I yogesh b from thane taken led in may 2016 from beginning itself there is problem with led hd videos, sound problem, pc connectivity problem. every time i have done complaint but no use. every time they have closed the complaint without resolution. i have reopen the compliant again they close complaint till date same thing is going on. request you to please resolve the same and also provide email id of md of sansui india so that they also come to know what a good service they are providing to the customers. plz call on [protected]. also proivde customer care number and emai id Was this information helpful? | |||||

Hi, this is avanish. i purchased an ac in march 2016. it was running good but before few days there seems problem of water leakage in outdoor unit. i also didnt recieved any free service yet. tollfree no. is not working. please shortout the problem as soon as possible.
