Amount deducted my account but not credited to rummy account

I joined to rummy circle with my new number. I deposited cash and play games last 4 days. 3 days before they said for withdrawal KYC is compulsory. So I uploaded KYC but it's pending till today, so today morning I sent a mail for KYC verification status.till that time I deposited 30, 000/- approximately. After my mail they replied I had multiple accounts, so they blocked me. For withdrawal, KYC is compulsory then why should they allow me to deposit and play even after I uploaded my KYC. they purposely allow me to deposit and loss. So I need that money. Please help me to get it.

I was playing rummy circle and i felt i was addicted to rummy, so only i have requested rummy circle to close my account. They have closed my account but refused to transfer/withdraw my winning amount of 6549.87.

My account has been blocked stated many ID's linked with my account.. please find the problem encountered

1. Unable to verify my PAN it's showing my father name instead of my name (many mail sent to customer care got only reply with some standard static message ex : Me: please let me know how come my name is mismatch I never shared my father details to rummy circle... Res RCircle exe : your name is missmatch with the passbook given please share the appropriate bank details... This same message sent for all my questions ex: please confirm from which document you referring... How to cross verify my submitted doc.. etc etc for all questions same forward message

Finally I shared my father account details, then got the response as your I'd linked with too many accounts so we are closing your account..

Now sent more than 10 mails for my available balance withdrawal, no response for a single mail. I have balance in my account with 8k+ need my money back because you are closed my account

Dear rummy circle team how you peoples validating customer id only in the time of withdrawal, why not in the time of deposits. I have deposited around 18 to 19k those time your application and team happily taken my money, if I goes for withdraw money immediately blocked my account and given some dash dash forward message explanation..

Please tell me how can I withdraw my money.. crores of people using this app if you cheat for one account with 10rs my god your excess non income balance will reach peak... Nice work rummy circle team

Sir kal mene rummy circle site pr account creat kiy 2000 deposit ke sath nd playing krna start kiya nd me vo money lose kr gaya uske baad mene 6/7 transaction ki 5200 ke karib and aj me jab thoda win karne laga toh meri 2000 ki pool rummy game chal rhi thi and without information and any reason sir inhone mera account block kr diya. Me vo game bhi complete nhi kar paya and me reason puch raha hn toh koi bhi reply nhi de rhe h bas terms and Voilance bolke block kar diye h. Sir mene galti ki es fraud site pr account banake please ap es site ko block krva do. Kyuki ye aam janta ko bevakoof bna rhi h nd youngster ko gambling krna sikha rahi h please they are fraud.inke kafi fake baot player h please block there site

Sir my account blocked that reason given by yourside as due to multiple accounts linked with my account since my account blocked sent msg by you. But I ask when do you refund my withdrawal amount. I already updated new bank account. I remove my old bank account as given instruction by you. 22000 balance is there. Plz refund me as early as possible. Already 8 days completed but no action taken about refund what's going there. Plz looking towards my issue.
