I start playing rummycircle.com one month ago and i won amount of 3600 Rs. by adding 700.amount by my bank account and than i see my account is showing blocked next day of wining this not fair i am waiting from one month my money but not responsed any mail by rummycircle
he said only your problem answered in previos email
i tell about my problem 4 times on consumercompain.in but i did not get any sucseccful respons by teams

They send a promotional message on daily basis on my personal mobile number. I have never visited their website. I don't know how they got my number. They send their messages from a different number each time so i can't even block them.

I Start playing rummycircle from 20 days ago

i have around 6000 Rs. in my gaming account i am trying to withdraw my account blance from 14 july but always my withdrawal cancelled on 4th(expected date) day of withdrawal i made many withdrawal requests

A letter with hidden tears,

Raghunatha here from Bangalore, I am from a lower middle class family. The reason why I started my salutation with tears was because of the habit I addicted to.

It's "RUMMY". Whatever I earned till now I lost in a game and I am not able to come out of it. I'm working harder to lead my life, working in night shifts, doing part-time work. Each and every penny I earned I lost in a game and how I addicted means I took hand loan, bank loan, and played. Now it's out of my hand and I'm not able to concentrate on my life as well with theses pressures. I'm the reason for all but the game made me to do all. I have raised my concern to ban RUMMY many times. But instead of ban we are getting advertisements from popular people in YouTube and other social media. As an example of my life Noone should spoil their life like me. I would like to request to the government to ban this type of games.

If it continues I'm the first person who will start suicide for a life which I cannot lead just because of RUMMY.

Hope Government can understand
