Insulting and very rude behaviour by Runwal Garden employee

We have booked a flat in Runwal Gardens Dombivli. During the communication regarding loan and first disbursement we were enquiring about given documents as we had received disbursement letter dated 3 weeks before our registration. Runwal's employee, *Rohit Panjwani* instead of guiding us as their customer, he started talking very rudely on phone call saying "Aap first time ghar le rahe ho kya? Don't you understand" and started arguing saying...

Hi there,

I had made booking in Runwal mycity phase II, cluster 5 room no 202 as well did registration in dec-20 but yet not received documents from CRM, also they are not responding to any emails. Runwal started penalty on payment. Worst services receiving from CRM and runwal builders....

Flat is booked in Phase 1, tower b2, flat no 2301. Had paid the amount for registration on 29th September 2020. The process of registration was finally completed on 29 January after lot of complaints and fighting. Now, after completing all the payments, the Customer representative never answers the phone and is very rude in dealing with us.
We cannot figure out if the flat is purchased or given as charity.
Very disappointed...

Customer Services

Totally unhappy with the customer care services Runwal Gardan is providing. RM doesn't responds to customer. Employees are working like government employees. I had booked room in Sep 2020 and paid all amounts including stamp duty, registration fees, booking amount and GST amounts in Sep 2020. However after doing n number of follow ups, I have received receipts after 2 months. Same thing for registration. Till date I haven't received I phone...

On 06/2/2020, Phase 1, tower 1, 107, 523sqft, 2bhk, prime deck booked.
At the time of booking 2nd floor plan was shown instead of 1st floor by Sachin, saif and Vinay at Runwal Garden dombivli site. Accordingly booked flat with 1% amount 45765/-₹ too. now today surprisingly show 1bhk floor plan instead of 2 bhk booked. This is totally fraud with us.

Cancellation Deed pending since more than a year

Advocate fees

I booked a flat in central park chinchwad.
Suddenly they have doubled the advocate fees from 7.5k to 13.5k reason being faster agreement. How can you increase without intimation to customer. Hiding facts from customer is leading to disbelief in the runwal management....

Runwal Bliss - EOI Token Amount of 50K Not Refunded

Late payment interest

I had taken a flat and for 2015/16 I was marked for late payment and it was discussed with the RM assigned.I also got the confirmation stating to make payments and the late fee will get waived off.I was promised by ur companies 2RM who were assigned but now they left the job. Refund of the token amount- Scam from Runwal Gardens

Hello,
I have cancelled my booking for my flat in Tower 11 0804 room no in Runwal Gardens Phase 1. Now the sales person Sanjita said that the token will not be refunded as per Runwal's policy.
