I "Mahesh Kumat" initially invested money in bonds of Sahara India real estate corporations limited & Sahara housing investment corporations limited .
In year 2012 they converted my investment from aforesaid scheme to scheme named " advance for Q shop goods ( exist ) plan . Amount invested is around Rs 1.5 lac . I want my money refunded. Help in this regard ....

I invested in sahara q shop unique products range limited scheme plan - h in 14 march 2013 certificate no.[protected] customer id:[protected] receipt no.[protected] service center - sagar f. C[protected] introducer name tushar mondal, introducer code[protected]. Now i want refund my money because i am getting money problem but the manager and policy agent said policy has been extend for 64 months. So please give me some solution on above...

I Mr. Basudeb Swain invested money in Sahara Q shop in year 2012.I'm tired of calling the agent regarding this matter. He is giving me assurance that I will get my money back in year 2018( after 6 yrs) but need it now because of my health issues. Can you kindly let me know the procedure get my money back directly from the Sahara Q shop head office as I have my certificates, without undergoing any delay. Can this Consumer Complaint forum help all the people who have invested money in Sahara Q shop to show a direct route so that problem will be solved.

My self Ajay Francis Dias, has initially invested in Sahara in the year 11August 2010 and then introducer has converted them into Sahara Q Shop plan H by introducer as below. certificate no.[protected] customer I'd:[protected] service center : Vasai 2376. introducer name:Mrs.Ruby Nelson Cerejo. Amount invested: 6 lakh date :11/08/2012 we want procedure of cancellation/withdrawal of full investment and it's benefits.

Mai kamini srivastava age 68 years, sahara me mera 10 lakh se uper ka payment f d tha jisko june 2012 me jabran jhunt bol kar sahara q shop plan h me convert kar diya gya aur muje bataaya gya ki 6 month bad ye paisa aapko wapas mil jayega with intrest. Jab mai six month bad payment lene pahunchi to bola gya ki payment to 3 year ke bad hi nikal payega. 3 yr bad pahunchi to lagatar talmatol kar rhe hai. Aur agent aur sahara staff aur branch manager ne muje bilkul irritate karke rakah diya hai. Aur manager bolta hai ki q shop ek vivadit scheme hai isko aap sahara ki kisi aur scheme me conversion kr do. Aur agent se lagatar conversation ke liye mujh per dabao dala ja rha hai.
Mai bahut paresan ho cuki hu. Maine sahara me invaste apne pati ki jiwan bhar ki kamai ke bharose apna makan banwaya jisme muj per bahut se logo ka karj bakaya hai jis muje cukana hai lekin sahara ke calte mai paisa cuka nahi pa rhi hu. Agar muje jald hi payment n. A. Kiya to mai aatmdah kar lungi jiska sari jimmedari sahara agent, branch manager, aur subrat ray ki hogi. Kyu ki ab mai ye karj ka jiwan ji pane me asmartha hu.

I need my money return.

I wish to inform that an sum of rs.13000/- was diverted from my account opened in sahara credit cooperative society ltd. By the agent without my permission and invested i sahara q shop. I was given due receipt for that. The details of my account is as under:

Membership no.[protected]. This is reccuring account for 5 yrs. And maturity date[protected]. Against this savings funds were diverted to sahara q shop for rs.13000 vide receipt no.[protected] with introducer code as[protected] dt. 01/06/2012. Sebi has already raised objections gainst this. I have tried my best to get this money back but without any success. The phone nos shown intheir records does not exit. The agent is not traceable. Please help me to get the refund of rs.13000/- at the eariest possible time failing which i shall be forced to lodge the complaint with sebi.

I had purchased 10 certificates of sahara q shop plan -h during may-june 2012 amounting rs 17, 900/ each from margherita (Assam) branch.Meanwhile i am shifted to my home town haldwani on account of retirement.While i contacted the local sahara office for transfer of the same they asked to contact office of purchase and accordingly i contacted to them and asked for transfer my certificates to this office or refund my money but things have turned on deaf ears.I have made several calls during last three years but nothing materialised.Details of certificate no-

I had a sahara fixed deposit which was converted to sahara qshop scheme, at that time, sahara agent told me that you can withdraw after 3 years and after finishing 3 years when i approched them they are saying that you can only withdraw after 6years. Iam from faridabad. Now they are again approching me to convert that deposit into another sceme. Kindly help get my money refunded.
