messages and them reverting with "resolved" response, I still receive messages .

PFB screenshot of spam message received after they said they resolved.
Kindly help in getting it resolved.

                      U have just complained here against rummy circle. They haven't unblock my account yet and now they mark my complaint as resolved. I'll wait for 48 hours only. If my kyc get rejected then I'm going to sue this company for illegally holding my funds.
