In Runwal MyCity, I had invested 20% consideration amounting to 696431=00 in 2015/16.
I was never ever provided with mandatory Floor Plan, Payment Schedules, Allotment Letter, etc. and never forced for registration of my Agreement For Sale.
Since I didn't trust builder for his unprofessional attitude, I via emails demanded refund of my hard earned 696341=00(Six Lakhs Ninety Six Thousand Four Hundred Thirty One) plus 24% p.a...

I have book my flat tower 29 1710 but channel partner sureh and priti singh taken me 166000 amount cheque and said apka loan saction hone tak cheque debit nahi karenge aur 7march 2021ko mera cheque debit kita aur 17 March ko Axis bank ka rewart aya ki apka loan reject hua jai because of CBI -1 mai hai to Isme hamari kya galti hai to abhi ye log refund nahi de rahe hai 9 month ho gya please refund urgent please🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

    I had booked a flat at on 30th June 2021. The location of the Flat is T31- 2905 on 29th Floor at Runwal Gardens and due to financial reason I had to cancel the booking.

    An email was sent to customer service team several times on refund of cancellation amount but still there is no positive response receive.

    Kindly expedite

      Cluster 05, tower 02, flat 1305 has been cancelled by me. after cancellation of flat requested to management about refund of stamp duty and registration charges paid by me to runwal builder. after visiting there office at site and conversation over mail I am not getting any reply from management and there is no refund yet I received.

        Hi,
        I had booked a shop at Runwal Gardens, Kalyan – Shilphata Rd, Manpada, Dombivli (E), Maharashtra 421 204 last year. I had paid 50K the booking amount. After couple of months when I got a final cost from the Sales person the cost was 2 to 2.5 lacs higher than what was quoted initially. I talked with the Sales person Krushna Sahare about this issue and I opted for cancelling the deal . He said send an email and the refund will be done in 90 days. I did sent out the email in January 2021 and till today I am doing to follow up with him on my refund.

        From last 2 weeks he is not responding to my email, messages and calls. In our last discussion he said his boss Brijay Arya is handling it and when I call Brijay he says check status with Krushna, they both are pushing it on each other and don't exactly know their role. I did wrote email to Usha Ghadge and to [protected]@runwal.com but had not received any response.

        I would appreciate if someone can look into this. It’s been 9 months I am waiting for refund and on top of this the Sales person Krushna and Brijay keeps ignoring the communication. This is really impacting your NRI customer.

        I don't believe this is a kind of the service one has to go through just for getting the refund

          Hello Runwal group,

          I had booked a shop at Runwal Gardens, Kalyan – Shilphata Rd, Manpada, Dombivli (E), Maharashtra 421 204 last year. I had paid 50K the booking amount.             We have booked a flat on runwal my city where people are already staying. While booking we have told already to sushmita that we need to do stamp duty registration on 7 of september due to our auspicious date. She have given confirmation. But suddenly we have got to know that they are going to do stamp duty on end of oct. Which is not acceptable. Why wrong commitment is given while booking. We need our refund back or else arrange stamp duty on 7 sep.

                On March 2021 our booking amount refund of Rs. 38804/- is approved by runwal gardens and they infomred us it will take some time. since last one month, their (runwal garden's) CRM person Usha & Prince giving false promises that we will get refund within 15th of July 2021, we called them on 15th they said your cheque is sent for signature it will be done by end of july. July ended and now August also ended, Usha & Prince still making excuses that cheque is sent for signature. On 29th August, 2021, we visited site and met Assistance General Manager Sudhakar. He told us that 16 cheques were sent for signing and 14 are already signed and 2 cheques are pending and will call on 30/08/21 to confirm whether our cheque is signed or not but on 30-8-21 no one called and on 01/09/2021 we talked with their accountant Mr. Upadhyay, he asked us for one week's time, now one week is over but no one (Usha, Prince, Sudhakar or Mr Upadhyay) is receiving the call nor responding to whatsapp messages.

                  We have booked a flat at runwal my city Dombivali on 20th August 2021 and paid a token amt of 54000/- after 3 days we decided to cancel our inventory due to financial issue because the price which we have agreed on got changed after 2 days. we got a call from runwal stating that you need to pay 1.5lakh extra for maintenance which was exceeding our budget. Then we got to know in runwal my city people are facing problems of water supply. Keeping this in mind we could not take our decision further to proceed this inventory and took a decision to cancel the flat . Now the sales team member Sushmita said amt is non refundable how is this possible under rera if a person decides to cancel their inventory within 15days then the amt is refundable. There is no personalization from their side

                    We had booked flat in dombvli runwal gardens. We had been told that will have to pay only 2.5 now and remaining after 6 months and the stamp duty would be bear by builder. Suddenly one day before expiry of a month from the date of booking we got CRM called stating that will have to pay remaining 2.5% in 1 day otherwise flat would be cancelled. Who can arrange 2 lakhs in a day? Why we were assigned crm one day before expiry these all are their plan.

