[Resolved] Sansui India — led 55 inch | |
I have purchased sansui led 55 inch on 13.07.2015 with 3 yrs warranty. On 24 th july 2017 our display gone. I have launched complaint on 25 th july 2017and then i am regularly calling cutomer care but nobody is attending my complaint they are giving fake phone nos. I m very much frustate by this. They gave me complaint no. Tha-[protected]. Now they told me that they don't have panel. But if they don't have panel they must give me replacement of new tv. I am requesting senior officials of company to look into the matter and solve my problem at earliest Was this information helpful? | |
