Hello team,

I have played turbo rummy 2000 rupees deals. Almost 6 tables other 2 players involved in collusion and cheated me. Have lost money 12000 rupees.

Sent email to rummy circle support along with screenshots of Game Id and players names. And video clips as well on 31st March. The tickets : 22425321, 22432747, 22430218were created But still now no response yet. Not provided refund. This is fraud application. Lost lakhs till now. don't play. They give adds simply. No one win money this site.

I have raised withdrawal request 3 times in Rummycircle they rejected the request after that again I have raised the request on 30th March- 23 for Rs-1700 amount still not credited to bank account and status still showing it will be credited on March 30th. have written too many mail to rummy circle but every time they are saying like we will look in to this will resolve they saying kindly take action on this