                        Dear Runwal Team I wanted to know about possession date for Smart City project since I have received call from Bank for homeloan and they informed me that possession is expected in Dec 2021.                           I booked a flat in runwal bliss project tower E and paid 10% booking amount.The post booking team or the CRM is where i am having the worst and pathetic experince .They shared with me the agreement copy which was full of errors my flat no. was wrongly mentioned.The amount paid till date was wrongly mentioned and had a less calculation of 40K. futher alos i had to made one change in the agreement to which they said this is not possible and it is RERA approved and all.I feel the agreement copy is more of bulder friendly and protects the rights of builder. i just wanted to add the staement "Builder /Promoted is agreed to sell the flat to allotee on ownership basis'' as no where the word ownership is mentioned in their agreement.This the CRM team rejected. I wish i had a look at their agreement copy during the booking time.No the executives have not shared the correct agreement copy with me and pushing for payment of balance 60% payment orelse i will be levied penalty.They are not receiving my calls, cutting my calls saying they are in meeting their stamp duty agent is also not responsding.i feel like trapped and helpless an never thought i will have to go through experience post booking my flat.Wish Runwal CRM team would have been more professional.

                            We have booked a flat at Runwal Gardens by paying a token amount of Rs. 38420 pls gst on Nov 2020. As loan was not possible we asked them to refund our token amont. initially they were denying that refund is not possible but after continuous followups by phone calls and whatsapp chat and also visiting to their HO, finally on March 2021 they said refund is approved and it will take some time. since last one month, their (runwal garden's) CRM person Usha & Prince giving false promises that we will get refund within 15th of July 2021, we called them on 15th they said your cheque is sent for signature it will be done by end of july. July ended and now August is about to end, Usha & Prince still making excuses that cheque is sent for signature.

                              Dear sir/madam
                              We have visited your Runwal Garden premises on 1st August 2021. As per discussion held with Mr Mahesh divedi and Mrs Alka Goswami we have given token amount Rs 21000 rs for tower 20 flat 0701 only after the promise given twice by Mr Mahesh divedi that token amount will be refunded by him if not finalized within 10 days .
                              However as I am going to purchase flat in Pune and the intimation regarding cancellation and refund of token amount of the same is conveyed on 7th August 2021 i.e. within 7 days during the telephonic conversation held with the two of your employees mentioned above.
                              During that conversation both of them straight away denied and insisted for another visit.
                              Hence I have visited with my family on 14th August 2021 asking for the refund which they denied stating to send us e-mail and we will forward the same to our higher authorities and we will convey their decision to you.That's the sole reason behind sending this mail to you.
                              Kindly refund my token amount within 7 days and oblige me.

                                    Runwal Mycity Vista issue with whole runwal process for handover information flat, and still it’s not handover the flat.

                                    CONs:

                                    No steady relationship manger will update you anything. There is always u have to take update.
                                    2. No pre intimation on mail
                                    3. Unknown person will call u and ask u to take the document and without intimation ( CRM team will take opportunity to and make it as delay and ask to fine)
                                    4. No 1 from CRM team will update u on time even you do anything write mail call or etc
                                    5. Charges you interest without even checking the existing history.
                                    6. Taking advantages or harassing silently
                                    Taking all the money and even not update months

                                    Pros: only sell I dream while booking the flat after that pathetic service with or without channel partner.

                                    Registration Document or handover call to bank :10 March 2021
                                    15 days of period where we have to transfer remaining loan Amu I.e 26March
                                    Transfer amount 30 March

                                    Now as per the process it should transfer 26 but not happened due to the public holiday and bank holiday on that week hence delay is there for 4 days.

                                    CRM team without checking the system or anything asked me to paid 1.31 lakh interest ledger.

                                    Now guys tell me where u have seen my issue about delay and how

                                      We had bookesd the flat in Runwa Forest on 1st November 20 at 30th floor considering reduction in Stamo Duty charges. And no one from your team has discussed about the pending approvals of 30th floor. Without approvals, the flat was offered to us and booking also done. We had done all our initial payments before scheduled months. After paying stamp duty registration charges, when we asked for registration date, at that time we were informed about pending approvals. We were also given assurance about to waive 1% increase in Stamp Duty charges after December due to delay in approvals. Approvals have been received in the month of July 21 and now we are asked to pay 5% Stamp Duty charges.
                                      Why should we pay 5% SD charges because of delay in approvals from your end?
                                      We didnt expect such deals from reputed builders Runwal.
                                      Still we consider paying 3% Stamp Duty charges though its not our mistake. The rest 2 % are to be waived by the Runwal.
