[Resolved] Sansui India — defect tv | |||
Hi viewers i had bought a sansui television model no:SKW40FH11XAF on Nov 3rd 2015 from flipkart which is still under warranty (3yrs), this is the worst experience now i am facing so i am writing this review after 18 months to make sure people should buy the Good company stuff. 1.After few months o[censored]sage found a dark spots inside the screen. 2.Given to Authorized service center they are not able to sort out the problem because company doesn't have the parts required for the repair 3.After 1.5 months they got approval for the replacement of the new TV they said they dont have the 40inch sansui TV stock 4.They will give you option of there other brand for the replacement of the tv 5.please my heartly suggestion is do not buy any of the sansui company. 6. Do not go behind the offers & warranty they give us the product might be outdated. 7.The worst experience of customer service i ever faced by me. Was this information helpful? | |||
Aug 16, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Company is giving the replacement of Tha television but a small size which is not acceptable Sansui India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
